*Luke's POV*

I haven't given up at all.

I know Kat probably thinks that I've given up.

I really do hope she doesn't think I'm gonna find another Luna or make Daisy the Luna.

Well, I haven't.

These 4 months I've been tracking down, taking note, and even stalking the rouges.

I've had the trackers, hunters, warriors, my mum, Chrissy, Brad, Eve, Tyler and even Ava helping.

We know that MC turned and that she was fake. When I find her I will kill her along with her mate Mark.

"Alpha we need to leave now if we want to save her." Brad informs me.

"Ok let's go!"

'Everyone meet out front now!' I commanded through the pack link.

I'm coming for you baby, and this time I'm not letting you go.

We are all at the rundown warehouse, waiting for the right time to attack.

Half of us are in wolf form and the other half are still in human form.

We have, well I have been waiting for this time to come for 4 months, it's now here and I'm NOT going to fail.

'Lets go'

We run and attack.

I see blood, and wolf bits everywhere.

I run and bust down the door with Eve, Tyler and a few warriors.

We see MC run and try to attack me but I dodge and let Eve handle her.

'Don't kill her though Eve'

I tell her, we need answers.

I follow Kat's scent into a room and I know she's in there.

'Lets get out mate!' Jackson says and I totally agree with him.

We bust through the door and see Mike stabbing knifes into my baby.

That Mongolian swamp rat.

I charge towards him, letting my wolf take over.

I change into my wolf, and he changes into his.

He comes at me and bites into my neck but I manage to get out of his grip and go for his neck.

I rip a massive chunk out of his neck killing him instantly.

Finally that cocksucker is dead.

I change back into my human form.

I look up and see Kat chained on the wall with multiple knifes and glass sticking through her.

I rip the chains and cuffs off, ignoring the burning that the silver is doing to me and pick her up slowly.

"Luke?" I hear her soft voice. That makes me instantly look down at her, and I see her eyes closing.

"Kat, baby, please keep your eyes open. Don't shut them please. Stay with me." I  beg her. I feel a cold liquid run down my cheek.

'Luke all rouges are clear. All good'

I don't reply I walk out of the shithole and I see Brad take Kat and Eve hand me some basketball shorts.

"Burn it all! Burn it all down! Get Kat to the hospital NOW!!!" I yell, power dominating in my voice.

I take Kat back and run back to the pack house.

I get her in the car, and to the hospital in fast timing.

"Help me please!" I yell and I see people take her from me.

I walk with them.

Until I get stopped

"Sir please. Your not allowed in the emergency room, I'm sorry but please wait in the waiting room, and we will inform you on how she's doing shortly." The nurse tells me.

I decide to listen and I wait.

-3 hours later-

It's been 3 hours.

3 whole hours and we've had nothing on Kat.

Everyone's here.

Mum, Eve, Chrissy, Julia, Ava, Tyler, Brad, Toby, Josh, Brittany and Cody.

Tyler and Eve are sitting on a single chair together.

Mum is on a chair.

Jake and Toby and lying on the floor.

Brittany and Brad are cuddled up on the couch.

And I'm slouching on a chair waiting.

I'm so scared.

Is she ok?

What's happening?

Does she remember me?

Is she badly hurt?

What if?

'No Luke don't think like that,'my wolf growls at me.

'But what if she is..'

'Dead?' I reply and he goes quiet.

"Kat?" A nurse comes in.

"Yes that is us." I say standing up.

"What relationship do you have towards Kat?" She asks us all.

"I'm her boyfriend, cousins and step mum." I lie.

"Okay.." She trails off.

"Well she has 6 deeps cuts from the knifes, many little cuts from the glass, she lost a lot of blood, and she has a broken leg, 7 ribs, and damage to the brain. But other than that she should be ok. Oh and she's gone into a coma, we don't know when she'll be out of it. That's all." The nurse says and walks away.

"Fucken hell what did that guy do to her?" Cody asks.

"Too much." Is what Eve replies.

"I'm going to see her." My mum and the others agree.

"I'll wait here till your all done. I'll go see her myself." I say and they all nod and walk away.

How could someone do that to my baby?

How could he do that to his own daughter?

My mate was in trouble and I left it too long.

I wasn't there when she needed it.

I'm such a bad mate. God Luke your so stupid.

I'm so glad that her dad is now dead.

I need to question MC.

I was so stuck in thought that I didn't see or hear the others come back.

"All yours." I was told.

I got up and headed to the desk.

"I'm looking for Katrina Parks?" I ask politely.

The lady looks up and instantly pushes up her boobs.

Gross!

"What's your relationship with her?" She asks fluttering her eyelashes.

"Her boyfriend." I say smirking.

Her face goes blank.

"Room 168."

"Thanks."

I arrive at her room and carefully push the door open.

I see her body lying there.

She looks so pale, cuts, bandages, stitches everywhere, purple bruises all around her body.

I take a seat next to her bed and grab her cold hand.

"Kat, I hope you can hear me. We saved you from that monster, we have MC in our cells. We really miss you Kat. These 4 months that you were abused I was planning to come save you, but I wasn't quick enough. I'm so sorry Kat. You look beautiful by the way. Kat we need you to wake up ok. We really need you, the pack needs you." I say I try to blink back the tears but I can't.

"We miss you Kat. We need you. Now I'm just repeating myself but you mean so much to us and the pack. We love you Kat. I love you Kat." I finish off.

I feel a hand touch my shoulder and I turn to see Eve crying with me.

I stand up and hug her.

I cried on her shoulder, as she cried on mine.

"Please Kat wake up."
