"Hey Bharti you!", saying this Surekha got up and hugged Bharti and then turning to Prafull said, "Bhai sahab you never told me that Bharti is your guest."

"If I had told you then you would have been so happy to meet your old friend.", Prafull said and Surekha smiled.

Dada ji and Bharti's father hugged each other. Bharti, Ruhi and Abhinav touched Dada ji's feet and then Abhinav and Ruhi touched the feet of all the other elders too.

"By the way you gave a very nice surprise beta.", Dada ji said smilingly, then Praful said, "This is not a matter of surprise but this is what we have come to do." Everyone got confused after listening to Prafull. Surekha asked Bharti, "What have you people come to talk about?"

"We have come to talk about the marriage proposal with Praful Bhai sahab.", Bharti said.

" Whose Ruhi and Shivaay's?" Surekha asked widening her eyes in surprise. Everyone was surprised and Rohit and Shivaay were the most shocked. So much so that both of them stood up from their place and said in a loud voice together, " What?"

Everyone started looking at them. Shivaay quickly shook his head and said, " No no, this cannot happen. Papa, you are talking about my marriage."

" Shut up both of you and sit in your place. Both of you keep on getting confused like monkeys on every thing." Then he looked at Surekha and said, " No not Shivaay and Ruhi's but Abhinav and Shivika's."

Hearing Prafull's words, Surekha took a sigh of relief because she still had to get Ruhi and Rohit married but the very next moment when she remember the names of Shivika and Abhinav, her eyes widened in surprise once again and she started looking at Hardik and Shivika.

Shivika had a small smile on her lips, she was sitting with her head down but Hardik's face was pale. Looking at him it seemed as if he had been bitten by a snake. He was staring at Shivika. After listening to what Praful said, he felt as if he was unable to breathe.

Shivaay stood up and said in a loud voice, "Papa what are you saying? Shivika's marriage."

"Yes why, won't she get married?", Prafull said then Shivaay said, "She will, why won't she. But how did you suddenly start talking about this relationship. Have you even asked her?"

““ Do you think I am Hitler? I have asked her. She and Abhinav have met in Gujarat and this relationship has been decided with the consent of both of them. If you don't trust me, you can ask your sister." Praful said angrily, then Shivaay started looking at Shivika in surprise who was looking at him.

The very next moment Shivaay stood up and holding Shivika's hand made her stand and said, "Yes, I will definitely ask but in private." Saying this he took Shivika with him.

Everyone started looking at him going and then they all looked at Hardik. There was sadness on the faces of all those who knew about Shivika and Hardik. Hardik's eyes were on Shivika.

He also got up and went from there. Just then Anokhi and Rishabh also came there. When both of them came to the hall, seeing everyone's faces, Anokhi and Rishabh looked at each other and then Anokhi asked Shobha, "Maa, what happened? Why do you all look so worried?

So Shanaya told everything to Anokhi and Rishabh. Hearing this, Anokhi also blurted out, “ what but Shivika"

She had barely said this when Rishabh held her hand tightly and when Anokhi looked at him, he signaled her to keep quiet with his eyes and she kept quiet.

Shivaay brought Shivaay to his room and told her, "Shivika what is all this? Have you gone mad?"

" Why, what happened, what did I do?", Shivaay asked Shivaay and Shivaay said in anger, "You are talking as if you don't know. Have you gone mad? Marriage is not a joke. When did you and Abhinav meet and how did this marriage come in between and you said yes to marriage."

Hearing so many questions from her, Shivaay remained silent for a few moments and then she said in a calm tone, "Papa told you that Abhinav and I met in Gujarat a few months ago and we became friends. Then we came to know that he is Bharti aunty's son and Bharti aunty and papa know each other very well. Papa liked Abhinav so he talked to me about marriage. I also didn't feel any negative vibes from abhinav, we were friends so I said yes, what wrong did I do in that? ”

Shivika, you have gone completely mad. Can you hear what you are saying? If a stranger man becomes your friend, you will marry him and what about your love? ", Shivaay said holding both her shoulders. Shivika looked into his eyes and said, "Which love? Hearing Shivika's words, Shivaay's hands moved away from her shoulders. Shivika held both his hands and said, "I know you are worried about me. You are a brother, after all one worries for a sister, no matter how much we fight, but I know you love me a lot, you can never see me sad. But I will be happy and I am doing this marriage only for trust and happiness."

"For whose happiness?", Shivaay asked. She said, "Papa's.  Shivaay, I had made my love my obsession for my happiness and trust. Hardik's company made me happy and I was sure that I would get his love. Then I left him for Hardik's happiness and his trust. He will never be happy with me, he believed that staying away from me will be good for everyone, so I left him and now I want to test Papa's happiness and his trust in Abhinav. Love marriage was not in my destiny so let's do an arranged marriage. "

" Does Papa know about all this? He knows about you and Hardik. ", Shivaay suddenly asked this question but Shivika replied quickly, " Yes Papa knows everything. Before the talk of marriage, I told him everything about Hardik, told him about myself, so do you know what Papa said? "

Shivika's eyes became moist while saying this.  When Shivaay shook his head in no, she said, " Papa said my love was not wrong but the time was wrong and the person was wrong. If I really want to move on, then I will have to bring someone else in my life. The place that Hardik has in my heart can never be changed and if someone changed that place then my love was not love but if I bring that person in my life who will love me, will take care of me and will give me happiness, even if it is small, then he will make his own place in my heart. I just have to hold his hand and walk with him, so I have believed Papa in this. I have convinced myself for this relationship with great difficulty. It was not out of helplessness, my mind was just not agreeing but now I have convinced my mind and Abhinav is not bad, he is a very good guy. "

" I wanted your happiness even yesterday Shivi, that's why I never stopped you and even today I want your happiness. If you feel that your happiness is in Abhinav, then I am with you. " Shivaay said this by placing his hand on her cheek and hugged Shivi.

Both of them had tears in their eyes but there was a smile on their lips but Hardik, who was standing outside the room, had only tears in his eyes. Every word of Shivika was like a dagger in his heart and when he heard from Shivika's mouth that she will be happy with Abhinav, he felt as if someone has ripped his heart out of his chest.

Just then someone put a hand on his shoulder. Hardik looked up and saw that it was Praveen but Hardik immediately went from there towards the terrace.

Praveen took a look at Shivika and Shivaay in the room and followed Hardik. Shivika and Shivaay went back to the hall. Shivika had no objection to this relationship. She wanted to give this relationship a chance so everyone also felt it was right. But Shobha, Alok, Anokhi and Rishabh had something else in their mind.

On the terrace, Hardik was sitting on the floor leaning against the wall and was looking at Rakhi's picture on his phone. The tears falling from his eyes were not stopping.  Praveen came and sat next to him and looking at Rakhi's photo said to him, "What happened, are you consoling yourself that the love for the person you love is still alive in your heart?"
