The entire Abdullah house was lit up with Fairylights... Today was Nikkah of Abdullah khandaan's son - Ahmed Abdullah.

Ahmed Abdullah was getting married to the Love of his life - Sanam Rahman... Who coincidentally happened to be his younger sister's best friend.

A voice boomed in the hall room bringing the Dulhe raaja out of his daydream.

" Bhai Nikkah aaj hi ke din hai...Sanni ko khwabon se Nikaalkar Asliyat mein yahan le aayen "

Ahmed shook his head at his sister's remark.

Inaayat Abdullah hated being late.

Come on its her best friend's Nikkah...how can she be late knowing her Bestie - Sanam was freaking out & scaring her entire family with her loud cries for every small thing.

"Ammi mera tika kaha rakh diya aapne? Aur meri shoes aur meri ini " Her voice quivered in the end.

She couldn't do anything without Inaayat...her best friend.

She was happy that she was getting married to the love of her life - Ahmed Abdullah.

But she dreading Inaayat departure.

They were friends since they were 15 year olds And met Ahmed when she was 20 & he 22.

He was back from America after 5 long years.

Safiya rahman entered her daughter's room & said " Sanam ab rona bandh karo beta... Aise nahi rote...woh bechaari bhi pareshan ho jayegi...jaldi se tayar ho jao ab niklenge hum kuch dair mein "

Sanam nodded her head & wiped her tears.

She was putting pins in her hair when a scream startled her.

She turned to see who that idiot who was disturbing her at this moment.

There stood Haaris Rahman.

Her younger brother & jaan ka dushman.

Sanam glared at him & said " Haaris aaj nahi...aaj mujhe tang na karo... Maine jaan se mardena hai tumhe yahi ka yahi "

Harris smirked at his sister & went to her.

Sanam warned " Haaris abhi make up kiya hai maine... Kuch bhi karne ki koshish ki toh mujhse bura koi nai hoga "

Haaris chuckled & stood in front of her.

Sanam squeezed her eyes shut fearing haaris would do something.

After few seconds... She felt something cold on her wrist... She quickly opened her eyes.

It was dainty diamond bracelet...she squealed in surprise.

Haaris hugged her tightly & said " I'll miss you sanni..."

Sanam whimpered & said " I'll miss you too Haaris "

She then spoke " Yeh sanni kya hota hai besharm... Aapi kaho aapi "

Haaris clicked his tongue & said " Bilkul nahi sirf umar mein badi ho... Height toh tauba tauba bohut choti rehgayi hai "

Sanam slapped his arm but smiled.

Haaris smiled too & said " Bas aise khush raha karo "

Sanam nodded.

Location 📍 : Abdullah House.

Inaayat dashed into her elder brother's room & said " Bhai Sanni ne aaj aasuon ka sailaab le aana hai agar mai wahan waqt par nahi rahi... Please jaldi se tayaar hoyen"

Inaayat was dressed in a beautiful yellow lehenga that complimented her well.

Ahmed raised an eyebrow at his sister & said " Nikkah mujhse hai... Toh mai important hua na? Tum kahan se beech mein aagayi 'ini mini' "

Inaayat placed both hands on her waist & glared at her brother " Bhai aaj apka Nikkah hai... Isiliye baksh diya apko warna mere pass bohut karara jawaab hai iske liye "

Ahmed put his arm around his sister's shoulder & said " Achcha ji...karara jawaab sirf bhai ke aagey hi...bakhi sabke liye 'ini mini' toh bas sir hilaati aur muh fulaati hai "

Inaayat was a quiet kid from start.

She had few chosen ones in front of whom... She spoke freely... Other than that... She was a quiet person.

Inaayat pouted & made her brother wear his Traditional waist coat.

Ahmed pecked his sister's forehead & said " I'll miss you ini mini "

Inaayat's eyes welled up...her lips wobbled like a little kid... She replied "Mai bhi ap sabko bohut miss karungi bhai "

Tomorrow  was inaayat's Nikkah & wedding followed...she was getting married to their company's business partner's son who was settled in foreign...after wedding it was decided that she would leave to foreign with her husband - Ramiz sajid... Everyone were emotional & sad to send their jigar ka tukda away from them.

Ahmed joked " Acha bas...Rukhsati ke liye kuch aanson bakhi rakho "

Inaayat elbowed him feigning anger & said " Aapko toh sanni theek karegi.. Huh ...jaldi se nicche aajayen...sab intezaar kar rahe hai aapka "

Inaayat went downstairs & few minutes later Ahmed.

Sayed Abdullah & tahira Abdullah parents of Ahmed & Inaayat were sweet people...their little family was everything for them.

They were happy for their children & blessed them for New chapter of their lives.

Ahmed & Inaayat had one chacha (paternal uncle) ,one mamu (maternal uncle) & one aunt.

They all were present with their families for the grand weddings.

Everyone were super excited for the wedding festivities.

Everyone quickly settled in cars & left for the venue.

After 20 minutes of drive... Abdullah family reached the venue... So did Rahman family.

Ahmed & Sanam's Nikkah was performed.

Sanam Rahman was now Mrs.Sanam Ahmed Abdullah.

Ahmed uncovered Sanam's veil,kissed her forehead & said " Assalamualikum "

Sanam shyly replied " Walaikumassalam "

Ahmed intertwined their hands & whispered " Bohut khoobsurat lag rahi ho MashaAllah "

Sanam blushed & thanked him softly.

