Chapter 21 of 27

LUCIFER

Religious poems76 words~1 min read

We awaken from the Sun,

And an angel loses a feather.

I whisper "I love you,"

While Lucifer smokes...

The silence awakens the dying,

Of love, wild beasts defying.

I hear the grinding of teeth,

More than the voices beneath.

We awaken from the Sun,

Like never before, we are one.

You bite my hook,

In love, etiquette is forsook.

The principles of decorum break,

The apple falls from the tree,

But without sin to partake.
