coming clean

The gay world(short stories)

It’s been a while since I had sex with my girlfriend, we been dating for a while more like 3 years and it’s been great but I never really told her about my sexual issues and how I been seeing someone else on the side but I was hoping we can talk when she get home from work. I waited texting my other “friend”, when she walked through the door and started screaming at me why I’m not dressed, “didn’t know I was suppose to”

“yes were going to my parents house for this party”

“Wait do we gotta go”

“Yes now get up and go get dress”, I ran upstairs and quickly jumped in and out the shower throwing on my Nike jumpsuit running back downstairs before getting yelled at again. We walked to the car and I had to tell before we got to her parents house, “hey, I need to tell you something"

“what, please make it quick were late”

“I don’t think we should continue dating”

“Why cause your gay and have a little side piece”, I got quiet and all I could do is think, “umm damn”

“yeah I know but hey we all got secrets like how I been dating your older brother”

“What”

“Yeah had to get sex from somewhere”

“But my brother, you couldn’t choose anyone else”

“he text me first technically so not my fault”

“whatever, so what we doing”

“after this party we go our separate ways”

“and the house, the car”

“We sale both, you get half and I get half”

“Ok, that’s fair, do you know who I’m dating though”

“You mean fucking, yes I do I went through your phone, I was waiting for you to tell me though took you two years”

“I apologize”

“don’t, your brother and mother knew, I should have listened”

“Of course my brother told you to leave me”

“actually your mother and sister told me to leave you, your brother would just take me out on dates, shopping sprees and great sex”,

“of course you love the rich lawyer of my family”

“and you love our old classmates from high school that’s a doctor now so we all around someone rich”

“Guess your right”

“Ain’t least we don’t have to pretend any more”, we went to her parents house as friends and had fun nobody noticing that we wasn’t together anymore and after that day, she moved in with my brother and I moved in with my doctor, we still hang out as best friends but I’m glad I finally told her the truth, not having to live a lie and for we both could be happy.
