Chapter 39 - Vol. 2: Aiden To Haru - 39
Haru's Love (A Stepbrothers BL Harem)
Aiden
It was wonderful having Haru in his arms, and Aiden slept soundly throughout the night, so much so that when he woke, he felt damn refreshed. Of course, Haru was still deep in his slumber, which he found cute. Because he couldnât help himself, he tightened his arms around the boy and snuggled his nose against the boyâs soft dark hair, inhaling the sweet spring scent that never ceased to please and calm him. Then he closed his eyes again, not to go back to sleep, but to simply savor the moment.
It was half an hour later when he felt Haru move in his arms. He could feel Haruâs gaze on him. He wondered if the boy thought he was asleep. Suddenly, he felt Haruâs hand stroking his face, which was followed by a gentle kiss on the lips.
Holy shit, but that was sweet, which made Aidenâs heart melt. He opened his eyes then, a bright smile on his face. âMorning,â he said seductively. âWas that a morning kiss?â
He noted Haruâs cheeks turning red. âYes,â the boy said.
âNot good enough. Do it again, and this time, give it your all.â
Haru frowned. âGive it my all?â
Aiden nodded.
Haru leaned forward and kissed him again, longer this time.
Aiden parted his lips, and Haru made the move by eagerly plunging his tongue in. Of course, Haruâs tongue was smaller than his, which Aiden found adorable. When he simply couldnât hold himself back, Aiden made his move and thrust his own tongue back into Haruâs mouth, where he proceeded to ravish the boy to his heartâs content.
Their tongues danced and intertwined, their lips locked as Aiden continued to kiss Haru passionately. By the time he moved back, Haru was breathless and dazed. The sight was fucking erotic, and Aiden felt himself harden. But, of course, he held himself back. He had promised not to further deteriorate Haruâs health, waiting until the boy had gotten better, after all.
He rose and said, âWe should get ready. I believe breakfast is being served soon.â
Haru nodded. âMm-hmm.â
After their hearty Japanese breakfast, the brothers and Connor took another long soak in the hot spring pool, since there wasnât much to do outside as it was snowing again. As the pool was partially inside and extended out to the courtyard of a stone garden, the view was beautiful.
When Isaac was turning bright red like a lobster from the heat of the pool, they decided it was time to get out, and thus, donning their own winter clothes, they headed toward the main building of the hotel to have lunch with Uncle Jin.
Patricia Steel, wearing a beautiful winter kimono and with her hair fashionably styled and her face made up, was waiting for them. âHello, everyone,â she greeted them at the foyer. âThe president is waiting for you in the penthouse. Please follow me.â Once inside the elevator together, she asked, âHow was last night? Did you all enjoy yourselves?â
Isaac said, âIt was fun. The hot spring is awesome, and the food is amazing.â
Patricia chuckled. âThen youâll enjoy lunch.â
âSushi?â Isaac asked. âIs there sushi?â
Patricia nodded. âYes, of course. Sushi is a must, isnât it?â
Isaac gave her a thumbs-up. âYou got that right.â
Patricia laughed merrily. She turned to Aiden then and said, a big smile on her face, âIsaac is still as lively as usual.â
Aiden nodded. âItâs just Isaac.â
Noah said, âHeâs rather annoying at times.â
Isaac said, âOy! Iâm not annoying. Ask Haru.â He nudged the boy. âIsnât that right, Haru?â
Haru didnât answer. In fact, he wasnât paying Isaac any attention. He was looking at Patricia, who was standing way too close to Aiden for his liking.
Noah noticed Haru staring and patted the boyâs head. âAre you feeling better after a good nightâs sleep?â
That got Haruâs attention. He nodded. âMm-hmm.â
When the door dinged opened at the top floor, the group headed out, with Patricia taking the lead. They came into the penthouse a moment later, and Higa-san opened the door for them.
âWelcome, everyone,â he greeted.
