Chapter 7

NICK POV

Its been 2 weeks since we're here in this 2 weeks a lot changed. The routine change every morning I wake up kiss Simon on his forehead and go work and when I get back , he cooks lunch and for dinner we both cook and we go out roam around I show him around.

Simon and Luke have gotten along and I am happy he got a friend. Nothing happened between us and I doubt if he knows that I kiss him every morning. Thats wrong? Maybe , maybe not but I love this routine.

And today was my last day at this work before we return back and that gotten Luke emotional. I told him to visit me any time he wants to. And we said good bye to Luke and drove away the only thing I am going to miss is have Simon live with me.

Reaching at his place I helped him taking his bag in and I dropped him till insde.

Nick its now or never , the voice in my head said. I took a deep breath and cupped his face.

"Will you go out with me?" His eyes widened and he nodded his head with a big smile on his face.

"Yes." He whispered I just stared in his eyes. I leaned in and he met me mid way and our lips locked and the sensation I felt was beyond words can explain. I moved my lips and licked his lower lip and he opened his lips and my tongue got in and explored his mouth he moaned and I deepened the kiss.

I held his waist and he wrapped his arms around my neck. And we kissed I pulled back so we catch our breathe. We had big smile on our faces I pecked his lips once again and hugged him.

"Will pick you at 12!" We said bye and I drove home with big smile on my face. After reaching home Finn and Justin were in living room watching movie I walked in.

"Hey." I looked at Justin and he said hey and I ran to my parents room. I guess I had the smile still on because Justin's gaze held curiosity. I knocked the door and heard come in. I opened the door and jumped on their bed and hugged my parents by laying on top of them.

"Whats gotten in you?" Papa asked after giggling. I moved and sat in front of them and I held Papa's feet and massaged it he raised his eyebrow.

"I just missed you both so much."

"Bullshit. Now tell us." I looked at Dad. Am I open book?

"Yes son you're an open book." I laughed.

"Nothing just happy that am back?" That came like a question. I mentally face palmed myself.

"Happy? Yes we can see. But happy to be back? I don't think so." My eyes widened.

"PAPA." I whined and pouted. "Can't I just be happy to see the two of you?"

"You can but we're just curious about who swollen your lips and messed with your hairs." My eyes widened and I jumped and stood front of mirror in their room and indeed my hairs where messed and my lips well lets not talk about it.

I sat at their bed and gave them grin and they laughed at me.

"Tell us. Will you?"

"Well yo-" I was cut.

"Can I join in?" I turned back seeing Finn standing there with begging eyes.

"Come in baby." Papa held out his hand for Finn and he ran in Papa's arm and looked at me with sadness in his eyes.

"Continue son." I looked at Dad then looked down.

"Goodnight." I walked out I heard them calling my name but I shut the door way out.

Am I being the bad guy here? If no then ok but if yes then what about my feelings? I don't know why I still feel hurt I just cant help it.

I pulled my comforter above me and spaced out at times like this I miss my cat. Did I tell you? When I was back one day I searched for him but I got to know because lack of feeding they died both zolo and ro I just wonder how did Finn took that.

I heard my room door open and shut. Someone got in the comforter behind me and held me so I turn around and wrapped my arm around Dad.

"Hey don't beat your self."

"I'm tired Dad." He sighed. he knows what I meant.

"I know."

"I miss him." I whispered.

"I know that." We just laid there silently.

"Dad tell me story of you and Papa." He chuckled because ever since we remember Finn and I always were interested in knowing and I guess we know A to Z because we sometimes ask them to repeat.

"Which one ? Or any?"

"Of you realizing your love for him." Dad tightened his grip.

"Ever since I saw your Papa I knew I was wrapped around his tiny finger. And when I knew he was friends with Kai I was happy that he will spend time with us or more like me. And when I knew I like him I also realized him and Kai being close and I hated that feeling of seeing him with someone else. But at some point how much can a person take it.

So one day Kai and I were sitting in my room when he told me he likes Nate I was so mad at him there was one point I thought maybe if Nate also likes Kai I thought to give up but then I couldn't take it anymore and I didn't want to back out so I ran to his place well more like drive you know." I laughed he chuckled.

"And when I reached there your grandpa told me Nate is in his room so I ran there and knocked the door and when I saw my boy he was in tears while wearing my hoodie and thats when we talk and I knew he also liked me so we kissed and-"

"Stop no details please." We laughed. And a little while I looked at Dad.

"Dad." His eyes were closed.

"Yes son."

"How did you know that Papa is the one for you." Dad smiled it is way clear that Dad loves Papa even today its over 25 years I hope my story also lasts long.

"Well every time I did something I missed your Papa , I wanted to wake up every morning before just seeing him and sleep every night after seeing him I could see my future with him and I knew no one could ever change my mind and I just believed in him and our love so here we are." After that we were slowing going to our dreamland I heard Dad.

"Introduce us to him or her." I smiled and said good night.

Morning I woke up and Dad was gone I saw the time it was 9:30 I got up and took shower and dressed up for my date I wanna make his day the best day for him. I had few plans so lets hope nothing ruins it. I dressed up in black ripped jeans and white shirt with collar and on top I wore black sweatshirt and white Nike shoes and a necklace hanging between my chest I wear white wrist watch and made my hairs and put a nice smelling fragrance.

