After stardust been through like 10 trillion relationships (literally this whole one shot thing is mainly stardust smuts and angst im crying) he wanted something serious, He took the space express and smiled at the sight of his friend again "Milky Way cookie!" he said making his way over to her. Milky way smiled "Star! do you have any space candies for me? the tickets will be 20 % off-" She said looking up at them. Stardust chuckled "Yes, and the velvet cake pops from the tower" he said handing her a bag of treats. "yeeyyyyy, oh what happened in the fight between you and red velvet?" "I dont want to talk about it." Stardust said sternly. Milky way understood and changed the subject "Going back home?" "I would hardly call it home, its just where i spent most of my years.." he replied.

Milky way nodded and started snacking on space candy "All abaorddd" she yelled as soon as they reached the train. Stardust climbed on and sat down after purchasing a ticket that was almost free, he sat down as his mind drifted his eyes fixated on the stars and planets soaring through space. He felt a sense of dread from being lonely again but he just slept on it until he arrived at his destination, Milky way waddled to Stardust's seat and shook him gently "wake upp, Star! Star!" "h-huh!?..o-oh my sincerest apologies..." he said waking up in a panic.

Milky way shrugged "I get it you're tired, but there's a friend of yours waiting for you outside" "a friend?" he repeated confused knowing he had no friends except milky way, cream uni and donut and they don't come to dangerous places such as his home.

Stardust made his way up to the trains door holding milky ways hand, his heart sank when he saw abyss monarch standing there looking troubled but his face lit up when he saw stardust "Stardust cookie! oh my god..I can't believe you're actually here it's been millennials!" he shouted dragging him off the train and hugging them. Stardust was speechless "you look....you look...different...?" they said trying not to sound rude about his emo sense  in fashion. "yeah...uhm..Its a long story..."  he said looking depressed for a moment then fixed his composure "its been so long my friend..there is so much to discuss." he said clutching Stardust's cold hands. Milky way tilted their head "Star? whos this?" she asked looking up at them.

Stardust narrowed his eyes "An old friend, do you remember sea fairy? Its a friend of hers too" he said focusing his attention back  on Abyss Monarch. Abyss monarch looked down at Milky way "Is that a talking rabbit?" he asked in a monotone voice. "A rabbit?! I am Milky way cookie >:c the best train conductor." "I wouldn't say allat.." stardust said under his breath. "you have a problem with my train conducting skills? Let's see you drive a train! >:(" she said tugging on his cape "You nearly killed me and donut driving to dairy queen..." Milky way turned around and pouted "Im charging extra for your tickets next time" She said before shutting the train door behind her and driving off.

Abyss monarch brushed it off then turned back to Stardust "Ahem.." he got nervous after a while of silence, he didn't know how to talk to them. Stardust stared at him analyzing his style. "...s-so...still living in space?.." he asked nervously,  being memorized by their beauty "Yes, I have been trying to travel but that hasn't gone so well for me.." he said with a heavy sigh. Abyss monarch narrowed his eyes feeling awkward "You still talk to your sister?" he said trying to start a conversation.

Stardust shook his head "Not anymore, its a long story.." "I like stories." Abyss monarch stated, he just wanted to hear their voice. "Oh?..alright tell me if I bore you.."

This Mf basically explained the whole 12th chapter of him trying to kill innocent people because of his own traumas.

Stardust explained his ventures of being in space and other stuff like relationships etc, Abyss monarch had a straight face the whole time but he just couldn't stop admiring Stardust. Their voice, their looks, his personality, his- "are you listening?" stardust was staring into his eyes "Sorry..Did I bore you?" they looked down with a slight frown "My apologies, I will excuse myself" he said before abyss monarch grabbed his hand "No please!...stay" he said desperately tugging on his hand. Stardust looked back and tilted his head "Oh? What's the matter?" "I just..its been a while and I want to stay with you for a bit...please" he begged having a grip on his hands, he didn't want to seem annoying about keeping them here but he was to intractable, maybe he was developing an even stronger liking to Stardust? He has waited years for him after all.

