Lin Feifei gave a derisive snort and stepped forward to admire the sets of jewelry before her. Indeed, they were all elegant and luxurious.

“Which is the most expensive one here?”

The manager replied, “It’s this ruby set which consists of a necklace, earrings and a ring. The price is 8.8 million yuan.”

Lin Feifei turned to seek Shen Qianrou’s opinion. Shen Qianrou went up to take a look and nodded.

“This set of jewelry is simple yet lavish. I think Grandma will like it. This one shall do. Wrap it up for me.”

Upon hearing that, the manager’s eyes lit up.

“Okay, I’ll wrap it now! Please follow my colleague to settle the bill.”

“Okay.” Shen Qianrou nodded lightly and walked to the cashier. She took out her card and handed it to the cashier.

The cashier took the card and swiped it across the machine. Not long after, she returned the gold card with a smile.

Seeing that Shen Qianrou had successfully swiped the card, the smugness on Lin Feifei’s face increased.

Shen Fanxing lifted her eyelids and threw her a nonchalant look. Her lips curled upwards and her voice was calm.

“I’m not in a hurry. You can select a few more and choose all those that you like. I don’t want her to choose and snatch the ones I like again. I don’t want to waste unnecessary time and energy.”

Shen Qianrou’s face darkened abruptly. Lin Feifei, who was used to speaking up for Shen Qianrou, interjected swiftly,

“Shen Fanxing, are you trying to trick us into reaching the card’s limit?”

Shen Fanxing sighed and said, “So you’re not choosing anything else?”

She took two steps towards the counter. She had her eyes on a Southern red agate bracelet and a piece of jade. Southern red agate would supposedly boost vitality and she thought of gifting it to Grandma Bo.

She raised her eyebrows and said, “This is not bad…”

“This set is 8.6 million!”

The manager walked back with the wrapped bag, frowning at Shen Fanxing cautiously. She looked as if she was afraid that Shen Fanxing would touch it.

“I want this. Wrap it up.”

The manager’s face froze and she looked at Shen Fanxing warily. “Are you sure?”

“Don’t you understand human language?” asked Shen Fanxing as she frowned.

Shen Qianrou surveyed Shen Fanxing with a frown on her face.

She went up to take a look at the Southern red agate bracelet that Shen Fanxing had her eye on. She said to the manager after a brief contemplation,

“Since Sister wants me to choose first, I shall not stand on ceremony. That Southern red agate bracelet is indeed pretty. Sister, I’ll buy it for Grandpa then. Look…”

Shen Fanxing smirked quietly to herself as she gestured graciously.

“Since it’s for Grandpa, I won’t compete with you. I’ll let you have it.”

“Thank you, Sister.”

Shen Qianrou smiled before choosing another set of black pearls which cost 6.6 million yuan. She also saw a pair of gold rings on the counter which cost 3 million yuan.

The manager’s head was buzzing and she felt as though it was going to explode.

These sets of jewelry could be described as the key highlight of the store’s collection. The quality was exquisite!

The younger generation these days were in pursuit of fashion and romance. Not many would appreciate these genuine items.

These jewelry had been in the store for many years. Who would have expected that she would sell all today.

“Please wrap these up for me.”

The manager was so delighted that she was beaming from ear to ear. At the thought of her commission, bonus and promotion, she felt as though success was just within her reach!
