Chapter 5

Supper

Frontman's Love (Season 1 & 2)

The first game ended with the deaths of 225 players, and that was just the beginning. I saw people dressed in pink jumpsuits cleaning up the corpses after the players, and the whole breakfast went back and I had to run to the bathroom as soon as possible. I vomited all the contents into the toilet and collapsed against the wall next to me, staring blurred in front of me.

-Hold it- said my fiancé as they hand me a glass of water as they sit down next to me. I have experienced more than one trauma with corpses, which always ended with a visit to a psychologist.

-Can I not watch this anymore?- I asked in a washed-out voice.

-Of course we do, but when the VIPs arrive, we have to be both with them. On the last 2 games.

-Games? Do you call the fight for life a game? I don't know what changed you that you behave like this, but please don't say that, I can miraculously get used to the fact that you murder people for nothing.

"Nobody forced them," he replied without emotion.

-Can you hear yourself, man?! They are fighting for their lives, not for money!

-I knew you wouldn't understand, you want to go home?

-I'm staying here, but fuck you.

I sat locked in my room all day and tried to get any contact with Vera, but there was no internet. I was cut off from my friend, my family and my job. I started my work in social media when I was 16 years old and I went to this field of study specifically to help me, which gave results. I was famous. I had 38 million followers and 20 million on tik tok. I made a lot of collaborations and went to special events. I loved it and now I was with nothing. I hated arguing with In-ho because we practically always agreed, the media only wrote good things about us, but when there were arguments, I didn't stop them. I had my high ego, which I didn't like and more than once I wanted to change, but it never worked. I heard Jazz music playing very loudly from the living room, at first I ignored the sound, but it became more and more unbearable, I left the room furious, and a man appeared in front of my eyes, dressed like on our first date, and behind him an elegant table with food and wine.

-Will you have dinner with me?- he asked, pushing back the chair, to which I reluctantly approached. He put me at the table and poured us some wine, then sat down himself – Bon appetit.

There was a silence that I don't know how to describe. It wasn't pleasant, but I can't call it the pleasant ones. I sat and stared blankly at the food. My favorite dish. Ribs in the In-ho recipe she makes when we have a fight. I looked at him and it turned out that he was looking at me all the time.

-Did you make them yourself?-I asked to which they nodded and started eating. In the middle of the course, the man broke the silence between us.

-I don't like arguing with you. I won't convince you of what I'm doing, it's right because you have your own opinion and I respect it. If you want to break up with me, I'll respect it and take it on my chest – he said, which surprised me. Not controlling my movements, I got up and walked up from behind to the black-haired man and hugged him tightly.

-I love you, and I love you so much. You me off often, but I'll never break up with you. You're the love of my life In-ho and no one can change that. Our opinions will sometimes be different and this is normal. There will be arguments, but we will manage. We are a band that will not fall apart.

-Life sent me an angel - he said and then he got up and we started dancing to some Jazz song. In a few minutes I forgot what we were arguing about because the only thing that mattered was that we were together. As usual, I ended up on the bar counter, squeezing with the man, and then in bed.

"They're done with the game, they're going home," he said after stroking my hair while I lay on his troy.

"Good," I said, running my finger over the Frontman's belly- What are you laughing at?

-I remembered the first time I talked to this Veronica's daughter and talked about you.

-What did you tell her?- I jumped up quickly, looking at the boy. I didn't even pull the duvet on me anymore in terror of what he could say. Their daughter is only 3 years old and swallows everything like a pelican, especially from my future husband.

-I'll quote you, but you have two options: you'll get amused or you'll get mad.

-Hwang, talk and talk right away.

-,,She's mean to me. You know when she yells at me, she looks like a witch,,. And she said, "My aunt?,, so I told her, "Yes! She says Hwang blah blah blah. I'm really seriously telling you,,.

-How I hate you- I snapped and the boy threw my light body over his and I was sitting on him right now.

-I love you too.

-And you will tell me something... about... Your... Brother. I don't insist if you don't want to. I'll understand.

-I'll tell you, just don't laugh. Once he caught me having sex with a redhead girl, I was 32 years old at the time, 2 years before I met you, what he said stuck in my head, "After I saw your cock dangling between your legs like a fucking Hong Kong? Will you pay me for a therapist,,,

-Don't you say King Kong?- I asked, trying not to laugh.

-I told him the same thing! He's a moron, but I love him as much as I love you.

"And I'm you, In-ho," I said, kissing him tenderly on the lips, and I climbed off him, lying down next to him, believing that tomorrow we would go home, forgetting about it all, but life had a different scenario for me.
