Chapter 20

Zee takes Song Rin to the restaurant he had reserve week ago since he was in Thailand.

He had been planning this for weeks as he wanted to pay him back with his kindness and moreover he wants to spend time with him and know him more.

Now they were sitting in the elegant Thai restaurant he knew serves delicious Thai cuisine. He didn't know if Song Rin liked to eat Thai food but he can request to give them another food if he doesn't like it.

"Sorry I didn't ask you if you like Thai food and take you here." Zee says, feeling nervous that Rin doesn't like the place. But he was surprised when Rin smile at him warmly.

"Why are you always saying sorry Zee. I like it here, actually I really love Thai foods to." Rin says. He's not faking to like it or love it, cuz Rin really does love Thai foods as if it's been his favorite since then as he would always want to eat Thai food.

"Thank God, you like it." Zee said happily. Then the waiter came and gave them the menu.

They started to look for the food they wanted to try.

When they finish ordering the waiter goes leaving them as they start to wait for their order to come .

"So what did you come back here in Korea?" Song Rin started the conversation.

"I'm going to attend an anniversary celebration." Zee says in reply.

"Ohh is that so? Is it about business?" Rin ask.

"Quite of." Zee says staring at Rin looking so pretty with his all denim outfit. He looks simple but pretty at the same time.

"You're so busy at your work huh." He said grinning in return.

"That's the life of a businessman." As Zee responded.

"That also means you've got less of time to laze around." Rin and Zee nodded.

"But. If I wanted to I can take a long rest, I can also do that." He said.

"Your life seems like adventurous." Rin commented. Zee frown.

"Why do you say so?" Zee ask. Cuz really if he could be ask. His life wasn't even that fun at all.

"You could travel anywhere you want to go. Just like now." Rin continue to explain.

"Ohh. Is that called adventurous to you? Traveling for business." Zee smile in amazement.

"Yeah. Not like me." He said.

"What's wrong with your life?" Zee ask as he wanted to understand what life does Song Rin really had.

"Will my life isn't that enjoyable as you think." He started as his smile started to fade, and Zee frown with his reaction.

"You know. My life was only my shop, my house and sometimes my best friends place. But all the time it's just that two routine, house and my pastry shop." He said.

Before Rin could say more their order has come.

Zee wanted to ask more but they should talk later after they eat.

The food comes in all. Everything looks tasty and good. Rin was excited to taste the food in front of him.

Then they started to eat. Song Rin feels nostalgic as he eats every food that serves in front of them. They left the conversation hung in the air as they ate in silence..

For Zee it brings all deja vu to him as he remembers how they always eat together with Nunew. Seems like he was back to that time again.

When they finish eating Zee was thinking if it would be the last time they'll see each other again as he had already payback the deal they had. The waiter came with their bill, and Zee paid the bill.

When the waiter walks away Rin suddenly asks Zee.

"Is this the last time we will see each other?" Rin suddenly asks making Zee look at him hinting a sadness in his voice.

"I don't know.Actually we're only here for two days." Zee said to Rin making him Rin smile weakly.

"Then safe trip. I guess." Song Rin says. Zee nod in response as he doesn't know what to reply.

Zee sighs and smiles before he stands and walks to Rin's side helping him up.

Then they silently walk out of the restaurant.

Rin doesn't want to end the day with Zee just like that. He feels sad in an inexplicable way. Maybe that's just it for them. Maybe their friendship ends as the same as their deal ends. He wished he could spend more time with him.

Rin suddenly thinks of an idea. But what if Zee wouldn't like it? He just needs to try.

"Zee."

"Rin."

They both smile as they somehow called each other at the same time.

"You go first." Zee says

"No, you go first." Rin insisted.

"Do you want to go home now. Or do you want to stay for a little bit longer?" Zee says unsure if Rin would spend another time with him.

"You know it's more fun to stay a little longer than to go back home and alone." Rin says.

"Then let's spend this little longer time together. Do you want it?" Zee suggested, as Rin giggle with excitement.

"I want that." Rin says. "Let's go." As Rin walk first and Zee follow smiling brightly at him.

Zee feels happy seeing Rin walking along with him. For many years since Nunew died this is the first time he felt happy and contented within his heart. It's like he found the missing pieces that only Nunew had fill.

