Anokhi was thinking of a way to calm Rishabh's anger. She thought something and said to Rishabh, "Okay, sorry, I forgive you and you also forgive me. Look, I have made cupcakes, let's eat them."

"I don't want to eat any cupcakes, you sit and eat them." , Rishabh said and started to leave from there, then Anokhi stopped him and said in a loud voice, "Hey wait wait Rishabh ji where are you? Look, if you don't come to me and you don't eat this cupcake, then I will follow you, then I will get hurt and I will feel pain and then maa will scold you."

Hearing her threat, Rishabh stopped and came to her.  He sat on his knees in front of her and holding her chin said, “Cupcake, are you threatening me too much? You have been saying this again and again that I will start walking, I will follow you, I will hurt myself. Do you think I will agree to your words with this threat of yours?”

Rishabh was speaking angrily while pinching her cheek and Anokhi was looking at him smiling. Seeing her smiling, Rishabh became silent and narrowing his eyes asked her, “Am I cracking a joke that you are smiling after listening to me?”

“No, you are not cracking a joke but you are speaking the truth. Now see, when I threatened you, you came and sat next to me, and I am sure that you will eat this cupcake with me.”

“I am not going to eat any cupcake.  " , Rishabh said and Anokhi took the cupcake in her hand and said, " Okay then you don't eat it, I will eat it. "

Saying this, Anokhi took a bite of the cupcake and Rishabh started staring at her. The very next moment Anokhi put her lips on his lips and started trying to feed him the cupcake in the same way as Rishabh had eaten it from her lips for the first time.

Seeing this, Rishabh's eyes widened and for a moment his heart forgot to beat. But the very next moment he closed his eyes and put one of his hands behind Anokhi's head and started helping her. Because Anokhi was not able to do it.

Rishabh took the cupcake in her mouth with his tongue and separated from her. Anokhi was now blushing with shame at her own act.

She hid her face in both her hands and said in her mind, "Anokhi, what have you done? What have you done in an attempt to convince Rishabh ji? Now I don't know what he must be thinking about me and what will he say? I can't even run away, I have to sit here and listen to his talks too. You are really crazy."

Rishabh was smiling and looking at Anokhi's hidden face with mischief in his eyes. He finished the cupcake in his mouth and removed her hands from her face and saw that his cute wife's face had turned bright pink.

He held her face in both his hands and said, "I didn't know that my wife can adopt this method to convince me. Looks like I will have to take training from my cupcake on how to convince someone."

Hearing his words, Anokhi closed her eyes tightly and put her palm on Rishabh's eyes. Rishabh's eyes were touching her heart and increasing her heartbeat, so she thought that if she closes her eyes, her heart will also stop beating fast, but nothing like that happened. Her heart was still beating like a bullet train, which Rishabh could also hear clearly.

Her fast heartbeat was giving Rishabh a strange happiness. Rishabh held Anokhi's waist and pulled her a little closer to him and joined her forehead with his.

Anokhi's hand was still on his eye and Anokhi's eyes were closed. Both of them were feeling each other's breath on their faces.

Rishabh asked, "So you forgave me."

"Hmmm", Anokhi said softly, then Rishabh hugged her.

Dehradun _

Sanjay and Shalini were sitting on the sofa in the hall and drinking tea. Just then Vikram came there with his bag. Seeing him with such luggage, Sanjay asked, "Where is he going with this bag?"

"He must be leaving the house, what else." Shalini said while placing the tea cup on the table, then Sanjay started looking at Vikram in surprise.  Vikram made a sad face and said, "Yes dad I am leaving the house. My 2 days are over and Preeti has not agreed to the marriage, so I will not get food at home and mom does not let me bring food from outside, so the only option is to leave the house." Saying this Vikram lowered his face in sadness.

Sanjay came to him and putting his hand on his shoulder said to Shalini, "Shalini I thought you were joking, he is really leaving the house."

