Chapter 68

Kirby

The Scomiche Chronicles

"Scott, Scott, Scotty!!!" Mitch excitedly called as he barged through their hotel room in Japan. Scott looked up from the bed where he was lounging in boxers only , watching the TV. "Mitch, we aren't the only ones in this hotel." He scolded, laughing lightly as Mitch bounced around. "Now, what's got you all hyper?" Mitch looked at the television, which was playing SpongeBob in Japanese. Mitch's jaw dropped in mock offense. "How could you? You're watching SpongeBob without me." Mitch shook his head, focusing on his mission. He bounced onto the bed and paused a moment to appreciate Scott's outfit-or lack of- before quickly pulling out a stuffed Kirby.

"I got you this!!" He laid his head on Scott's shirtless and toned torso, and displayed Kirby. "Aww, Mitchy I love it." Scott kissed the top of Mitch's head. Mitch blushed as he kissed Scott's chest, and heard his heart beat quicken. "It's the best present I've ever gotten." He says. Mitch's eyes widened and he says "That's not true. You got a car for your 17th birthday. Wasn't that the best present you ever received?" Scott tilted his head to the side and considered it. "That was an awesome present." He agreed, but  quickly followed with "That never beats getting presents from my favorite person."  He said, looking down at Mitch. Mitch smiles up at him, before snuggling into Scott.

"What do you want to do for the rest of today?" Mitch asks, smiling when Scott points to the TV and Mitch. "We can do that later. We've always wanted to go to Japan, and now that we are here, we're not going to stay in our hotel the entire time. Now come on, up, up, up" Mitch said, attempting to pull Scott up. Mitch huffed when Scott refused to budge , then got an idea. He got Kirby and held it behind him. "I'm going to return him if you don't get out of this bed." Mitch threatened. He laughed as Scott almost propelled himself off of the bed. "Ok, OK I'm up. Just don't take Kirby."Scott clutched the bear to his chest and followed Mitch out. The bear wasn't going to leave his sight, since his most favorite person ever gave it to him.