Abyss monarch sighed in relief  "Very well then, why don't we head to my place. It's closer." he offered. Stardust nodded and followed him to his place. They were amazed by how big it was once they got there, he turned to Abyss monarch " This place is quite big!" Stardust complemented. Abyss Monarch smiled "Thank you, it does get lonely in such a big place by yourself unfortunately" he said sighing. "I understand that well" stardust admitted as they got in and settled down. "Would you like a drink? here, sit down, make yourself at home." he offered making sure he was comfortable.  Stardust sat down and waited patiently for him to come back with the drinks, once he came back he gave stardust some cold lemonade and sat down.

There was an awkward silence between them for a while the abyss monarch finally spoke "You said you went to the cake towers, what was that like?" he asked trying to stir up a conversation. "There is a lot of enemies there, my ex's cult thing did not welcome me but used me for power, that's why I left them anyhow." he admitted with a sigh. "Oh? what a shame, I cant lie though I always was jealous of all that power you have" he chuckled "Well I don't like fighting anymore, I just want peace and a calming place to stay with access to my friends" he said with a sigh.

Abyss Monarch nodded and understanding "I did notice you became less hostile as I was talking to you, you don't seem pent up with rage like you used to." he said observing his behavior "Yeah its just been tedious being so upset and wanting revenge all the time, that way of thinking had just been perilous for both me and others" he admitted. Abyss Monarch liked this side of Stardust, well he liked every side of Stardust but, them being so gentle and calm was adorable to him. "You and seafairy still talk?" Stardust asked remembering when he mentioned seafairy.

"Yes, She is the one who told me your location actually. She wanted to know if you were ok" he said. Stardust looked up at him in shock "She wanted to know if I was ok? why?" he asked genuinely curious because he thought she hated him for trying to harm moonlight. "Well, after you left you didn't say a word according to moonlight. You looked weak after the battle and you just left, I know its been years since then but she still wanted to know" "I have been fine, Not sure why my sister would care but..she has always  been the nicer type..which makes me envy her more." he said with a harsh tone.

Abyss monarch sighed "Well I see you made a change too, as I said before, you are more gentle." he said reassuring him so he doesn't get upset. Stardust smiled slightly "Thank you for noticing, how have you been? you havent mentioned what you did to look like..that" he said trying to describe his new look without seeming judgmental. Abyss Monarch grew silent "Just a bunch of battles, nothing important" (Idk his lore..) Stardust could tell he was hiding something but he didn't want to push it.

Finally, stardust slowly stood up "I should get going, it was nice meeting with you again old friend" he said smiling at him then walking out. Abyss monarch felt a piece of his soul leave his body when Stardust left. why? Why was he so desperate for Stardust to stay? he thought for a while before replying "Goodbye.." after he already left.

Stardust smiled slightly as he enjoyed meeting with his friends and was thinking of another time that he could visit, He finally stopped somewhere he could stay for a few weeks or days. He changed his clothes and laid down to get some rest, he most likely was gonna sleep throughout the whole day, exhausted from traveling. He woke up continuously throughout the day to eat or drink and stayed sleep most of the time.

When he finally woke up he immediately went out to go visit Milkyway, "Stardust! :D" Milkyway ran toward him hugging his leg "Hello there friend" he replied with a smile. "Wait Im mad at you." she said pouting and looking away from him "Oh? why is that? he said chuckling."ermm...I don't remember..but I know i'm supposed to be mad at you >:T" "haha, very well then. I guess you don't want space pancakes at the new place that just opened up" he said in a teasing tone "why wouldn't I want them! ok ok fine I forgive you now lets get some pancakes" she said pulling his hand. He chuckled "Alright"

Once they got there he ordered her some pancakes and got himself a drink, but the whole time he was eating he felt as if he was being watched. He made a mental note to protect Milkyway the entire time just in case someone was watching them or her. After they left he helped her with train duty.

He waved goodbye when it got dark and headed home, the feeling of being watch grew more when he was alone. He got worried for milkyway, leaving her alone. Once he got home he immediately fell asleep. he woke up and spent the day inside and the feeling of being watched just kept growing even with being inside. For the rest of the week he stayed inside feeling unsafe, yet worried for milkyway and her well being.