Once I believed I looked good I walked out it was 11:20AM passing the living room I noticed Dad , Papa , Justin and Finn looked at me like some Alien walking in their living room I just tried ignoring their looks and Dad looked at me with knowing face and winked at me I felt my self blushing WTH?

"Do not leave until you tell me where are you going?" Just then I remembered I ran back to my room took my phone , wallet and car key like great I was going without them. I walked out again. Papa raised his eyebrow.

"Papa I'm gonna be late bye."

"Stop." I pouted.

"Popsi please." He shook his head I sighed.

"I have a date now bye." I said a bit louder and ran out.

By 12 I was knocking at Simon's door and it opened revealing my lil cute boy in black sweatpants and black sweatshirt we just laughed at us matching I walked and stopped front of him and pecked his forehead.

"Ready?" He nodded and blushed. I held his hand and walked to car and opened door for him once he was seated I closed the door and went to the drivers seat and started the car.

"Where are we going?"

"First things first we will have something to eat." So I stopped the car at a restaurant and I asked him to wait so I went to passenger door and opened it for him. Then fast forward we had lunch and spoke a little then we left for the second destination. I took us to Zoo and it was fun I hope he enjoyed himself we took pictures it was fun then after we leave I took us to beach we walked around holding hands I intertwined our fingers.

Then we took a seat front of the beach.

"I have never been on a date I'm sorry if today was boring." He looked at me like I was mad.

"Your crazy if you think today was boring. It was anything but boring , I really loved everything we did and I will always appreciate this day."

"Its not over yet." He looked at me.

"There is more?" I nodded my head.

"I just wanted to make sure I don't bore you." He smiled.

"You never bore me trust me , having you round is like the best thing ever. Being with you makes me happy." I pecked his cheek and he blushed and turned around I held his chin and pulled his face my side I leaned in and gave him a soft and gentle kiss on his little lips.

After a while I stood up and held my hand out for him so he took it and got up we walked to the car and drove to the next destination we drove to the carnival and that got Simon so happy I paid for our tickets and we played around a little till we both we exhausted and we went to order food and we got our food and sat at the table and we were tired to even talk so we ate silent more like I did because when I looked at Simon I noticed he haven't even had a bit.

Maybe he didn't like the food but he didn't take a bite even. I noticed him moving a side a little and he was looking ahead of me so I turned back and saw a group of 3 teen boys and 2 teen girls looking at him and saying something and laughing basically they were making fun of him. I looked at him and saw his shiny blurry eyes. Thats it.

I got up and walked to the group.

"What's so funny?" I asked them.

"Why are you sitting with that fatso you can join us." One of the girls said while patting her fake eyelashes.

"Ya we are good company." I nodded my head.

"So you want me to leave my boyfriend there and sit with bunch of idiotic 16 17 years old kids? No thank you." They gasped and I looked at the first girl who asked me to join them.

"Please apply make up your face looks like your sick." She got pissed and I walked back to my place and sat like nothing happened and Simon was quiet too. He was about to say something but I cut him.

"Come on finish your food I have 1 or 2 surprises left hurry up." He looked at the food and his stomach made funny sound and we both laughed so after he was done I held hand and looked at the same teen when they noticed me I held Simon's hand bought it up and kissed the back of his hand and pulled him away and Simon seems not to notice because he was looking at some kids playing around.

"Now where?" I pointed at faris wheel cliché right?  And once we got in it started and Simon was looking around happily. Once we where on top I held his hand.

"Simon." He looked into my eyes I kissed his lips.

And after getting down we left the carnival there was one place to go before we call it night. I saw Simon was getting tired so this is last destination. I took him to a lightening garden it was beautiful we walked it.

"Simon." He looked at me.

"Ya?" I looked deep in his eyes.

"Will you be my boyfriend?" He gasped he's beautiful eyes were teary. Then he did something I felt my heart break. He shook his head and moved a little back.

"No please." He whispered.

"Why?" I felt my tear escape my eye. I moved towards him.

"You deserve better."

"Si-" he shook his head and cut me.

"Don't do this Nick , you have bright future ahead of you and don't ruin it for someone like me. People will only judge you and make fun of you for choosing me. You might not have noticed today but a lot of people looked at us like we were wrong I first thought maybe because we're both boys but no the more I saw the more I realized its because of me because of our size. I had the best time of my life so thankyou I enjoy a lot despite the looks I blocked some but at the end people still stare.

I like you so much Nick so I'm doing this for your own good. You should find yourself someone like Adam not someone like me." We were both mess with tears and Simon was sobbing. I moved forward and wrapped my arms around him he protested but I tightened my grip.

"You think I care about what people think? I just care about my loved ones , people don't matter to me but you do Simon for the past two years since I met you in the washroom I knew I was a goner I knew deep down I wanted to protect you. Simon you mean a lot to me you have no idea how much I stopped myself from jumping on you those 2 weeks we stayed together.

Simon only you look at me with love and care other than my family If I wanted someone else then I wouldn't be single , would I?  And my heart belongs to someone who is in my arms." He was sobbing but tightened his fist on my sweatshirt.

"I like you Simon for the past 2 years. You're just perfect Simon stop thinking otherwise please because no matter what you say I wont give up thats what my parents taught me.

So please baby be mine let me protect you let me love you let yourself be mine and love yourself as much as you like me because you are worth it." We held each other. I was about to pull away but Simon shook his head so I held him tight and kissed head which was against my chest.

"Ask me again." I smiled and kissed his head.

"Will you be my boyfriend?" He nodded his head.

"Yes."