Sanjay was really very upset. Just then Shalini came to Vikram and twisting his ear tightly said, " Drama, you are doing drama in front of me. Come on tell your dad why are you going to Mumbai."

" Ok mom I will tell you, but first leave my ear, it is paining a lot." Vikram said shouting in pain, then Shalini left his ear.

Vikram said to Sanjay while caressing his ear, " Yes dad I am going to Mumbai but I am not leaving home. I told you that I am starting a law firm in Mumbai and hence it is more important for me to stay there, so I will have to go. Because the registration is complete and I want to start it as soon as possible.

“ But what about Preeti, you just went to Mumbai and will go away. Do you want to marry her or should I find another boy for her?”, Sanjay said staring at him.

Hearing his last sentence, both Shalini and Vikram said together, “Not at all.” Then Sanjay started staring at both of them. Vikram said, “Dad don't worry, you don't worry about that, because after what I have done, you will see that she herself will happily come and say yes to the marriage. I am sure of this.”

“What have you done?”, Shalini and Sanjay asked him staring at him, then Vikram said with a frown, “Don't look as if I have done something wrong. Listen what I have done.” Saying this, he started telling both of them.

Flashback_

Morning time_

Preeti had come to her office early today because she had some important work. She was busy in her work when someone knocked on her cabin door.

“ Come in ”, Preeti said while looking at the file. Just then someone came in. Preeti thought it must be a client, so while looking at the file, she pointed towards the chair and said, “ Sit down and tell me what is your case? ”

Then that person sat on the chair and said, “ Sorry, but I have not come for any case, I have just come to congratulate you. ”

Hearing that voice, Preeti looked ahead in surprise, and Vikram was sitting in front of her with a bouquet in his hand and was looking at her smilingly.

Preeti closed the file and said to him, “ Hey you here! ”

Vikram gave her the bouquet of flowers and said, “ I told you I have come to congratulate you. Congratulations for your victory. I am very happy to hear that you not only filed a case against Gaurav but also got him punished and at present he is in jail. ”

“ Vikram , he had to be punished for what he did. The only regret is that he did more wrong to someone else than me and I could not punish him for that because at that time I had neither the courage nor the circumstances, but I promise myself that I will definitely punish him for that too.”, Preeti said in a lost tone.

Hearing her, Vikram smiled and said in his mind, “You don’t need to worry about him Preeti, because now there are many people who want to punish him and I am one of them.”

Then Preeti put her hand on her head and said, “Oh God, I did not ask you anything. What would you like, tea or coffee.”

“Coffee”, Vikram said and Preeti called and asked to send two coffees to her cabin. In a short while, a peon left after keeping two coffees and they both started drinking coffee.

Preeti was looking at Vikram again and again who looked a little worried.  She asked, "Do you want to say something, you look a little worried."

Hearing her, Vikram looked at her. By now Vikram's face had become a little serious. He put the coffee cup on the table and asked Preeti, "Preeti, did you think about what I said that night?"

Hearing Vikram's words, Preeti got confused and started looking here and there. She was not able to say anything. Seeing her confused like this, Vikram calmed her down and said, "I have not come here to trouble you, I have just come to tell you that every word I said was true. Now I am not Hanuman who can tear my chest apart and show what is in my heart, so I can convince you only by saying what I say. But if you do not believe me, then it is okay, I will not misunderstand you. But I am going to Mumbai Preeti."

Preeti started looking at him. Looking into her eyes, Vikram said, “I have started a law firm which has been registered. I will have to go to Mumbai and it may take me 2 years, 3 years or 5 years to make that firm successful. I don't know how much time it will take. I just wanted to hear your answer before leaving. If I had got a yes from you, I would have come to Dehradun very soon and taken you with me, but if the answer is no, then it will probably take me years to come to Dehradun. When I see you, I will keep asking questions like this, keep demanding answers from you and you will get upset, but I don't want to trouble you, so I will never call you.”