He doesn't want to think of anything or compare them both as his heart was just trying to open up on something he was unsure of for now.

He just need to enjoy this moment and let the feelings flow on its own.

Song Rin suggested at Zee to go to the Hongdae Shopping Street. A very well known tourist spot in Seoul where you can find great trendy shops, boutiques, cafes, and even street performances.

Since they're still full they just enjoy strolling around and walk in and out of all the cute shops and boutiques enjoying on choosing trendy clothes, shoes and accessories, and when they had found something they like and they would bu zzzy it.

"Zee look at this." Rin found a cute stuffed toy dog when they're on the sixth store, and Rin put it close to Zee's face as he laughed hard at the resemblance Zee had with the dog.

"Oh my you both look so cute." Rin says as he continues to giggle.

"Do I look like a dog to you?" Zee raised his brows in amazement. Rin nodded and smile.

Then Zee found an orange cat stuff toy, this time he was the one who compare it to Rin's face.

"Then this looks exactly like you too." Zee said grinning while Rin pouted cutely making Zee laugh.

"You have the same hair color too." Zee continue to tease him.

"Ohh you're so mean Zee." Rin says

"You started it first." Zee says grinning and Rin laugh.

"But this dog really looks like you" Rin insisted

"See you started it."and they both laugh again.

"You know what, I want to buy these." Rin said deciding to buy the two stuff toy animals.

"Why?" Zee asks in confusion. There are many things you could buy in the shop but then he decided to buy a cat and dog stuff toy.

"Because it's cute." Rin said and Zee giggled and just shrugged letting him do what he wanted.

Rin walks to the counter while Zee looks at the other thing in the shop. He looked around for something he could buy. But then he stops when he sees a necklace that's the same pendant as what he had costumize in Europe for Nunew.

His hand unconsciously went to his chest as he felt the necklace in there. Why is he here again?

"Zee?" Rin calls, and Zee stops what he was doing and looks at Rin once again. Is what he was doing right?

Song Rin is not Nunew but here he was doing what his heart wanted. And that is to be with Song Rin at the moment.

But he felt guilty for Nunew. Did he already forget him and found something to look forward to his time to, with someone who looks exactly like him.

Is this right?

"Let's go." Rin said as Zee smiled and nodded walking toward Rin who was waiting for him at the exit door.

"Where do we go from here?" Zee asks forgetting all his worries.

"I felt hungry walking around the street. Let's go buy some street food." Rin said dragging Zee on the hands as Zee let him hold his hands while they walk to the food cart and buy what they wanted. They sat on the table close to the food carts and ate what they ordered, while talking random things.

PARK SEO HYUNG'S POV

I was busy giving instructions to my employees as what they should do by tomorrow when my phone rings. I immediately took it from my pocket and answer it.

I walk at the very corner of the building doesn't want to be heard by anyone.

"How is he now?" I ask the caller immediately.

"I'm still following them now ma'am." The voice said.

"Good. Just follow them and don't be to obvious." I instructed.

"I think your son won't even think that someone is following them as he was enjoying with his company." He said.

"Then that's good." I replied. "Just follow him until he comes back home. Make sure he is safe and sound." I continue before the man said goodbye and he put down the call.

"Zee Pruk Wang. How clever of you to make a move on my son." I said. James had told me about a guy who was with Song Rin last night. I also got curious so I opened the secret CCTV i put on my son's shop without any of them knowing.

I can't just let it slide just like that. I don't want to let anyone take advantage of my son. Not when my son is involved on it.

But when I saw it on the ccvtv that the guy, James was talking about was Zee Pruk Wang. I was to stunned. Then I thought it was only coincidentally but I figured out they're friend.

"I did everything to make my son on who he is now, and you're going to take him away from me. No you wouldn't dare to Zee." As I talk to my self.

Nothing could take my son away from me.

Not even a Zee Pruk Wang can.

ZEE'S POV

It's already 6 in the evening when we last decided to go to the Han River. We sat on one of the bench and looked at those bright lights of the Han River.

So this is what they say the beauty night of Han River.

"How beautiful this place is." He said while I was staring at his pretty face.

"Did you always come here.?" I ask him and he shake his head.

"A handful of of time only. Although I lived on Seoul I rarely came here." He said as he was sipping his juice.

