Chapter 7: Operation Chaos for SCP-682!
Louie Duck Infiltrates the Chaos Insurgency
As evening approached St. Canard, Ricky Raven was still rather nervous marching back and forth in his office. Drake Mallard was already just a few paces outside the foundation site with Gosalyn and Lena. The trio were doing their best trying to keep cover feeling this would be the moment that the Chaos Insurgency would strike.
âWeâre positioned like weâve plannedâ said Drake to Ricky.
âGoodâ said Ricky as he responded via communicator, âIâm a bit nervous that anything and everything could go wrong tonight.â
âWhat makes you say that?â asked Lena.
Before the trio could realize it, they noticed a familiar headlight approaching the St. Canard Foundation site â it was Gizmo Duck?! Drake couldnât believe Fenton was somehow called to the SCP Foundation site in St. Canard. The drive from Duckburg took Fenton all day, and he likely wasnât going to back down.
âI have received a report of the Chaos Insurgency preparing to assault this very site and I am here to help!â cried Fenton in his usual heroic Gizmo Duck voice.
Ricky could tell this wasnât part of the plan â this had to be the fault of the Global Occult Coalition fooling Fenton into arriving.
âYouâll spoil everythingâ said Ricky as he responded through an inner comm, âreturn back to Duckburg!â

Fenton then began to scan the foundation site trying to search for the most potent threat around â as he did he noticed a strange heat signature that matched SCP-682 the Hard to Destroy Reptile.
âFear not, I will assist in preventing the fiendish reptile from escaping!â bellowed Fenton.
Fenton as foolish and reckless as he was soon barged right through the foundationâs site security which the soldiers had no time to prevent Gizmo Duck from moving forward. Fentonâs approach left a wide hole for the Chaos Insurgents to actually move on in.
âLook boss, someone made an entrance for us!â laughed Wilma.
Kabir was still a bit conflicted on who might do such a thing since he and his Chaos crew really wanted to do it.
âNo matter, moving forward our esteem newcomer Louie knows exactly where SCP-682 since he has the connection, right?â asked Kabir.
âUh, yep I sure doâ laughed Louie.
Kenny wasnât so certain as he could tell there were some ducks hiding in the nearby bushes. Kenny knew he would have to worry about that later as the rest of the Chaos Insurgent crew moved in. Gizmo Duckâs breaking through the St. Canard Foundation site made it all the more easier. Chaos happened anyway, even if it wasnât Kabir or his crew doing the deed.
âAh, the fool known as Fenton has arrivedâ said SCP-682.
The Hard to Destroy Reptile could tell that Gizmo Duck wasnât part of any sideâs plan at all. Rather Fenton knew he would have to use lethal force against the Hard to Destroy Reptile.
âYou donât frighten me!â continued Fenton in his heroic Gizmo Duck voice, âShould you escape, any given number of my weapons shall do you in!â
âOh, is that so, why donât we try to put it to the rest?â asked SCP-682.
Soon the Chaos Insurgency crew led by Kabir arrived with the Foundation site already in ruins thanks to Fentonâs carelessness.
âWeâll be more than happy to oblige the offer,â laughed Kabir.
Fenton swallowed knowing perhaps he should have checked to see if that letter was actually from the SCP Foundation.
