"welcome back to love island usa. it's the morning the islanders get to meet the parents, so for the love of god make your bed." iain voiced.

"get up miggy!" val yelled while jumping up and down on their bed. "time to meet the fam!" she jumped on him which made him groan.

he finally got up. "hi!" she waved as she walked out of the bedroom to get ready. she did natural makeup, put on a navy and white bikini, and did a curly ponytail.

"so val, are you excited!" leah and the others asked her. "yeah! i'm kinda nervous though. just cause i feel like my parents will call him out but i told him that so." val shrugged and then went downstairs to eat the the breakfast miguel made for her.

"i'm so excited." miguel said with a mouthful. "ew miguel! chew you're food first!" she laughed at him.

the two ate their breakfast before going to sit on the beanbags with rob and kaylor. they were all talking until kaylor got a text. she got to talk to her family first, aaron going in shortly after.

after the couple talked to their family, val got the text next. "i got a text!" she yelled.

"valentina, you now get to speak to you're family. #reunited #familymatters." the others cheered for her before miguel came over to hug her. "see you soon!" she told him.

she walked through the door and sat down on the steps. she sat in silence for a minute until her mom, dad, 2 older sisters and younger brother popped on the screen. "valentina!" they yelled.

she immediately bursted into tears when she saw them appear. valentina was very close to her family her whole entire life, especially her mom.

"oh my god, hi guys!" she yelled while wiping away her tears. "it's so good to hear your voice again hunny." they told her.

"i miss you guys so much! how is it without me?"she told them while laughing. "amazing!" her younger brother, jacob exclaimed.

"jacob!" her oldest sister, ariana smacked him on the back of his head. "don't listen to him val, we miss you so much!" her other sister, mackenzie told her.

"she's right sweetheart! we miss you tons." her dad continued. "so what do you guys think of what's happened so far?" val questioned them.

her sisters looked at each other and laughed before looking back at the screen. "what!" val yelled at them. "it's been interesting." her brother shook his head.

"you have made us so proud valentina." her mother told, the others nodding in agreement.

"thanks guys." she teared up once again. "i will say though, miguel is one lucky man. because if he didn't fix what he messed up i was going to fly my ass over to London and give him a piece of my mind." her mom laughed.

"i'm glad too." val laughed. "he seems really good for you sweetheart." her dad told her.

"do you guys wanna meet him?" she asked them. "yes!" they all yelled while nodding their heads.

"okay! i'll be right back." val ran to the door to get miguel. "miguel! get your ass in here." she yelled for him.

he followed her inside, sitting next to her. she put her hand on his to calm down any nerves he may have had.

"hi everyone, it's so amazing to meet you!" he told them while smiling. "hi!" they all said in unison.

"absolutely beautiful family by the way. you really raised your daughter right, she makes me happier everyday." he told her parents while he briefly looked over at her, smiling brightly.

"aw, thank you hunny." her mom told him. "you are very handsome as well. i'm glad our daughter finally found a man that matches her beauty." her family laughed at her moms comment.

"we're your guys biggest cheerleaders!" her sister told them. "thank you, thank you!" miguel held his hand to his chest.

they talked about random things before his dad got serious. "miguel i have a question." he said.

"hit me." miguel replied.

"what are your long term goals." he continued while val laughed at his question, miguel joining in.

"obviously i want to be exclusive with her on the outside and grow even closer. i also want to see about a place out in L.A. since i live in london right now cause i'm not really about that long distance stuff." he said in a serious tone.

"good answer." her dad pointed at the screen. "okay, we're gonna go that miguel can talk to his family now. bye guys, love you!" her mom said.

"bye!" miguel waved. "love you!" val exclaimed while blowing them a kiss.

"mom! dad!" miguel yelled as he saw his parents appear on the screen.

"hi darling!" his mom smiled, his dad waving.

"guys, this is valentina!" miguel wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

"hi! it's so nice to meet you guys!" she waved.

"you are stunning, darling!" his mom told her, his dad agreeing.

"aw! thank you so much." she flashed a smile.

they talked about why miguel's siblings couldn't join them before miguel's dad spoke up.

"you are just such a sweet girl and miguel is very lucky. i thought i was going to have to go to fiji myself and have a conversation with him." he laughed.

"dad." miguel shook his head while the couple laughed.

"okay, well it was so nice meeting you guys! talk soon." she waved while standing up to walk out so miguel could talk to his parents alone.

when the others saw her walk out they immediately surround her and asked how it was.

they all sat around the couch. "it was really good! his family loves me and mine loved him." she smiled.

"aw!" they all yelled while hugging her.

then miguel came out shortly after and they all walked together until serena's phone went off for her and kordell. after kordell and serena talked to their family's serena pulled val upstairs to talk.

"i was like literally crying the whole time and especially when my sister was like, i love valentina and can't wait to meet her because she stepped into that sister role you needed." serena told her.

"are you serious." val said while tearing up.

"yes i love you so much and am so grateful i've had you throughout this experience." serena pulled her in for a hug while crying.

"i'm even more grateful for you." val laughed in between tears. the two then pulled away and danced before going downstairs while holding hands.

while they were going down the steps serena yelled, "sugar and spice bitch! don't forget it." val laughed.

"i still can't believe everyone gave us that name." she looked over at serena while they sat down on the beanbags.