Inaayat went to sanam,hugged her & congratulated her " Congratulations bhabhijaan"

Tears welled up in sanam's eyes hearing Inaayat addressing her as 'bhabhi'.

8 years of wait had finally come to end for her & Ahmed.

Sanam's maternal family was against this marriage as a maternal aunt( khala) of sanam wanted her for her son.

Her parents - Rehman & Rabiya wanted to say yes because they knew Abdullah's from long time.

but her maternal aunt did alot of drama to stop this alliance.

After alot of persuasion & Sanam's stubborness saying " Meri shaadi agar Ahmed se na karayi toh maine kisi se shaadi nahi karni"

Her parents somehow shut her maternal aunt up & decided to wed their daughter to Ahmed.

Ahmed wiped her tears & made her calm down.

Inaayat was ecstatic to see her brother & her best friend happily in love.

Haaris climbed the stage & said "assalamualikum " To everyone.

Everyone replied to him except inaayat of course...if there was one thing that inaayat hated about Sanam was...her brother - The Haaris Rahman.

Obviously why wouldn't she...Haaris was an over friendly & people's person while she hated social interactions.

Whenever she was at Sanam's house...Haaris would bully her with his other female cousins who would visit during holidays & who thought that she was an uptight & snappy person.

He rolled his eyes & then congratulated his sister & brother in law.

The entire function Haaris & his cousin gang had a blast while Inaayat sulked hearing their shouts every two minutes.

The buffet dinner was arranged & Inaayat was at desserts stall where she was taking "shahi tukre" From the container when Haaris arrived followed by his gang.

Haaris chuckled sarcastically & said " Uffo dekho toh sahi... Jiski zubaan itni kadwi hoti hai woh bhi shahi tukre khaa rahe hai... Wah waah "

Saying that he took a piece from her plate & put it in his mouth.

Inaayat pushed him aside & went away because saying him anything was waste... This was his regular behavior.

He was a certified jerk only & exclusively for her...but for others He was a hero & had a following of 4-5 dumb boys & girls who called him " Harry "

Dumb name right? Yeah exactly she thought the same.

She thought  he was no way a Haaris...his name had a beautiful meaning - Vigilant - one who protects.

Because he was the one who put her in problems always...tearing her assignments to ruining her projects... He did everything to make her cry.

His cousins were nothing less.

But thankfully due to Sanam's warnings they use to be in control.

After sometime the function came to end after few hours & sanam was brought to Abdullah house.

Inaayat made Sanam sit in Ahmed's room which was decorated with beautiful roses & candles.

Sanam gulped seeing the romantic vibes of the room...she held inaayat hand & said " Ini aaj hum saath sojaate hai... Ahmed se keh do kahi aur thikaana dhoondhlein "

Inaayat started laughing like she just heard a really funny joke.

A cough made her quiet ...there stood Ahmed with a confused expression on his face listening to his bride.

Inaayat started laughing again watching Ahmed.

She bent & whispered in sanam's ear " Sanni bhai koi Dracula nahi jo tum itna darr rahi ho...bohut bohut chahte hai tumhe...tumhari marzi baghair kuch nahi karenge "

Sanam nodded nervously.

Inaayat said 'Allahhafiz' & left the new couple alone.

She entered her room, changed into night clothes & laid down on her bed with one thing on her mind.

her Nikkah which was tomorrow.

There weren't any butterflies as such but she was nervous...thoughts of Going into unknown family & leaving her country were disturbing her alot.

She considered these as pre- wedding jitters but something kept her alarming in her gut.

She sighed & tried to sleep as tomorrow was a busy day.

Ahmed locked his door & went to his bride who was resting on his bed.

Sanam sat up straighter watching Ahmed approach her.

Ahmed sat in front of her & said " Sanam idhar dekho "

Sanam raised her head & looked at him.

Ahmed held her hands in his & spoke " saat(7) saal se jaanti ho mujhe fir bhi darr rahi ho? "

Sanam shook her head in No & softly placed her head on his chest.

Then said " Mujhe na yakeen nahi ho raha...hamari shaadi ho chuki hai Ahmed...saat saal ki jung ke baad...Allah ne tumhe mere naseeb mein likhdiya...mai bata nahi sakti...aaj mai kitni khush hon "

Ahmed removed her dupatta from her head & moved his fingers into her hair softly brushing them as she spoke.

Sanam sighed in bliss feeling him so close to her for the first time.

Ahmed pulled away & kissed her forehead sweetly.

He then spoke " Ab araam karo...kal inaayat ko uski bhabi ki bohut zarurat hogi "

Ahmed was a simple man who was immensely in love with his Wife.

He knew If he could wait for 7 years to make their Love halal then why not wait some more till his wife was comfortable & ready for a new step in their marriage.

He also knew sanam was nervous not uncomfortable or afraid of him... That's why he chose to wait till she herself comes closer to him rather than destroy the bond they had built through years.

Sanam nodded with smile & went to change.

While Ahmed removed his waistcoat & put it on a chair.

He rested his back against the bed rest.

After few minutes Sanam joined him.

She put her arms around his waist & hugged him like he was a teddy & fell asleep.

Whole night Ahmed stayed awake watching his beautiful wife who had her tiny arms wrapped around him.