The next day he visited Abyss Monarch to catch up on more things, the entire time with him he felt safe. Maybe I should stay around him all day..Stardust thought to themselves as both of them were hanging out. Abyss Monarch wasn't that talkative but he was very sweet and easily flustered, they went out to eat, fought some enemies etc. After a long day out Abyss monarch offered to walk him home. "That would be great, I have actually been feeling eerie and uncomfortable lately. And I feel safe with you so if you don't mind.." he admitted "of course, lead the way" he followed stardust to the shelter he was staying in and waved goodbye. Stardust smiled after the actually normal day that he had, he laid down falling asleep planning to sleep through all tomorrow again.

He woke up after a few hours to drink some water and take some gummies to help him sleep.

Later that night when he closed his eyes again, it felt as if he had been asleep for an eternity. It didn't feel peaceful either, he had a headache and a fuzzy feeling. He tried to force his eyes open for what felt like hours, when his eyes finally opened his eyes he couldn't see. His head felt heavy and his hands and wings felt restrained, a familiar voice echoed "Are you awake?" the voice said.

It was a male voice, it sounded so familiar but his head hurt like hell so it only echoed. "W-where am i..who are you.." Stardust mumbled feeling immense pain in his head as he spoke. "Don't fret, I'm not going to hurt you, do you feel comfortable? other than your hands and wings being tied up? are the ropes too tight?" the voice asked, it seemed they wanted to keep him alive "shut up and tell me who you are." Stardust started getting assertive and frustrated, it all happened so fast. How did he go from sleeping to tied up in someone's possession? he thought to himself. Stardust knew something didn't feel right all that week, "And I thought you weren't the hostile type, as I said before I'm not going to hurt you..I just wanna ask a few things" The voice said

Stardust huffed "Alright, what do you want." he said aggressively. "Do you have a place to stay? and would you be willing to stay in a castle?" "I do not, and a palace? what are you talking about." he said getting a bit pissed off. "answer the question please, do not make this difficult for me" "I would be willing, is there a catch or something?" he asked getting suspicious. "Next question, Do you have any love interest at the moment?" "Why does that matter to you?" Stardust asked getting more upset. "...." the person gre silent and stardust sighed "I do not." he answered honestly. "I see..I will let you go now.." they said injecting something in him and taking him back to the place he's staying in.

After a few hours Stardust woke up in shock and looked around him, why that even real? he thought to himself immediately leaving and looking for somewhere else safe to stay.

Abyss monarch heard a knock on the door and joy lit up in his body "hello Stardust" he said as he answered the door. Stardust smiled nervously "Hey sorry to bother you, I just..can we talk please?" he asked. Abyss monarch nodded "of course, come in." he said with an emotionless expression. "Listen, I am so sorry to bother you but..Is it ok if I stay here for a while? Something crazy happened and I don't feel safe where I am..I know if anything were to happen I can defend myself but..ergg..it's a long story" he said trying not to seem like a burden.

"Why of course, I am the only one in this castle there will be more than enough space for you" (and they were roommates 😱) he said with a shy smile. Stardust smiled as well "Thank you so much friend you have been nothing but a blessing since we reunited, I will go get my stuff and check on Milkyway" he said about to walk out "Let me help, I will grab your stuff and you can go to Milkyway." he offered, "Oh thank you, do you remember the route to the place?" they asked. Abyss monarch nodded as they went separate ways, Abyss monarch stopped by the place he stayed in and grabbed a large amount of his things and carried them back to his place.

Once he dropped Stardusts stuff off he noticed that they were still gone and started snooping through his things a bit to 'learn' about him a bit more. His clothes smelt nice and he had a lot of pictures of constellations. He found out more stuff while looking through his things and stopped after he heard Stardust knock on his door. He let him in and saw Milkyway holding his hand "Ayee you're the guy who called me a talking rabbit" she said clearly offended by the sight of him. "Oh hey Stardust im glad youre ok!" Abyss monarch said ignoring her, "Yes, she is doing well too. She claimed she didn't see anything either. I suppose it was just me then" he said sighing with a bit of shakiness in his tone.

