Only one week left for the function so as per my responsibilities I had to invite every guest personally. For this work Sarojini and me had invite many guests by visiting their office or home. To invite we reached at Akhil Tripathy's office after all he was the chairman of our school committee. First we got an appointment and had to wait for fifteen minutes after that his secretary came and take us to him. This time our meeting was professional and also after last time I didn't heard any word from him. That day it was very rude and I didn't able to say sorry for Aditya's behaviour but somehow I thought it's good if we stayed professional without any personal relationship. We entered Akhil's chamber he smiled and welcomed us then offered sit and coffee. Then Sarojini explain our reason to went their. He agreed he would attend the function after that as a chairman he needs to sign some papers at that time Sarojini got a call so she excused herself and went out to take call. After she left it was really awkward I only offer papers without saying anything. That time he said "Are you still angry ?". I looked here and there and said "Are you talking to me?". He said "He said obviously there is no one here other than us". I realised that he was talking about that day and thinking I was angry for his words may be. I said "No, it's not that... I'm not angry at all. actually I was sorry for my friend's behaviour .. he didn't know anything and said something unreasonable. I'm sorry ". He looked a bit sad and said "you still don't consider me as a friend". His expressions make me feel really guilty so I said "it's not easy to make friends and I can't just randomly choose a friend out of no where just after two meetings, so please excuse me if I disappoint you". After saying this I thought as a CEO he would through me out of his office but when I looked at him he was smiling I got confused. Then he said " so I all  have to do is to proof myself as a good friend...then I understand". Then I said"No I didn't mean that..." . At that time Sarojini came inside and our work also done so I got up hurriedly and said let's left after saying goodbye, but he said" I'm looking forward to our next meeting Miss Smruti". I stopped for a second and Sarojini's expression was also very confusing like she wants to know about the whole situation and she going to ask it me outside. After all these circumstances we left that place. Then we left for collector's office to invite him but on the way Sarojini was continuously asking what happened, why he said like that. I explained her everything then she stopped questioning. After a half an hour we reached at Aditya's office. This time I felt it's really hard for me to invite him so I persuade Sarojini to go inside alone and invite him and she agreed. Then when we reached their I wait outside of his office and let Sarojini in. After 5minutes  she came out and said he didn't agreed to come. I got really happy by listening this so I said "let's go after all he is a busy person we can't force him". But that time I got a call from our principal mam she said "in any way convince him".We were just thinking what to do at that time his secretary came and said "mam sir said you two can go inside if you have something left to say". I was shocked and thought it's going to very hard. But how he knew that we are outside! then when I looked up I saw a camera above my head that means he already knew that I was there... then how he would let this pass without any problems.
