Hearing Surekha's words, everyone started staring at her.  Surekha took a look at everyone and said, “What, why are you all looking at me like this?  What did I say wrong?  What brother-in-law thought by arranging the marriage of that lame person with our Rishabh? there is a queue of girls for Rishabh, that too the prettiest and the richest and look who is in his luck, this handicapped girl. ”

“Stop it Surekha, you have spoken too much.  Now I neither want to hear about Anokhi as handicapped nor lame from your mouth.  ”, Rishidhar ji shouted, due to which Surekha got scared.

He was very angry at Surekha's words and not only him, every person sitting at the dining area did not like to hear Anokhi being lame and handicapped.

They all don't know whether Anokhi is good or bad but the way Rishabh has treated her till now was a big thing for them and now the fact of Anokhi being handicapped has created a soft corner for Anokhi somewhere in their mind.

Shobha sat on the chair and said dejectedly, “That means Anokhi must have come limping like this all the way that night.  How did she have covered this long distance on foot?  ”

Now everyone started feeling worse because of Shobha's words.  Then Rishidhar ji asked Praveen, “Praveen, did you know about this?  Because as far as I know Rishabh, he must have found out about Anokhi.  So tell me what you know about her? ”

“I don't know anything about Anokhi, dada ji.  ", Praveen said in clear words, then everyone started looking at him as if he was saying that Praveen, don't lie, tell the truth.

Praveen understood everyone's thoughts and said to everyone, “I am not lying.  I really don't know anything and neither does Sir.  Yes sir had asked me to get Anokhi's information, but Anokhi's information is hidden and you all probably know who has hidden her information.  That's why apart from Anokhi's name, I also don't know anything.  I had also told Sir but Sir said that now that Anokhi has come to stay at his house, he will make her confess in his own way as to who she is and why she has come here. ” After saying this, Praveen became silent.

Ajay asked Shanaya, “Shanaya, you have examined her thoroughly, right?  What I mean she is not doing any drama? ”

“No uncle, I have examined it thoroughly.  She is not doing any drama.  At Least she is not doing any drama or lying for this matter.”

Surekha said in her mind, “If all of them feel bad for that handicapped person then so be it, but I will not let her stay in Rishabh's life.  Before Rishabh comes, I have to get this girl out of Rishabh's life and this house. ” Saying this, Surekha's grip tightened on the spoon.

But all of them were unaware that Anokhi was standing at the door of her room listening to all of them.  Hearing those bitter words from Surekha and seeing Ajay doubting her, Anokhi felt very bad and she silently went back to her room.

A week passed like this.  Anokhi did not come out of her room this entire week.  She used to stay in her room all the time.  Shobha often comes to give her food and tries to talk to her, but Anokhi gives a short reply to Shobha's words and becomes silent, due to which Shobha does not get a chance to talk further.

afternoon time....

Riya was sitting in the hall reading a fashion magazine when Rohit came there.  He sat down tiredly on the sofa and while loosening his tie said, “Dude, give me a cup of coffee, sister, I am very tired.”

“What are you doing here at this time of the day?  Is your work finished?  ", Riya asked him while placing the magazine on the table, Rohit said, "Yes, the work at the site was over, so Praveen Bhai said to go home, so I came.  Now if your questions and answers are over, please give coffee to this brother. ”

“Yes, I will definitely give it to you.” , Saying this, Riya went towards the kitchen and Rohit started doing something on his phone.  Then his eyes went to Anokhi's room.  He thought something and went to the kitchen.

Riya who was making coffee looked at Rohit and said, “What happened Rohit bhai, do you want something?”

Rohit said while sitting on the kitchen slab , “What do you think Riya, after what we heard from Dada ji and Badi maa that day, should we trust this girl? ”

Hearing Rohit's words, Riya's hands stopped which making a coffee and she looked at him for a moment and then thinking something.

she said, "I don't know whether Papa is right or not, but I know about mom, she never supports anything wrong. But she also loves Papa very much, maybe in that love she is understanding right from wrong.”