"Why is that?" I ask but he just look away.

"You don't need to answer." I said not wanting to make him feel awkward of our conversation.

"Do you sometimes feel like you don't belong on everything. Like everything you did was nothing but superficial. It's like things have never been a problem, instead it was you who is broken." I just listen to him while his face looks sad.

"That's what I'm feeling Zee." He said.

I don't know what he was talking about but I feel his pain.

"Do want to hear a sad story?" He started and I nodded slowly.

"There was a bunny wanting to be a great musician but he doesn't know how to stum a guitar, doesn't know how to press the keyboard, doesn't know how to blow a flute, doesn't know to play violin, and doesn't even know how to make any melody." Then he sigh before he continue.

"He felt miserable so he end his life, but he suddenly wake up and found himself in a body of a very talented human musician. Then he suddenly knows how to play every instrument. But the saddest part is when he lost himself in the process and died proving himself that he knows everything now." As he ended his story.

"You see Zee. I was like the bunny on the body of the talented human musician. I lost myself too, but the only happy part of that for me is that I didn't end up dying in the process, but instead I'm struggling to go back." He said as a tear escape on his eyes, and he immediately wipe it and smile at me. He was hiding his pain but it was transparent in his eyes.

How I wish I could take away his sadness. The pain he was feeling so he wouldn't be hurt anymore like this.

I slowly take his hand and hold it tightly. He was dumbfounded of what I did.

"You may have lost yourself and now struggling to go back. Don't give up on trying as people you love are waiting for you to come back to." I said giving him courage.

"Why didn't I find you sooner Zee." He said making me stare at him intently. His eyes were filled of sadness.

"I'm here now Song Rin." I said as I watch his eyes change from sadness to hopefulness.

"Would you still be here for me Zee?" He ask.

"I would be Rin." I said. Slowly our face came close to each other filled with emotions that we both had felt the first time we met. We both know where this could lead us both.

SONG RIN'S POV

I've been a wounded soul as I know I am hurting inside. Telling this to someone I barely know and now giving him the trust is so rare that I don't think I would do it to anyone.

He is like a missing pieces to my broken soul.

I know I've become foolish when it comes to him but can I be foolish again and take him inside my heart like I've always wanted to do from the very beginning.

Slowly our face comes closer as I close my eyes waiting for our lips to meet. But before the things I expected were going to happen a call of a name was the thing that makes me wake up.

"HIA"

We both let go of each other and look dumbfounded.

"Did you say something?"

"What did you say?"

We both ask at the same time wondering what just happened.

"You said something?" I immediately ask him.

"No, you're the one who said something." He said frowning in confusion.

"I didn't say anything Zee." I told him.

"Are you sure. Cuz I just heard you said something Rin. I'm sure it came from you." He said. But I didn't say anything. I was also startled with the words as it's loud.

"But I'm sure I didn't." I said

We both look at our surroundings and see people being all loud.

Maybe it came from them.

But that word. I'm sure I heard of it, but I can't remember it.

Before we could say anything my phone suddenly rings. I took it out and saw my brother was calling me.

I look at Zee and he nodded saying I should answer it. Then I answer the call immediately.

"Hello hyungnim."

"Dongseang where are you. Mom is all worried of you. Why did you go out without even telling us." He said.

"I'm sorry hyung. I just go out for some fresh air." I said lying to him. Zee frown of what I said. I know he's wondering why I lied to my brother.

Will even I, was also wondering why I didn't tell him. This is the first time I lied to him.

"Where are you. I'm going to fitch you." He said.

"I'm at the Han River hyung." I said.

"How did you commute on your own there dongseang. You have a phobia. How did you even manage to go there." He said in panic.

Right, how did I manage to come in here, just with Zee. He's a stranger so how did I manage to not be attack by my phobia just by riding along with Zee.

I look at Zee in confusion as he was also looking at me wondering what was happening on the call I had with James.

"I'll be there right now." The last thing I heard from him before he turns off the call.

I put down the call and look at Zee.

"Are you okay. Why did you lie and didn't tell him you're with me." He said wondering.

"My hyung won't be happy if he knows I'm with you Zee. He thinks I'm too trusting to a stranger." I said.

He sigh and nodded understanding what I said.