"There is no need to fear Stardust, I will make sure nobody hurts you" he said looking in his eyes and grabbing his hand in a reassuring way, "Hey! don't ignore me" she said tugging on Abyss Monarch's cape. "Let's go inside shall we?" he said walking Stardust inside. "Again, thank you so much Monarch.." he said with a sense of sincerity in his tone. "Of course, anything for you" he said with a tint of blush on his face. Milkyway sat on his couch side eyeing him intensely, meanwhile Stardust sat next to Abyss Monarch and explained what happened  "I felt as if I was being watch since I arrived here, I am not sure if I should go back to that planet I was on. I was warned that I was a danger to cookies and that I shouldn't stay there. But I don't feel safe here either..I know I'm fully capable with defending myself It's just..not while i'm asleep. That's actually one of my weaknesses" he rambled trying to get him to understand the tough situation.

Abyss monarch listened to his rant and rubbed their back "It's ok, I will make sure nothing happens to you in your state of vulnerability. I understand you are struggling Stardust and you can stay as long as you need.." he said in a reassuring tone. "Really? do I have to pay you with anything?" he asked "We will talk about payment later. For right now, Just settle down and relax" he said smiling. Milkyway got up and tugged on Stardusts cape "Im hungry" she said bluntly. "Hm, well we can go out and-" "No please, I have food here. It's best you stay in Stardust for safety. Abyss Monarch led Milkyway to his kitchen "Help yourself talking space rabbit" "TALKING WHAT!!!?!" she yelled in disbelief. Stardust laughed, "Not you too! :("  He chuckled and patted her head "Her name is Milkyway cookie" he said snickering uncontrollably.

Abyss monarch smiled "Ah, Milkyway the talking rabbit? hmm..ok" he said shifting his gaze in a sassy way. Milkyway pouted "Stardust I don't like your friend very much.." she said tugging on his cape again "That isn't very nice, he's trying just give it time" he said laughing. Milkyway took a large amount of snacks and wobbled to the dining room pouting. "Are you hungry Stardust? I can whip you up something to eat." he offered. Stardust smiled nervously "Yes I am, but..I do not want to burden you to make something for me. I can just.-" "No please, I insist. I was going to make something for myself anyway. "Oh? then If you don't mind I would like some.." he said shyly. "Of course, but first, let me show you the room you will be staying in." he said leading him down the long hallways.

They then reached a room that was huge and had a queen size bed and modern space furniture. "Woah, a-are you sure I can stay here?" he asked, amazed by the expensive and high quality room. "Yes, I will tell you when the food is ready, meanwhile you can unpack your stuff where ever you want." he said before leaving back to the kitchen. "Alright, thank you" Stardust said as he did exactly that. A few minutes pass by, Stardust starts taking Milkyway home "I will be right back, I need to take her home" he announced "Alright be safe." Abyss Monarch said in a stern tone.

"I will" Stardust reassured as he left the house. "Star, I have a bad feeling about that guy.." Milkyway stated, holding his hand while walking to the train station. "yeah? how so?" Stardust responded honestly not surprised. "He looks at you funny and when you were packing your stuff in your room  he gave me an angry look...and he ignores me!" she said, frustrated even talking about him. "You two are getting used to each other, give it some time ok? and he looks at me just fine he's just more friendly with me because we were old friends and he knows my sister and her girlfriend. But if it's such an issue, I will speak to him." they said reassuring her.

Milkyway looked at him "You better! hehe, bye Star!!" she said getting on the train and waving at him. He smiled and waved back "Goodbye friend." he said before going back to Abyss Monarchs place. Once he got back the food was done and his plate was sitting on the dining table for him. "Oh thank you!" Stardust said smiling. "No problem, I will be in my room if you need me." he said getting up and going in his room without saying anything else. Stardust felt as if he annoyed him but he just realized that was his quiet nature. Stardust finally went to his room to go eat and immediately felt tired afterward. He yawned and forced his eyes open to go praise Abyss Monarch on his cooking skills but ended up falling asleep.