“ But it is also possible that she is actually saying the right thing.  Now think of yourself, do you get a wrong feeling after seeing that girl? I know girls' sixth sense works very well, so when you saw that girl, did you feel even for a moment that she would be wrong?  ", Rohit asked her while coming down from the kitchen slab.

Riya shook her head in no and said, "No, I don't think so.  In fact, when I saw her condition in Bhai's room that day, I felt very bad for her.  If someone did this to me even by mistake, I would not be able to bear it.  " Saying this, Riya's eyes became a little moist.

Rohit said while caressing his head, “I know bhai had done wrong, but he had stopped before he could do anything else wrong.  Be happy about this and forget about that. Now let's do one thing, we try to talk to her.”

“Okay, so I will make coffee for her too. ” , Riya said and start to one more coffee.

After some time, Riya and Rohit came in front of Anokhi's room with a mug of coffee in their hands.  Riya knocked softly on the door and said, “Can we come in?”

After not getting Anokhi's response from inside, Riya slowly opened the door and peeked inside and saw that Anokhi was sitting on the bed.

She thought something and signaled Rohit to go to the garden, so Rohit understood her signal and left from there.

Riya entered the room with two mugs of coffee in her hand and sitting on the bed said, “Hi, we both never talked.  My name is Riya, I am Rishabh Bhai's younger sister.  Your name is Anokhi, I know this.  But what should I call you?  I mean should I call Bhabhi, Anokhi or something else. ”

“You can call me Anokhi.  That's what everyone calls me.  ”, Anokhi said softly, then Riya smiled and offered a cup of coffee towards Anokhi and said, “Okay, I will call you Anokhi.  Here, I have brought you coffee. ”

Anokhi took one look at her and then took the coffee mug from her hand.

Riya said smilingly, “Well you know, you have not come out of the room for the last one week.  Let's go to the garden.  Today's weather is very good. ”

“No, I am fine here.  ”, Anokhi said in fear while refusing, then Riya held her hand and insisted in a cute manner, “Please let's go.  Actually the weather outside is very nice, it will be fun to sit in the garden.  Anyway, I don't like being in a closed room.  Come on please.”

After her repeated requests, Anokhi agreed and got down from the bed.  She start walking limping.

Unknowingly, Riya held her hand to support her, Anokhi removed her hand and said, “I don't need support, I can walk.  I know how to walk. ”

Riya felt a little bad after listening to Anokhi, but to make Anokhi's mood good, she said smilingly, “Yes, I too had learned to walk in my childhood, but I could not learn it properly, that is why I always kept falling. Sometimes I hits the table and falls, and sometimes it gets stuck in the carpet and falls.  On which Rohit Bhai laughs at me a lot.”

While talking like this, both of them reached the garden.  Riya turned her gaze to the garden.  When she did not see Rohit anywhere, she became shocked.

She took Anokhi and sat on the sofa in the garden and said to Anokhi, “Look, what a nice weather it is.” So Anokhi looked towards the sky and shook her head in yes.

Riya was trying to see Anokhi's face through her veil but she was unable to see anything except her lips.

When Anokhi found Riya trying to see her face, she lowered her head.

Riya felt a little embarrassed and said, “Sorry, sorry, I didn't mean that.  But your voice is very sweet, just like a cute child, so I was excited to see your face.  But alas, brother did not perform the muh dikhai rasam ( veil lifting ceremony ) and until he completes the ritual, you will have to remain in the veil and we will not be able to see your face.”

While talking, Riya realized that she should not have talked about Rishabh.  She looked at Anokhi with oblique eyes, she was sitting with her head down, holding the coffee mug tightly.

Just then Rohit came from behind.  He came near Riya while drinking coffee and said, “And ladies, how are you? What gossip is happening here? ” Saying this, he sat next to Riya and Riya said to him, “There is no gossip going on, bhai, and what are you doing here?”

“Now you made coffee for yourself and the new member of our house, but you forgot your brother.  So this poor guy had to make coffee himself.  ", Rohit said in an innocent manner and Riya started staring at him.

