Gulf was walking like a tornado. Furious. Disappointed. Sad. He was ignoring all the other existent beings around him. This might be the first time he was so mad. He had to talk to Mew about whatever was going on. He had to ask Mew why did he not tell him anything.
Gulf was already near his office. Mew was standing with his back facing him. He was talking to Wan and Suzy. Gulf walked towards him and Mew turned just in time to see his husband approach. Mew was smiling like he was the happiest man on Earth. Gulf was only more pissed, There he goes trying to hide it from me again.
Mew raised his arms towards Gulf, asking for a hug. At that moment Gulf felt all the anger and negative feelings drain out of his systems. All that was on his mind was a picture of Mew smiling at him and welcoming him home in his warm embrace. Gulf rushed to him and hugged him tight, careful of the growing bump. "What took you so long?" Mew pouted. Gulf took so long in listening to Yibo. Gulf smiled at him comfortingly and caressed his pouting face. Gulf replied, "Nothing. It's just that I and Yibo haven't had a talk in a long time so we were just catching up a little." Mew nodded then pouted his lips cutely, "Now cuddle with me. Your wife is needy." Gulf chuckled softly and took him inside the little bedroom he had made of the mini-library inside his cabin.
Gulf helped Mew lay on the bed and loosened his shirt to make his bump comfortable. "Hubby?" Mew called. Gulf looked at him intently. Gulf's brains were busy thinking of the situation but he had to pay more attention to his pregnant man for now. "Can we do it here? I really want you," Mew said. Gulf was not surprised. Ever since he got pregnant, Mew had become hornier than he already was. Mew would ask Gulf to do him every now and then and Gulf could never defy him. He was warned by his old man to never defy a pregnant wife.
Gulf got on top of Mew and started kissing him sweetly. Mew was responding with the same amount of love. There was no hurry, no lust, no fight for dominance. Just the pure bliss the two felt because of the other's companionship that would last for a whole lifetime. Mew dug his fingers into his husband's soft, curly, dark locks. Gulf's left hand was busy caressing the five-month-old bump lovingly, and his right hand on the bed for support as he could not put pressure on Mew's body. Mew slowly brought his hands down to Gulf's shirt and started unbuttoning it. Gulf got up to help Mew discard his clothes. Gulf looked lovingly at the man beneath him. Naked. Pregnant. So damn appealing.
Gulf started kissing Mew's torso. He left marks wherever he felt it would look good. Mew was moaning lowly at all the pleasurable sensations his husband was introducing to him. Mew could let Gulf do him forever without a break. He loved his husband's skin on his own. Gulf loved the sounds with which Mew was responding to his touches with. Mew was the strongest person Gulf had ever met. And he was so proud to have Mew as his husband.
Gulf was traveling south when he felt Mew's grip on his hair loosen up. He looked up and met with a silently snoring Doughnut. Mew was asleep even before they got to the tiring part. "He must have so much going on in his head. My poor wife," Gulf got up and wore his clothes back. He dressed Mew and kissed him once again before leaving him in the tiny bedroom.
Gulf came out of his cabin and gathered his team. Everyone knew what Gulf wanted to discuss. Everybody on the team was worried for Mew. Other than Wan and Win, no one knew that Mew was a hermaphrodite but not even these two knew that Mew was really pregnant. All of them had been doing whatever was in their power as mere employees to protect Mew. Mew was someone all of them idealized and they knew his real nature. Which was not even close to what was said about him in those shitty rumors.
Win, Max, and Victor would never leave Mew on his own. They would accompany him whenever Gulf was not there. The girls, being gossip experts, would shoot back at anyone who said anything against Mew. Sky and Lee had the aura that no one even came near them when they were with Mew.
Gulf let out a heavy breath to calm himself, "Is there a fucking rumor?!" Everyone knew that he is purely pissed as Gulf would never swear publically. "Y- yes, sir," Suzy replied. Gulf darted towards her, "And what is it?" She gulped. Sky answered in her stead. He told whatever was being spread around. Gulf nodded, "And what all have people been saying about it?" "About ninety percent do not believe it as everyone knows that P'Mew was never of that kind. But..." Win answered. "But what?" Gulf squinted his eyes. "Everyone finds the pregnancy part weird and is actually ranting him over that," Victor said.