âHello, Higa-san,â Isaac said. âWhereâs the food?â
Mason chuckled at Isaacâs rude behavior while Reo gave a light knock on the boyâs head with his hand. âMind your manners, for Godâs sake.â
Isaac chuckled. âSorry.â
In the living room, Uncle Jin greeted them and then ushered them into the dining hall where an array of delicious food was already set on the table. There was sushi, sashimi, tempura, yakitori, and so much more.
âTake a seat, everyone,â Uncle Jin said. âReo, Haru, come sit next to Uncle.â
The two brothers did, and Aiden was about to follow them when Patricia drew his attention to her. âWhy donât we sit on this side of the table? We have a lot to catch up on.â
Aiden reluctantly nodded and followed her in that direction. They took their seats, and their extravagant lunch commenced, with Isaac digging right in, packing a bunch of sushi on his plate.
Mason said, âSlow down, Isaac, no one is going to steal your sushi.â
Isaac said, âCanât trust Connor. Look, heâs taking heaps, too.â
Connor chuckled. âYouâre a greedy little brat, arenât you, Isaac?â
âCanât be too lax when it comes to food, you know,â Isaac replied.
To Aiden, Patricia said, âHe eats a lot, doesnât he? Isaac, I mean.â
Aiden nodded. âHe does.â He flicked his gaze to Haru, who was enthusiastically chatting to Uncle Jin. The boy had a bright complexion about him, his dark eyes sparkling, which told Aiden that he was having fun.
âWhat are you smiling about?â Patricia asked.
Aiden returned his attention to her and said, âItâs nothing.â
âCome on, spit it out,â she said. âI can so tell youâre amused about something.â
Aiden said, âItâs nice to see your family having a good time.â
Patricia nodded. âI totally agree with that.â She was quiet for a moment and then said, âIâm sorry I wasnât around when you lost your parents. It must have been tough for you.â
Aiden eyed her, noting the beautiful face that had once used to make his heart race when he had been in his late teens. Now, however, Patricia was just another beautiful woman to him and nothing more.
Patricia, the hot cheerleader back in high school, the girl he had dated for three years, the one he had had his first sexual encounter with. Of course, he hadnât been her first. She had been the experienced one in their relationship and had dated a few guys before she decided to settle on him. She had also been the one who had voiced her disgust and disappointment with him when he had told her that his family came first and had refused to commit and move in with her after their high school graduation.
How could he have moved away from his family when living with them had been so wonderful? There had been so much love and happiness. And of course, there had been Haruâ¦
Spending time with Haru back then had been one of the best times he had ever had. But of course, now he knew better as to why.
He lifted his head and his gaze came to rest on Haruâbeautiful, adorable Haru, who was chuckling away merrily at whatever story Uncle Jin had managed to spin.
Patricia noticed Aiden watching Haru and said, âHeâs Haru, right? And the other one is Reo, your stepbrothers. I canât believe theyâre the presidentâs nephews. Itâs a small world.â
Aiden nodded.
âI remember you mentioned them back then,â she said. âYou said the little one was very cute.â
âYes.â Noah decided to join in the conversation. âNot just cute, but beautiful. Thatâs our Haru for you.â
Mason said, âApparently, he has the Shrine Maiden gene. Have you heard of that, Patricia? It runs in the Onosâ family bloodline.â
âShrine Maiden gene.â She thought for a moment and then nodded. âYes, the president mentioned it once. But I thought thatâs just, you know, one of those Japanese myths or something. Donât they usually make stuff up to make everything seem mysterious and intriguing?â
Stuffing a piece of sushi into his mouth, Isaac shook his head. âItâs real,â he said, his mouth full of food.
Noah said, âEat or talk, choose one.â
Isaac swallowed the food and then said again, âItâs real, the Shrine Maiden gene. Legend says that it passes down the bloodline but usually skips a generation or something. The most important thing is that it has the power to seduce men.â
Patricia chuckled. âReally? You make it sound like a supernatural thing. But then I guess you donât have to worry about that since Haru is a boy.â
Isaac said, âAre you kidding me? Us not having to worry is far from it. Even though Haru is a boy, he attracts not only women, but men as well. We have to give it our all just to protect him from shady men who stalk him, you know.â
Patricia looked quite shocked at hearing that.