Anokhi was silently listening to both of them with her head down.  Rohit took one look at her and then extended his hand and said, “Hi, I am Rohit and you must have known that I am Rishabh Bhai's younger brother, meaning his cousin brother. ”

Anokhi looked at Rohit but did not say anything nor shook hands with him, but our Rohit was no less.  He too did not take his hand back and pretended to be crying. He said, “Hey ma'am, shake hands quickly, my hands are hurting and this is my right hand.  How will I eat if my hands become stiff like this?  So have mercy on me so that I can eat and shake hands quickly. ” Then he paused for a moment and said, “Wow, this has become poetry.”

Riya laughed at his rotten poetry and a small smile appeared on Anokhi's lips, seeing which Rohit also smiled.

Anokhi placed the coffee mug on the table and slowly shook hands with Rohit and said, “My name is Anokhi. ”

“Wow man, your voice is very cute and this name Anokhi is also quite unique.  But you do not need to become unique by having a zero figure.  You should eat and drink well, look how thin your hands are and how small you are too, very thin.  By the way, what is your age? ”

When Rohit asked, Riya also started looking at Anokhi curiously.  Anokhi said softly, “I am 18 years old. ”

" What?  ", Rohit and Riya almost screamed in surprise and Anokhi stood up in fear after hearing the loud voices of both of them.

Riya made her sit and calmed herself down and said, “Sorry, we were surprised to hear your age, so a loud noise came out of our mouth, sorry. But you are really 18 years old. ”

Anokhi timidly nodded her head yes.  Rohit asked her, “So how much time has passed since you turned 18?”

Anokhi showed a 10 finger gesture with both her hands.

Riya said, “10 months” Anokhi shook her head no.  Rohit said, “10 weeks” Anokhi again shook her head no, then Riya and Rohit both said together, “So 10 days” then Anokhi shook her head yes this time.

Riya and Rohit started looking at each other with surprise.  Rohit said, “Meaning, the day you and brother got married was your birthday.  ”Anokhi once again nodded her head yes.

Both Rohit and Riya were looking at each other with surprise.  Both of them could not understand what to say?  Meaning, Alok got Anokhi married on the same day she turned 18.

Anokhi was sitting silently with her head down.  After thinking something, she said softly in fear, “What do you guys want to ask me? ”

Hearing her soft voice, Rohit and Riya looked at him.  Riya said, “We don't have to ask you anything Anokhi. ”

“You people think that I lie and I have come to do bad things to you, that is why you both want to talk to me, want to ask me. ”

Riya and Rohit once again started looking at each other with surprise.  Anokhi raised her head and said to both of them, “I heard what you all talking at the dining table that day.  You all don't trust me, right?  But I am telling the truth, I will not do anything.  I won't make anyone angry.  Just tell your brother not to do this to me.”

Riya held Anokhi's hand and said, " Bhai will not do that again Anokhi. But tell me one thing, why have you got married?  Do you know who Rishabh Bhai is?  He is not only a businessman but also a mafia and what's more, he is 10 years older than you.  You didn't even know him, then why did you get married? ”

“Because Alok uncle is going to do something for me what is very important for me.  He said that if I marry his son, he will do my work.  So please don't let me leave the house.  I will do all the household work, as you brother said, it will be fine for me.  I do all the household work.  Just don't throw me out of the house, otherwise Alok uncle will not work for me.”

“What kind of work is Bade Papa going to do for you?  ", Rohit asked but Anokhi became silent.

Seeing her silent, Riya placed her hand on Rohit's shoulder and signaled him not to ask anything further.

Then a broom went and fell directly into Anokhi's lap.  Everyone looked towards the direction from where the broom had come and saw Surekha standing behind with folded hands.

While looking at Anokhi, she came near all of them and said, “When brother-in-law is working for you, you are working for brother-in-law, then what benefit will we all get from it?  We will definitely suffer loss because of the free food you eat.  Therefore, as you said, you can do all the household work, so go ahead and start working. ”

Anokhi was just looking at Surekha.  Rohit stood up and said, “Mom, what are you doing?  ”

“Quiet, just quiet.  I don't like this girl  and you both are talking to her together, there is no need and you are replying to me on her behalf.  ”, Surekha said in a loud voice, by interrupting Rohit.