He slept all night and woke up in the afternoon, he rubbed his eepy eyes and realized that he had been tucked in and stuffed animals were next to him. Stardust looked confused and got up to see Abyss monarch in his living room "Good morning. How did you sleep?" he asked looking at his messy space-like hair and puffy eyes "I slept well, did you tuck me in?" he asked. "Yes, I noticed that your door was open and I went to close it and saw you passed out on the edge of your bed huddled in your wings." he admitted. "How embarrassing..I'm so sorry. Also thank you for the food last night, It was delicious. Is cooking a hidden talent perhaps?" he said jokingly. "Abyss Monarch chuckled "Maybe, I barley cook for myself I usually get expensive takeout when exploring space" he said going in the kitchen to make breakfast for him and stardust.

Stardust saw that he had a second plate "You're making me food again?..you don't have to if you don't want.." he said trying not to cause problems for him. "I know I don't have to, I want to." he said bluntly. Stardust sighed "alright, tell me if I can do anything, also about me paying you how much will it be exactly?" he asked getting concerned if he can even afford this treatment. Abyss Monarch narrowed his eyes "There is something you can do for me, I noticed that your bunny friend liked rock candy. send this to her as an apology" he said handing him a decorated box filled with sticks of colorful rock candy. "We will discuss payments later.." he said ignoring that payment subject yet again.

Stardust sighed and took the box walking out visibly worried if he could afford this or not but he just did what he said hoping that would help build a stronger bond between Milkyway and Abyss Monarch. Later, he came back and went to abyss monarch "Hey, about the payment.." Stardust started before getting cut off "Enough. Just..give me time to think about your payment. Ok stardust?" he said sternly with a sense of frustration. Abyss Monarch saw that he went silent and was taken back, he then sighed "Sorry, I just know you're going through something and I don't want you worrying about the payment right now.." he said shyly. Stardust smiled in understanding "Thank you for considering my feelings although, I don't want to live in your house rent free with royal treatment without knowing if I can afford it or not." he admitted, frowning.

Abyss Monarch narrowed his eyes "ohh..you definitely can afford it.." he said in an ominous tone, Stardust felt a sense of relief "oh heavens, thank you for making it affordable for me! when shall I pay you? and how much?" he said frantically. Abyss monarch folded his arms "Not now, you should probably eat. I whipped something up for you while you were out." he said before leaving without saying another word. Stardust smiled again "Thank you.." he said softly before grabbing the plate of food prepared for him in the fridge. He took it to his room and ate; not long after that he felt tired again. His eyelids felt heavy lie weights as he fought the sense of exhaustion.

He woke up in the middle of the night feeling a sharp pain in his stomach, head and arms. he groaned slowly lifting his head seeing something he thought wasn't real for a second. Abyss Monarch was cuddled to his arm and his face was buried in his wings "..." Stardust stayed silent for a few minutes thinking of what is next move was. Should I wake him up? Let him stay and pretend nothing happened?..cuddle him too?...his mind raced and his heart dropped when he moved, thank god he was still asleep. Stardust just sighed and let him, his wings wrapped around him and he pulled the blanket on Abyss Monarch so he could sleep comfortably.

Stardust stayed awake the entire time too shocked and confused to go back to sleep. Abyss Monarch finally woke up at an early time. "nnghh" he groaned, as he stretched. His eyes shifted toward Stardust and he saw he was awake. shit. he thought, frozen in place; not sure what to do. Stardust saw he was awake as well and he sat up "Oh good morning, how'd you end up in here?" he asked.

Abyss Monarch tried to come up with a shitty excuse "ermm..must've sleepwalked.." he said with nervousness in his voice "How are you up so early..the medicine should'v- ..ahem...y-you usually wake up later" he said stammering in a flustered bunch. Stardust shrugged "I was in pain for some reason, then I saw you. I didn't want to bother you because you seemed so peaceful, I'm glad you got good rest." he said smiling. Abyss Monarch nodded nervously "Thank you..sorry if I made you uncomfortable..." he said blushing. Stardust chuckled "Not at all, I am actually used to sleeping with someone so it was actually quite comfortable" he reassured.

Abyss Monarch was a blushing mess "a-are you sure I didn't disturb you...?" Stardust smiled "I'm sure, Now we should probably head back to bed it's still dark out." he said laying down. Abyss Monarch started fidgeting "Can I..ermm..s-sleep..w-with you..again...please?" he said stammering on his words. He didn't want to seem needy but he wanted to get closer to Stardust. Stardust nodded tiredly with his eyes closed. Abyss Monarch lied down, giving him space; waiting for him to fall asleep to get closer to him. They both slept for hours and Abyss Monarch woke up earlier than him as usual. The whole time Stardust was asleep, he admired their beauty and elegance even if they were eeping.

