"You feel like love and you sound like my soul. What are you if not my soulmate?"

A place as heavenly as Santorini is something to cherish and adore. And that's exactly what Reva is doing.

They arrived to Athens a few hours back, stayed there for a few days and then visited Piraeus and Chania, and then came to their final destination Santorini.

They had stayed these places for one to two days but they'll be staying in Santorini for a week, since Reva liked this a bit too much from searching it at Google reviews and Instagram.

"You know you can't eat her. You're vegetarian." Rishi pointed out blankly and Reva gave him her perfect stink eyes.

"What the hell Mr. Rishi Mehrotra! Why did you thought I'm going to eat this fish?" She asked while pointing towards the large fish which she was looking towards at the aquarium.

"The way you are ogling her, anyone would think the same." He shrugged and recieved a tight slap from her on his arms. He smiled at that and pulled her with him holding her hands.

Just a mere touch of his and she felt heat rush up her cheeks. She is still not used to these here and there contacts between him and her and it has so big of an effect on her.

"Now where to?" Rishi asked after they came back from the aquarium to the cafe nearby.

Her cheeks were still a little red and she did looked flustered.

For Rishi it might be tough to act this freely in front of anyone, but when he's with Reva is comes naturally. It's like she is the antidote to all the walls he has built around him so high, all these years.

He himself was shocked at first but considering the position she holds in his life, he got used to eat. She still couldn't tho.

"Kahin bhi." She said and played with her bangles. She was asked to keep them at home by Rishi but she wanted to 'flaunt' her Indian-ness in Europe. So she wore all the Indian jewelleries here and she would have even wore saree lest Rishi hadn't stopped her considering the fact it's really unever here.

Wearing a saree means she had high chances of falling. And the last thing he wants to see is seeing her in pain.

"Kahin bhi? Ye kahin bhi kaha aata hai?" He asked with a mischievous tint in his eyes.

"Maybe back to room?" She shrugged.

"What's wrong?" He asked, this time with seriousness.

"Nothing." She kept on playing with her wedding chuda until he came to her side and hold both her hands.

"Tell me Reva, what's wrong." He asked in a no-nonsense tone and she heaved a sigh.

"They called." She said and he understood very well, whom she was talking about.

"And?" He asked further.

"They were both apologising. Even papa." She whispered and hugged him, who quickly wrapped his arms around her without a word.

After a few moments of silence, she said again.

"I haven't forgiven them, yet." She whispered.

"It's fine. It's totally your choice and you can make whatever choice you feel is right." He encouraged her.

She quickly freed herself from him and backed away to see his face. She scrunitized his face and then asked,

"You don't think it's overacting by my side?" She asked narrowing her eyes.

"Is it?" He asked back.

"Even if it is, it's your right. After what they did to you, you have all the rights to overact. They made you feel like hell, so you make them go thru it thru their guilt. It's even." He simply stated before pulling her on his side again. This time wrapping his arms more securely around her.

"What it I take a few months to forgive them?" She asked, quite insecure about her behaviour. She needed to know if she was behaving selfish.

"Then take it. Take as much as time you need." He said again, know putting his head on her hair.

"What if I never forgive them?" She finally asked with worry laced in her voice.

"Then don't. It doens't really matters. You know what, it's about you and not them. Forgiving isn't easy and your trying to do so is the greatest thing you can do. So it's fine if you can't. It's not an easy task and no one will blame you. I'll make sure of it." He said and this time she melted.

But the insecure side of her brain was still active.

"What if-

"Shhh. Stop being insecure, love. You are way better than what they think or wants you to be. So whatever you do is way important then what they wants you to do." He said and her breathe hitched in her throat at the one perticular word.

He called me love?

Then silence fell all over them for a few good minutes.

"Why did you change?" She asked all of a sudden. Both of them were busy gazing at the beauty of the white washed town which displayed nicely from where they were sitting.

"Changed?" He asked looking down at her with a raised brow.

"You used to be so void of emotions and...distant from me. What happened? How did you change?" She asked with hope brimming in her eyes.

"Don't you like it?" He asked with concern.

"I do but..." She trailed not knowing what to speak further.

He sighed and decided to finally open up.

"I like you Reva. Really really like you." He said looking straight in her eyes.

And she could swear her heart stopped beating for a moment.

"I have always liked you, way more than the liking between friends. I had always liked you the most intimate way a man can like a woman.

And at this point, I think it will be better if I use the word love." She was still in shock when he continued.

"You are the shinest of the sunshine I ever knew. You aren't a seeker of money and fame but a good heart instead. All you want is a good companion not a rich one. Though by God's grace, you did got a rich simp for yourself." He let out and both of them chuckled at the last line. It was true tho.

"However, you know the innocence in you and your way of looking at life has captured my heart way before I realised. I guess that was also a reason that I never talked to you or more like ignored you. Cause I always thought you were too good for me.

So I let you be on your own. But then when father announced to your father about OUR wedding, I went head over moon. I was more than happy to know that you are the one I'm marrying and you have no idea how much I have thanked God that day." His gaze dreamily lingered over her face and her heart was swelling with raw emotions.

"I swore to make you the happiest after all the tears you shed that day. It broke my heart. So I tried changing myself.

You didn't change me Reva. I changed myself for you. The effect you have on me is beyond explanation and I am too glad it's from you.

I don't know whether it's the right moment or not but since I don't want to regret it later, I'll just confess now.

Mrs. Reva Rishi Mehrotra, I am so deeply in love with you. So please stay by my side forever and ever."

By now, both of them had tears in their eyes. She, because she not only got the answers to all get questions, but also because she won this gorgeous human being in front of her. Gorgeous both inside out.

And he, because he felt so raw at the moment that he couldn't even describe in words.

What he felt for her alone was enought to not describe in words. It was just too much.

"Oh Rishi.." she whispered and crashed her lips on his....
