Chapter 17

Manwhore

The Morretti Brothers

“We will be home in about an hour. Are you free?” Eddie asked Parker.

They decided to go back to campus a little earlier than planned. It was about seven on Sunday evening. After an early dinner with the Morettis and the Romanos, Luca and Eddie began the trip back to Boston.

“I have a lot of studying to do, Eddie.”

“We haven’t seen each other the whole weekend, Parker. And how is it you have all this studying, and I don’t? We are taking the same courses!”

“I’m sorry, Eddie. I’ll make it up to you tomorrow night. I’ll even pick you up for class tomorrow.”

“Whatever!” Eddie forcefully hung up her phone and looked over at Luca to see him laughing.

“What the hell is so funny?”

“I’m sorry, Ed. I hate the guy.”

“Shut up! I just don’t get what I did wrong. He has sort of been avoiding me. He wasn’t even that concerned when I said I was going to New York.”

Eddie shook her head, trying to make sense of the situation.

“Maybe it is because I…”

She trailed off, stopping herself from saying anything more in front of Luca.

“Because you…?” Luca asked, hoping she would continue.

“I haven’t slept with him,” Eddie whispered.

“Hey!” Luca’s hand had found her thigh.

“If that’s all he wants from you, he isn’t worth it.”

Eddie laughed at the irony of Luca’s comment.

“What?”

“You make it sound like you aren’t a manwhore,” Eddie snarked, still laughing.

“Manwhore? Ed, I’m offended!”

An hour later, the two were driving through Boston Common.

“Do you mind if we stop at Parker’s?”

“Are you breaking up with him?” Luca asked hopefully.

“Not yet. But I want to check he is okay,” Eddie said quickly.

“Fine.” Eddie directed Luca to Parker’s frat house.

“I can’t believe you are with a frat guy,” Luca said, shaking his head. He got out of the car after he pulled into the parking lot. Luca came round to the passenger side and let Eddie out.

“What are you doing? You can stay in the car.”

“I’m not letting you go into a frat house alone,” Luca said, his eyes leaving no room for negotiation.

The two walked up to the front door. It opened, unlocked. Eddie started on the stairs, knowing exactly where Parker’s dorm was. A couple of the guys from the house recognized her and smiled.

When Eddie reached Parker’s door, she told Luca to wait outside. Without knocking, she swung the door open, expecting to find Parker studying.

She was shocked to find him on all fours, leaning over a naked girl.

“Oh my god!” Eddie cried out. Parker looked up from his conquest.

“E-Eddie?” Parker choked out.

Luca found his way to Eddie’s side and pulled her into his chest.

“Kate?” Luca clarified, and the girl sat up off the bed.

Eddie pushed herself away from Luca and marched toward the two naked bodies.

“E-Eddie, I’m s-so—”

Before Parker could finish his sentence, Eddie slapped him across the face.

“You jerk! How long?”

“What’s the matter, Eddie? It isn’t Parker’s fault you couldn’t please him.,” Kate sneered from the bed. “Now get out and let Parker get on with it.”

“Get on with what, Kate?” Luca growled. He looked over at Parker and laughed at his size.

“That’s a bit of a downgrade, don’t you think? Looks like you won’t be thoroughly fucked. How long have you been with ~this~?” Luca spat in Parker’s direction.

“Thanksgiving,” Parker answered, looking over at Eddie. Eddie turned to Luca, who wrapped his arms around her. “Eddie, wait. Maybe we could—”

“Don’t. Talk. To. Me!” Eddie snarled at him. “EVER!”

“Are you all right, cara?” Luca asked, poking his head into Eddie’s bedroom. He found her sitting on her bed in a tight singlet and white cotton panties and had to calm himself down.

“I’m so sorry, Luca.”

“About what, cara? You did nothing. I’m sorry my ex-girlfriend is such a whore.”

Eddie put her head in her hands and broke out in sobs. Luca sat down beside her and pulled her into his lap. Eddie was tiny. Tiny and light. He rubbed his hand up and down her back.

“Shush, cara. I got you. You’re okay.”

“W-What’s wrong with m-me?” Eddie sniffled.

“Nothing,” Luca replied sternly. “You are perfect, Eddison, don’t let that asshole make you think otherwise.”

“If I’m so perfect, why did he run to Kate? Why didn’t he want me? You know what makes it worse? I don’t think I ever liked him. Yet, I’m so upset about him cheating on me. I’m so pathetic.

“You never liked him?” Luca clarified. He continued rubbing her back and, little by little, her singlet started to ride up her back.

“No.” Eddie shook her head into his chest. “I…”

Luca’s hand rested on the bare skin of her lower back, and she stopped. Her skin tingled under his touch, and Eddie moved so she was looking Luca in the eye.

“I love ~you~, Luciano,” she said softly.

Luca looked at her lips and then back at her eyes, asking silent permission. Eddie nodded once, and Luca’s lips pressed against hers. She kissed him back, guiding her hand up into his hair.

Eddie moved in Luca’s lap so she was straddling him. She started grinding in his lap, and he groaned.

“Oh, cara. Keep doing that, and you will have to fix my problem.”

“Doing what?” Eddie asked innocently. She continued to move her hips in a circular motion when Luca grabbed her hips, stopping her movements.

“Naughty girl,” Luca growled into her ear, gently nipping at her earlobe.

“What are you going to do?” Eddie asked seductively.

Surprised at her confidence, Eddie felt herself blush.

Luca lifted Eddie up and threw her down into the middle of her bed. Luca slunk toward her on the bed. He sat between her legs, very close to her now-drenched panties.

“What are you going to do…Luciano?”

Luca’s eyes flickered to Eddie’s in surprise as she used his full name. A smirk formed on his face, and Eddie knew she had said the right thing.

“Oh, cara, I’m going to take you for the first time,” Luca said, his smirk still on his face. “God, you are gorgeous.”

Luca lifted his hands to her breasts, kneading them gently. His hands trailed down to her panties again.

“Do you want it?” Luca leaned forward to whisper in Eddie’s ear.

“Yes,” Eddie breathed out.