His features were perfect, their space-like hair, their fluffy wings their pretty long eyelashes. Ayss Monarch smiled just staring at them for what felt like hours, he even gave him a small kiss on the lips when he got close enough. Stardust woke up about 4 hours later feeling better. "Good morning again.." Abyss monarch said in a soft tone watching them rub their sleepy eyes. Abyss Monarch noticed that his hair would turn purple once the sun hit it, damn he is gorgeous...he thought to himself "Good Morning.." he said in a deep sleepy tone.

His gaze then shifted to Abyss Monarch and he panicked for a bit then realized what happened a few hours ago.  They both stayed in bed and talked for a bit before actually getting up, Abyss Monarch looked back at him "I actually have errands to run today if you would like to join?" he asked. Stardust slipped out of bed "I would love to! Thank you for offering" he said politely. Abyss Monarch smiled "No problem" he said before leaving so Stardust could get dressed.

Stardust slipped on some clothes and came out to see Abyss Monarch already dressed "Alright, let's go" he said opening the door for them. They both went to a few stores, planets etc the Abyss Monarch ran into Sea fairy "Oh hey!" he said lighting up. "Hello" Sea fairy said lighting up as well. They hugged then Sea fairy noticed Stardust behind him. "Oh my..is that.." "errrr.." Stardust growled uncomfortably and looked away. Sea fairy lit up more and rushed to him "Stardust! It's been so long! How are you? what have you been up to?! moonlight has been worried sick!" she said overloading him with interaction.

Stardust sighed "ermm sea fairy..yes, it's been a while hasn't it.." he said trying to cut the conversation short. "Oh you're finally dating your crus-" "SHSHSHSHSIUBLSJH" Abyss monarch shushed holding her mouth then chuckled nervously. "ahem, how about I tell sea fairy what you've been up to and you can go look for what you want for dinner..." he said pushing stardust away "alright, is there a price limit? I don't want to overdu-" "Nope! just get what you want!" he said finally pushing him away. He let out a sigh of relief and turned back to Sea fairy "Girl-!" he said visibly upset. "oh sorry, I didn't know you guys weren't together. You should definitely hurry up and ask him out. Or I will" she said chuckling softly obviously joking. Abyss Monarch sighed " I'm too nervous.." he  admitted slumping. Sea fairy shrugged " I get it, the space siblings are the most attractive people you will ever see. But Moonlight told me that Stardust was always so pent up with anger, so his case might be a little harder" she sighed.

"No? he's the calmest person I've met in a long time, he is also considerate..I just don't know if he would like me back.." he said blushing. Sea fairy blinked "Calm?...he tried to destroy a planet.." Abyss Monarch rolled his eyes "He was just feeling silly, plus, he told me he was sick of wanting revenge all the damn time so he changed" he explained. The two caught up and planned to meet up again sometime with moonlight as well. Abyss monarch made his way back to Stardust. "Hey sorry I took so long, what did you get?" he asked looking down at the bag in their hands.

Stardust opened the bag "Just alfredo, I didn't want to spend all your money so I got the cheapest brands." he said feeling ashamed about spending his money at all. Abyss Monarch sighed "I said there was no limit, well if this is what you want then so be it" he said starting to walk back home with him. Once they both got home Abyss Monarch started to cook what they bought while Stardust went in his room to paint. After a while Abyss monarch lightly knocked on his door "Foods done" he said from the outside. Stardust opened the door and smiled taking the plate out of his hand. Abyss monarch saw he had a paintbrush behind his ear, then noticed the huge canvas with a constellation painting in progress.

