Part 22

After a while ray stopped the car near a lake. It was beautiful, as the weather was good and cold breeze was making it more delightful.

Ansh- Ray this is amazing. How did you find this place.

Ray- Well I heard dad and mom, about how he proposed her here. They first came to this place when they were on a group picnic. Since then mom liked coming here. Dad sometimes bring her here. It's their go to romantic place.

Ansh- you eavesdropped their conversation. That's bad ray. Don't do that. They were remembering their beautiful moments.

Ray- No harm done sweety, as I got caught and asked him about this. So here we are. Actually he asked to take you here. Yesterday on call he saw how upset you were. He gave this exact location. Well from here onwards whatever we are gonna do is all about my ideas to cheer you up. So, get ready.

Ansh finally smiled and had a blast. After that they watched a movie and went to gaming zone, they decided to have their dinner out. They were in the mall, when ray asked ansh to wait as he wants to use restroom. When ray came back they went for dinner. They reached at 9:30 pm  and decided to call it a day as they need to go to the college.

Ansh- today's day was amazing. Thanks to ray and Baba's favorite place my mood was great. I guess I should prepare everything for tomorrow.

Ansh started preparing his clothes and kept all the necessary items in his bag for the day. He called his baba to say about his day and a thanks. As raj and akash had a meeting so they couldn't talk for longer. The person they were meeting was for digging into johns activities. But only Veer knew about this along with Robert, as he was the one taking both men to the spot.

After arranging everything, Ansh decided to read a book as he was not sleepy. He started reading his book and didn't realised that he has been reading for straight 3 hours. It was around 12:20am when the bedroom door opened revealing his husband.

Veer seemed very tired looking at his face and attire. Ansh still had his book in his hand, kept staring at Veer.

Veer- ( I am seeing him after 3days. I missed the warmth. It's only been 5 days to our marriage and we couldn't spent time with each other. He is just staring at me, and I can see the sadness in his eyes. I know he is hurt. I straight went close to him and hugged him. I lay my head on his chest)

(He still wasn't hugging me and just holding his book. I tightened my hold and buried my face in his stomach. I can feel him keeping his book aside and holding me. I know I am selfish but I want all of him.)

Baby, I missed you.

Ansh- Did you have your dinner? Shall I warm it up?

Veer- ( I can sense he is distant. I don't know but something feels different. I got up a bit and came face to face. He was also looking at me, but then turned his face away. I couldn't take it. I started kissing him and murmuring about how much I missed him. I wanted to show him that I actually missed him. Work load took a toll. He was not kissing me back the way he did the other day in the kitchen.)

Ansh- ( he was kissing me and I pushed him) you must be tired. Go freshen up and sleep.

Veer- I want you in my arms. I am not tired come here. (I was about pull him closer, but he moved back)

Ansh- But I am tired. And kal college bhi jaana hai mujhe. It's already 12:40 am. I need to get up early and you too.

Without waiting for Veer's reply he turned his side and pulled the  duvet over his head. veer just stared at his back and went to freshen up. He came back and settled himself beside the boy.

Ansh had his back towards Veer and moved away from his husband. Veer was lost in his thoughts didn't notice.