Then she pointed her finger at Anokhi and shouted, “And why are you sitting here, go and do your work?”

Anokhi got scared when Surekha shouted like this and started walking away from there quickly, holding the broom.

evening time....

When Dada ji and Shobha came into the house, they saw Anokhi doing household chores.  Seeing this, Shobha came to Anokhi and said, “Anokhi, why are you doing this work?  Where are the house servants?  ”” But Anokhi did not say anything and stood silently.

Then Surekha came to shobha and said, “Because didi, I have told her to do it. She herself said that she knows all the household work. So apart from eating free food she should do these things. ”

“Surekha, what are you saying and who told you to let her do household work?  Where have all the servants of the house gone?  ”, Rishidhar ji said angrily, then Surekha lowered her head and said in a low voice, “Papa ji, I am not doing anything from my mind.  Rishabh has asked me to do all this.  " Saying this, she showed him her phone, which had Rishabh's message.

Rishidhar ji and Shobha saw that message.  Rishabh had written, “ chachi ji, I know that everyone in that house must be feeling pity for the girl and Mom must be taking care of her.  But you should take better care of her.  As I said earlier, she is neither my wife nor the daughter-in-law of that house, she is just a maid, so she should be treated like a servant and if Dada ji and Mom stop you or that girl, then tell them clearly that if she does not do work of a servant, she will be killed.  I will tell anyone to get her killed and they know very well that killing anyone is not a big deal for me.”

Both Rishidhar ji and Shobha got very angry after reading Rishabh's message, but both of them could not do anything even if they wanted to, because they knew that once Rishabh decides something , he always do that.

If he had said that he will not let Anokhi live with a peace, so even if he is not with her, he will do no less in making her life hell and as far as killing her is concerned, Rishabh can do this also, because in Rishabh's heart there is a love for her.  There is no sympathy or pity for anyone except family members.

He doesn't feel bad even if an innocent person loses his life.  He does not regret that in this mafia life, he must have taken the life of some innocent person at some point of time and Anokhi is the first person to bear Rishabh's anger at this time, whom Rishabh can do anything to destroy.

Then, as Rishabh said, Surekha started treating Anokhi like a servant.  Anokhi would do the household chores and quietly go to her room.

Surekha would also get her food sent to her room by the servants.  But Surekha should not trouble Anokhi too much, Dada Shobha, Rohit, Riya and Ajay would take care of all this due to which Surekha would get angry every time.

But even though Surekha used to get Anokhi to do all the household and garden work, she did not allow her to go to the kitchen, because Shobha had forbidden her from cooking in the kitchen.

Anokhi had not yet performed the first kitchen ritual after marriage, so Anokhi was forbidden from doing kitchen work until that ritual was done properly.

The same Praveen was keeping a close eye on Anokhi.  He used to see what Anokhi did , when and how, and somewhere he too started believing that Anokhi was not a bad person.  She has no wrong intentions.  Meanwhile, he also tried to find out information about Anokhi, but Alok had hidden his information with such tight security that even if he wanted, Praveen could not find out about Anokhi and this worry was eating him.

He would tell every thing about the house and Anokhi to Rishabh.  Rishabh also knew that everyone in the house had a soft corner for Anokhi, so he issued a new order, that was Anokhi would call everyone in the house by the same name by which the servants of the house call them.

She used to call dada ji only dada ji, but she used to call Shobha as badi maalakin, chacha ji as Chhote Malik, chachi ji as Chhoti Malkin, Riya as Ma'am and Rohan and Praveen as Sir.  Although everyone forbade Anokhi from doing this, Anokhi did not listen to them and started living as per Rishabh's advice.

Three months passed in all this and with each passing day, Anokhi had created a soft corner for herself in the hearts of Dadaji, Shobha, Ajay, Rohit, Riya, Shanaya and Praveen.

Rohit and Riya had become good friends of Anokhi and both of them used to lovingly call Anokhi as Chhoti si Bhabhi, because Anokhi is their sister-in-law by relation and younger than them in age, hence both of them together gave this unique name to Anokhi.  , which Anokhi also like it and happily accept that.