So the pictures of constellations I saw when I looked through is stuff..were made by him..Abyss monarch thought to himself admiring his painting. "Do you like it so far?" Stardust said pulling him near his painting. Abyss monarch was in awe "It's...ethereal.." he said below a whisper. Stardust smiled "Thank you, I tried to memorize the nostalgic sighting of  constellations when I was floating through space..alone.." he said looking like he was on a verge of tears. Abyss monarchs heart broke like glass when he saw tears in their eyes "no..p-please don't cry..I can praise it more if you'd like.." he said trying to cheer him up. "No, These paintings..just..remind me of my past...my apologies" he said hanging his head down in his hands to cry.

Abyss monarch wanted to ball out and he hugged him "It's ok, don't apologize.." he said tearing up himself. "You should eat to help you feel better." he said trying to comfort him. Stardust looked down at the plate and smiled "Thank you.." he sniffled from crying and started eating as he said. Abyss monarch smiled and walked out leaving his door cracked. Stardust ate and felt tired as usual and fell asleep before even finishing the plate.

This time, he slept even longer. He slept until sundown the next day. Stardust woke up, lifting his head slowly. He was covered in cold sweat and was comfortably warm. He dragged himself out of bed and looked around the castle with a hazy vision "Abyss Monarch?.." he said calling his name to see if he was even there. The rooms echoed, he wasn't there. Stardust went in his room and laid back down until he came back. After a while, he got bored and looked around the castle. He went in the kitchen for a small snack and noticed a pill bottle on the counter.

He picked it up and read the label, they were heavy sleeping pills. He squinted his eyes and pondered why Abyss monarch would even need these. He then put the pieces together, falling asleep after every meal made by him, the headaches and stomach aches, waking up late etc. He felt uncomfortable and scared. Stardust noticed that he was getting violent then he backed off "My apologies, I don't know what came over me. But I still need you to explain yourself." he said assertively. Abyss Monarch gulped "w-well..I have been..observing...you for quite a while. And yes I was the one who abducted you..I'm not sure how to confess my feelings with using the tactics of regular confessions. I feared you would react like this which is why I tried my best to hide it these past few months." he admitted. Stardust looked stunned. "So you were why I'm here..." he said in shock. "That morning I found you sleeping in bed with me, you reminded me when I had affection.." Stardust said narrowing his eyes with tears. Abyss monarch sniffled and looked up "S-so..you'll give me a chance?.." he asked desperately. "I'm not sure.." he said shifting his gaze away from him.

Abyss monarch thought for a bit "about your payment...all I need is for you to forgive me.." he said holding his hands. "Yes..I..want..t-to be your boyfriend.." he said shyly. Stardust patted his head which was still buried in his chest. "I will be your partner but we have things to work on ok?" he said kissing his forehead once his lifted his head out of his chest. Abyss monarch melted and hid his face again. He waited over 2000 years for him and finally met him again..

After that they both sat down and talked for a bit about the situation then fell asleep together on the couch. Stardust yawned finding himself asleep on Abyss monarchs chest, nuzzled into his neck. Abyss monarch felt him move and woke up "Oh good morning" he said happy to wake up to see his sun kissed face. Stardust smiled "Good morning." he said laying back down on his chest. They chatted for a bit before fully waking up. "Hey, we need pet names for each other." Stardust brought up hoping this conversation will further build their bond. Abyss monarch chuckled "Hm we do, how abouutt...hmm....sugar?" he asked. Stardust laughed "You think that suits me?" Abyss monarch shook his head "I thought you would like something like that. I want to call you Mi vida" (SHHH I HEADCANON HIM PUERTO RICAN) he admitted smirking.

Stardust blushed "I'd like that.." he said softly " I'll call you hm..My love?" he offered softly. Abyss Monarch blushed, "So It's my love and my life?" he chuckled. Stardust smiled "mhm"

Abyss monarchs went silent for a bit then blushed "Is..i-is it o...k if I kiss..you?..p-please?" he asked shyly. Stardust smiled and nodded kissing him gently. Abyss monarch shivered, he had fascinated about this for so long. He broke the kiss and got a bit closer "m-may I..u-uhm...deepen the kiss please?.." he whispered. Stardust chuckled "Yes you can, you don't have to be nervous I'm not gonna be mad at you." he reassured. Abyss Monarch slipped his tongue in Stardusts mouth nearly folding at his whimpers "mmmph~" Stardusts whimpered and squirmed underneath him as the kiss turns into hickeys.