"I think this is where we part ways Zee." I said looking away from him as I felt sad. I don't know when I'll be seeing him again and that makes me sad.

"Should I take you home?" He ask more like suggesting.

"Hyung would be here. He's going to fitch me." As I still didn't look at him.

He stands and helps me to stand. I frowned on what he was trying to do.

"I just want to hug you. I want to thank you for spending your time with me." He said and without anything he instantly embraced me tightly. I responded and hugging him back.

"Thank you for your time Rin." He said and he lets go of me.

"Let's see each other again next time." He said before he held my face and kissed my forehead making me close my eyes as how gentle he is to me. God how could he appear in my life so suddenly just like this and now we're saying goodbye and we never know when would we see each other again.

I look at him in the eyes and suddenly kiss him on his check and smile.

"Thank you also Zee. Take care." I said as smile brightly and nodded then he take his paper bag and the cat stuff toy I gave him before he walk away. He even look at me once again and wave goodbye before he was gone out of my sight.

I sigh deeply as I go to my seat and waited for my hyung to fitch me.

After twenty minutes he came running to me with panic. Guess I really worried him this much.

50th ANNIVERSARY

The whole hotel has been set and everything as this has been prepared for every guess that would come.

And slowly everyone who's been invited has come. All who came were an important guest that's been personally invited by the Chairman. The CEO of Korea's number one hotel and restaurant in Seoul.

It's been the 50th anniversary of the hotels and it's a great time for other businessman to widen their connections.

The event started at 5 in the afternoon. Almost all the people invited had come and so as Zee, his father, and Tutor who had just arrived earlier in the morning as he just follow after he had finished his work. They came earlier and had meet other business owners who's been eager to meet Zee and his father. They are all so ready and willing to close a business deal with him, but Zee was more focused with the event as it's more important to him to wait for the event to end.

He wanted it to end for he was more looking forward to going to Song Rin's shop, as it's going to be their last day today in Korea, and he wants to visit him again.

They are going back tomorrow morning and all he wanted was to see Song Rin again.

Now they are waiting for the Park family to come.

"Phi why do you look like you couldn't wait to get out from this place?" Suddenly Tutor ask as he notice I was not on the mood for everyone's pleasantries.

"You can say that Tutor." He reply weakly.

Everyone look at the entrance hall when the MC started to call the Park family.

"Let me welcome our Chairman Park Sung Jae with his whole family." The MC calls and just as that, the Family Park comes in, the owner and Chairman with his only daughter and two grandsons who look so dashing and handsome with their outfit.

Zee who was watching the family Park came inside was now dumbfounded to see Song Rin along with the Chairman Park Sung Jae and his daughter and with what Zee had already known and encountered, Song Rin's brother James.

How can faith play with him. That's what Zee was thinking as he couldn't believe to find out that Rin was a cheabol. A title called in Korean as the rich heir. Now he got the answer on why Rin lives in a mansion.

Zee was staring admiringly at Song Rin. As he was looking so pretty and handsome in one.

While Tutor gasp as he saw once again the guy that looks exactly like Nunew.

But then he frowned when he realized that Zee wasn't even saying something as he saw him, instead Tutor can see in his brother's eyes the admiration.

What is happening? he should ask his brother.

The chairman Park had started the event by introducing his family to everyone.

"I've heard Chairman Park's grandson's are good looking men. Now I see it, it really exceeded my expectations." A young business men talking to each other while looking at the make up stage as they are standing close to Zee's.

"The one in white is pretty, man."the other one said talking to Song Rin.

"He looks sexy even without showing any skin. How the heck did I missed this kind of sight." The other one said.

"If Chairman Park could hear you he wouldn't let you all off. You're fantasizing his grandson for goodness sake. You become queer morons." the other one commented.

"Oh don't play a fool here Mr. Jackson. The way you look at him when he comes in, it's like you're stripping him naked. Huh, you can't fool us." The Mr. Jack look embarrassed as his ears turn red.

"Who would not be captivated with that beauty. He's walking seduction men." The other one says

Zee who was hearing all of the man's conversation was trying to hold back himself not to say anything to them. He really wants to punch those bastards faces. They all are perverted guys. They're one's of those who wanted to make a business deal with him.

