"Here you go" My bestie from childhood Angie said handing me a drink.

"Thanks girl I really needed this" I said sipping on it.

"What's up you called me so abruptly, you know Brandee & I were making up"

"Ok, I didn't need to know that but I wanted to talk to you about something"

She nodded, "Well I went to Ginny's a few weeks ago & I met this girl, Angie she is the definition of an angel, we started talking & one thing led to another & we went back to her place"

"You didn't" Angie said with wide eyes.

"Yeah we did"

She hit my arm, "Val why would you do that?"

"What? As many times as Drew has cheated on me why can't I have fun"

"Nobody is saying that it's just you have a family Val your going to ruin all that"

"Hold up My family has been broken for years"

"You want to be with this girl?"

I didn't say anything I just looked at her, "Sweetie you can't possibly think this is going anywhere."

"What is this?"

"What? Valerie I am just giving you some truth ok what about Drew does she know this?"

"No of course not but Jax does"

"How does your daughter know?"

"They are friends, she walked in on us Ang I didn't know"

She scoffed, "What if she tells Drew then what?"

I didn't think about that honestly, Jax has not talk to me & I have tried to call her but she always sends me to voice mail.

"I dont care about Drew okay, I deserve to be happy alright, to feel good & I should be cuming on the regular, Drew hasn't made me cum in a year but with Maya I had multiple orgasms."

I sighed tired of hearing her doubt me, "Look Angie I am grown ok I mean if I am happy with who I want why is that a problem?"

"Jax is grown she will get over it eventually"

Angie & I disagreed some more then I went home to & tried calling Jax again but she didn't answer.

"Jax Honey, please call me back we really need to talk about this, I am so sorry about what happened please let me explain."

I hung up & ran a hand through my hair, "What do you have to explain to our daughter?" Drew asked walking in the dining room putting her purse down.

"Damn it Drew dont sneak up on me like that"

"This is my house so what if I sunk up on you" I rolled my eyes

"Again what do you need to explain to our daughter?"

"Nothing she was upset about something I said about a girl she is seeing"

"But what do you need to explain?"

"How I felt, it's between me & my daughter alright" I said standing up from the table walking over to the kitchen to start dinner.

Drew came up behind wrapping her arms around my waist, "Maybe I can help you release some stress"

"Not right now Drew" I said pushing her back & walking over to the sink.

"Come on Val, it been a year I need something" I turned to face her.

"You could be getting plenty if you didn't cheat don't you think?"

"Baby how many times do I have to apologize, I said I was sorry we went therapy."

"Did you think that was going to work drew?"

"Yes I did!"

"I am horny what do you want me to do?" She asked

"I dont care what you do! I am not in the mood"

"You are never in the mood Honey!"

"Don't Fucking call me that" I said throwing my hands up.

"Make your own damn dinner" I said walking away from her going upstairs closing the door locking it & I sat down on the bed sighing deeply.

I needed to see Maya honestly I missed her a lot she means more to me then I intended & I wanted to see her beautiful face.

I stood at her door & knocked twice nervous about seeing her again.

The door opened and it wasn't maya but her Jason.

"Hi is Maya here?" I asked

"No she & Cliff went to get dinner for us"

"Oh umm could you give her my number & tell her to call me" I handed him my card.

"Ok, can I ask you a question?" I nodded

"Yes of course"

"Do you like my sister or is this a experiment for you dating a younger woman?"

"To answer your question, I do care for Maya she is something completely different than what I had before."

"Listen don't hurt my sister she is all I have" He warned

"I understand please give her my number" I said & quickly walked away I hated letting my guard down but I wanted to try with Maya hopefully we can fix everything but I knew that wasn't going to be easy.