Noah said, âStop blabbering on about stupid things, Isaac.â
Connor said, âBut itâs true, isnât it? I had to intervene one time when I happened to see Haru on the street. He was still in high school and I was heading toward the apartment to meet up with you, Noah. A bunch of guys were harassing Haru.â
Patricia said, âBullying, you mean? Itâs pretty common among students in high school.â
Connor said, âYouâd think it was bullying until you see one trying to kiss him and the other pulling his pants down and trying to stuff Haruâs dick into his mouth.â
That revelation had Aiden seeing red, and Isaac choked on his food in shock. Naturally, Patricia looked disgusted.
âHoly shit!â Mason uttered.
âHoly fuck!â This one came from Noah.
Aiden said, his voice dark, âHaru never mentioned this.â He asked Connor, âWhen was this?â
Connor shrugged. âA couple of years ago. He was sixteen.â
Isaac asked, âYou didnât just leave Haru to fend for himself, did you? You helped him, right?â
Connor nodded. âOf course. I gave those guys a good bashing.â He laughed. âHaru asked me not to tell you guys.â He paused. âShit, I just broke that promise. Oops. Please donât tell him I mentioned that, okay?â
Noah sighed. âToo late now. Shit, Connor, weâre best buddies and you didnât tell me this?â
âSorry, Noah, but Haru looked really scared, and he said he didnât want to worry you guys, considering what you guys were going through back then.â
Despite the fact that Aiden was shocked at what he had just heard, he couldnât agree more that they were going through a tough time back then after losing their parents and struggling with life, just working hard on trying to make ends meet. Haru had always been too considerate and kind, especially to the brothers, and had done his best not to add more burdens to any of them. Yes, Aiden understood the logic behind Haruâs action and yetâ¦
Yet, he was still rattled, and yes, pissed. Some random guys had nearly gotten the chance to kiss Haru, after all, and yes, sucking the boyâs cute penis. Fuck, it was a given that he, Aiden, was the only one who had the lucky obligation to do that. No one could touch Haru but him; that was for sure.
Patricia said, âWow! Thatâs a bit frightening, isnât it?â
Isaac said, âYou bet.â
âOh, thatâs right, Christmas,â Mason said suddenly, drawing everyoneâs attention to him. âItâs tomorrow, isnât it?â
Christmas. The brothers had been so busy traveling and just enjoying the sights and the food that they hadnât thought about it.
âThen today is Christmas Eve,â Isaac said. âHoly shit.â
âBut we donât see any signs of Christmas here,â Noah said.
The other side must have just finished their own little conversation because Higa-san said, âChristmas is not a celebration in Japan, since we arenât Christian.â
Uncle Jin said, âChristians are a small minority here.â
Higa-san said, âBut giving loved ones presents is widely done on Christmas Eve here in Japan.â He chuckled. âWe almost treat it like Valentineâs Day. I gave my wife a present this morning, and she was very happy.â
Isaac said, âWe usually do something small, like a nice dinner during Christmas back at home. But since weâre travelingâ¦â
âIt slipped our minds,â Aiden said. He turned his gaze to Haru and asked, âDo you want to celebrate Christmas, Haru? We could do something back at the suite.â
Haru said, âI donât mind.â
Isaac nodded in excitement. âThatâd be awesome, bro.â
Uncle Jin chuckled. âThen why donât we have a dinner celebration tomorrow evening to celebrate Christmas. Iâve never been able to do that before.â
Reo nodded. âThatâs a good idea, Uncle.â
Uncle Jin said, âIâll inform my staff. Ah, and Higa, why donât you take my nephews and their brothers shopping? Aoi might be a small town, but thereâs a tailor shop that sells top-range kimonos.â
âKimonos?â Isaac asked.
Uncle Jin nodded. âGet a couple each. Itâll be my presents to everyone.â
Isaac was so excited at the thought of getting some fancy kimonos for a present that he yelled out, âYay! Kimonos! Awesome!â Which made Uncle Jin laugh in amusement.
