all of the girls were upstairs getting ready and dancing before they finally came down to the guys.

as they walked down the steps the guys started clapping. miguel smiled as he saw valentina walking down.

when she got to him she started laughing at their outfits. "wait why are we like matching." she pointed at his green button up.

"i don't know but i fuck wit it lowkey." he grabbed her hand and twirled her around, looking her body up and down.

"do you like the dress?" she smiled at him.

"i love it." he put his hands on her waist before she pulled away and they could catch up with the others.

they all made a toast like they do every night and started taking pictures together until miguel pulled nicole for another chat.

"are you nervous at all?" jaNa asked val as they watched nicole and miguel walk over to the couches.

"um i don't know. not really. like i know i'm a bad bitch so it would be his loss." she replied to her friend.

"period!" jaNa yelled as she started dancing with her friend.

everybody talked more before miguel sat back down next to val.

"soooo. what did you guys talk about?" val asked him while standing up. he pulled her down to sit on his leg before he answered her question.

"well, i told her i would like to get to know her more but she said she doesn't think she our connection will ever be stronger than her and kendall's so. i think that's kinda done." he told her while putting his hands on her waist.

"oh i'm sorry." she said while rubbing his back. "why are you sorry?" he asked her.

"well i know you wanted to get to know her more." she told him.

"yeah but i do have you so, i'm okay." he smiled at her.

"aw that was cute." she smiled back at him while he leaned in. they kissed for a couple seconds until he pulled apart first.

"gosh you're addictive. had to pull away before i couldn't stop." he said to her which made her laugh.

"you make me so nervous." she hid her face behind her hand which he pulled her hand back down in response.

"let me see your face." he said to her.

"there you go." she smiled at him while tilting her head.

they all sat around the table for a little bit longer until they saw ariana walking in.

"oh shit!" val yelled while getting off miguel.

"hello islanders. sorry to interrupt your evening. i have something very important to tell you. may you all please join me." she gestured to the fire pit.

after every couple sat down ariana spoke up once again. "hello miguel. it's nice to finally meet you. how has the villa been treating you the last few days?" she smiled at him.

"it's been a dream." he answered while looking at val who looked at him, smiling in return.

ariana then got serious again. "i have some very big news for you. america has been voting for their favorite couple. the bottom three couples will be at risk and vulnerable."

miguel could tell that val tensed up at that statement and started rubbing her arm in reponse. they all covered their mouths in shock.

"can you all please stand up." ariana asked them as they all slowly stood up.

"val and miguel, as miguel has only recently entered the villa. you both were immune from the public vote. you are safe and you can sit down." ariana told the couple.

"oh my god." val covered her mouth in shock and hugged miguel before sitting down.

"in no particular order the first couple safe is, serena and kordell." the couple hugged before sitting down.

"the second couple safe is, kaylor and aaron." they kissed before sitting down.

"the last couple safe is, leah and connor." the couple sat down in relief.

val started to tear up as her best friend jaNa was at the risk of going home.

"it's okay." miguel whispered to her and placed his hand on her thigh.

"tonight, one girl and boy will be leaving the villa. that decision will be made by your fellow islanders" ariana told them.

"oh my god." val spoke up while covering her mouth.

"boys, you need to decide which boy will be leaving the island." ariana told the boys.

"and girls, you must chose what girl will be going home tonight."

the girls and boys separated into two different groups to make their decisions.

"we're not kicking jaNa off. she's had our backs." liv spoke to the group.

"yes jaNa is staying." the girls agreed with liv.

they talked for a while longer until the made their final decision.

"fuck!" val said while walking back over to the fire pit.

"boys we'll start with you. which boy have you decided to dump from the island and why." ariana asked them.

connor stood up and spoke for the group. "the boy that we have decided to dump from the island is, hakeem."

"girls, it's your turn. which girl have you decided to dump from the island and why." ariana asked.

serena stood up to speak. "we all decided on this together. the girl we have decided to dump from the island is, andrea."

the girls started crying after serena finished. the boys were shocked at the girls decision.

"what the fuck y'all!" rob yelled at everyone. which made aaron start crying when he saw rob upset.

rob and aaron started getting really offensive toward liv. then val decided to step in.

"it was hard we wanted to keep all three girls. so please, tell me who the fuck you wanted us to dump." she yelled at aaron.

"there was a logical decision and and ilogical decision and i think that was an ilogical one." miguel spoke which made val roll her eyes at him.

"jana and nicole that does mean you are safe. go sit at the fire pit." ariana told the girls.

val and serena stood up to give jaNa a hug. "it's so obvious they're talking about me." jaNa spoke in between cries.

"i know, i know." val rubbed the girls back while hugging her before they sat down.

"well now you're sending three home tonight, so good job." rob told the group of girls. which made them roll their eyes.

"you guys have 30 minutes to pack your bags, and say your goodbyes." ariana said looking in between hakeem and andrea.

the girls and guys walked over to hakeem and andrea to give them hugs.

"i feel so bad like i know you guys don't even want me here." jaNa said while hugging miguel and val.

"no, no it's not that." miguel said to jaNa.

"i'm so sorry." val walked over to andrea while crying. she rubbed the girls back to try and comfort her.

andrea and the girls were in the dressing room trying to comfort her while she was crying.

val in beach hut:

"it was fucked either way. like i don't know why the boys thought they had the right to speak to us like that."

everybody made their way downstairs to watch andrea and hakeem leave.

"love y'all!" hakeem yelled before turning around to walk out.

val turned around to hug her friends as they all walked to the kitchen to talk about what happened.

miguel and val then went to the couches to talk before bed. he grabbed her legs and placed them across him while running his hand up and down her leg.

"i'm just really upset." she told him while sniffling. "and like seeing you and the others cry and act like that made me even more upset."

"i know, i understand what you mean." he looked at her.

"at the end of the day it would've ended up like this either way. but hey it wasn't me or you up their so, that's all that matters." he smiled at her.

"yeah." she pulled him in for a soft kiss before they both made their way upstairs to her ready for bed.

valentina put on a matching silk pajama set before getting into bed next to miguel. they talked for a bit before falling asleep.