Gulf sighed and ran his fingers through his hair and rubbed his nape. He then asked, "And how many of you know that he is pregnant?" Everybody was awestruck. Wan's jaw dropped, she totally forgot that the man saying this was not only her friend's husband but also her employer. She shrieked, "He's pregnant!?" She scoffed, "He did not even care to tell me and Win!" Win was frozen in his spot. He could not believe that his phi actually presented his ass to his husband.
Gulf did not know that the two knew of Mew's condition. He got confused, "How do you know of his condition?" Wan gained back her composure when she heard Gulf's stern question. Win answered first, "He told me of it when he was drunk once. It happened years ago." Gulf nodded and averted his gaze towards Wan, anticipating her answer. She finally answered, "I once spotted pads in his bag so he had to tell me." Gulf felt thankful to these two that they did not leave Mew after knowing his condition.
"Nobody else knows of it?" Gulf asked. Every person there shook their heads. "But is P'Mew really pregnant?" Wan squeaked. Gulf smiled thinking of the babies again. He said dreamily, "Yeah. Five months now..." Win whispered to Wan, "The effect love has on people. Just a minute ago he was a demon and now he is all smiles!" Wan chuckled at this stupid friend. If she was not a lesbian, she would surely court this single man for his humor. But he was her friend and she had a lovely lady for herself.
"So, how did this rumor start?" Gulf went back to all seriousness. "Supposedly, a receptionist had a conversation with someone who knows P'Mew for a long time and got all this information," Lee reported, fixing his specs. "And this rumor has also reached some business companions and board members," Rose added. Gulf tried to form a quick plan in his brains.
"Wan, prepare for a press conference by the weekend itself," Gulf ordered. Wan nodded and went to her station to start working on the task right away. Others were waiting for orders. Gulf turned to Lee, Rose, Victor, and Sky, "You guys invite our investors, board members, business associates, and media for it." They got to work right away. "And the rest of you, try getting to the base of all this. Go check the camera footage and find out who was this person who started this bullshit." Everyone left to work except for Win. He was looking at something behind Gulf. Gulf turned to look at what was Win so surprised about.
His vision met with a teary-eyed Mew. Gulf immediately walked up to him and Mew enveloped him a hug. "Why did you leave me alone?" Mew asked. Gulf kissed his head, "I had to plan something to save my wife. And my wife fell asleep so I had to go. But know this, no matter how many times I leave, I will come back to you. You're my only destination, Doughnut." Mew buried his face in the crook of Gulf's neck.
"Why didn't you tell me about this?" Gulf asked, gently stroking Mew's hair. They were swaying from left to right and right to left in the middle of the office. "I... I did not want to get you involved in my mess. I'm sorry," Mew apologized cutely. Gulf sighed, "Oh god! What am I gonna do with you, wifey? I wanted to be angry at you but I just can't be so! What have you done to me?~" Mew chuckled and then some clicking of footstep nearing them was heard.
"Good lord! Mew, why didn't you ever say about this rumor to me?" just the voice was enough to confirm that it was Fon. Mew immediately felt guilty for hiding it. He mumbled, "I'm sorry mom." His head was hung low, eyes darting towards the shining marble floor. Fon took him from Gulf's arms. Fon held him tight, "Don't be guilty. It's not only bad for peanuts but also for your mental health. Let us take care of it." Mew just nodded. "I'm already taking care of it. Now give me back my wife, mom," Gulf made grabby hands towards her to have Mew back.
Moments later, Win came running to them. "I found the clip from that day!" he exclaimed. Gulf looked at him. "It was that Jenna. She must have been here for some signing when she spilled these rumors," Win said. Even he was pissed as he knew of Mew's family problems. Gulf guided Mew back to his mother's arms. "Mom, take Doughnut home, please. I'll deal with this situation," Gulf said while cracking his fingers. "But I want you~" Mew was teary again. Gulf's eyes softened, "Go home first, na? I'll come before dinner. Then we'll have a long chat with our peanuts, okay?" Gulf tried to persuade Mew. Mew nodded with sad eyes, "But be quick. Don't waste your time on a lowly person like her." Gulf whispered to himself, "I already let her go twice. Now she has to pay for her actions... She messed with the wrong person's lover."
Fon took Mew home and just waited for her son to have it his way. She knew that Gulf would not let go of someone who hurt his loved ones easily. She asked Mew about his past which the pregnant man told her everything about with hesitation. Hormones.