When the chairman finished his speech they all walked to their designated seat that was in the center. Song Rin wasn't even looking at anyone on the event and only sited watching as the event started. He could even feel those stares that were piercing his skin. Those people he knows are either admiring him or scrutinizing him.

That is why he never really came to any event his mother would hold. If not for his grandfather who really pleaded for him to go as it's the 50th anniversary of his company's hard work he wouldn't be here.

The event continue and Rin doesn't really pay attention at anything. He was really bored and couldn't really stand anything that's happening in front of him. He would rather stay home and get his secret sketch book his hiding on the lower part of his bedside drawer, and draw anything he would imagine. He could have finished 5 drawings now.

He was startled when his family stood up as his father offer a hand to him. He frown in confusion.

"Let's welcome all my guest Sonja." His grandfather says as his mother gesturing him to stand. He take his grandfather's hand and stands as they all walk towards the guests.

Everyone was congratulating his grandfather for the long year his company has stand on business. While his grandfather didn't forget to introduce them all, his family.

"Thank you so much for coming." He says to one of the guest.

"No thank you for inviting us Chairman Park."the middle age man said.

"You are welcome." His grandfather said.

"I thought it was only a rumors that you have a handsome grandson."he said looking at Song Rin and James.

"Of course they have a handsome grandfather." He said.

"They really take after you chairman. They are not just handsome they even look pretty just like their mother." The woman who's with the middle age man said.

"Thank you Mrs. Kim." Their mother answers while their grandfather laugh.

"Are you bored dongseang." Song Rin was interrupted by his thoughts when his brother whispered to him.

"A bit, but I'm fine hyungnim." Song Rin reply and smile.

"Just tell me if you don't like to be here anymore. I'll take you home immediately." James whisper again.

"I'm still okay here." He said.

They were on their own conversation looking at each other when they didn't notice other guest were now congratulating their grandfather. They both look at the foreign men that's standing in front of them looking at Song Rin.

"Chairman Park we're happy that you've invited us in this very important events of your company." One of the guys said.

"Glad you could come." Their grandfather says, shaking their hands while everyone of them greeted individually.

When they finish their greetings they look at Song Rin and James as smile tugging on their faces.

"Your grandson's are very beautiful Chairman." One with blond hair says. As the guys look at them intently.

"Of course Mr. Smith. They are my son they take that beauty after me." Seo Hyung interrupted.

"But sadly they are not available to ANYONE." she said emphasizing anyone in intimidating voice.

Others of them look down and others look away in embarrassment.

James grin as Seo Hyung laugh fakely.

"Men these days Mr. Smith doesn't know how to limit themselves. They would be ready to jump at any beautiful things they see. If looks could raped a person. Those people would be dead or in prison now." Seo hyung continues.

Mr. Smith smiled awkwardly and nodded.

"Enough of that Seo Hyung. These men are not doing anything." Chairman Park says.

"Ohh dad these men's eyes are doing the job." Seo hyung continue.

"Mom. Please, don't embarrass them even more." Song Rin stopping his mother.

Seo Hyung sigh and stop talking listening to her son.

"Chairman Park. Good evening." They were all interrupted when someone called the chairman, and they look at the man.

Song Rin was shock to see Zee standing along side with the man who called his grandfather.

"Mr. Jiro Wang how are you." Chairman Park walks immediately to Mr. Wang and hug him.

"I'm fine Chairman. Happy 50th Anniversary, Congratulations." as Mr. Wang said.

"Thank you Mr. Wang." He said. He instantly look at Zee.

"Here is the handsome son's. Tutor is it, if I still remember correctly?." As chairman shake Tutor's hand.

"Yes chairman. Congratulations." Tutor said and he smile brightly.

"Thank you." He said before he looked at Zee and smiled.

"And of course the oldest but the youngest businessman to conquer the western continent.

Mr. Zee Pruk Wang. How are you." As he look at Zee in admiration and extended his hand for handshake.

Zee smiles at the chairman and takes his hand.

"Hello Chairman Park. It's nice seeing you again." Zee says. Then he congratulates the chairman Park as the old man said thank you.

Then the chairman started to introduce his family.

"My one and only daughter. Park Seo Hyung." As Seo hyung smile and greeted everyone while he looks at Zee intently.

"My oldest grandson Park James." Then he introduced James as he smile and greeted the family Panich to.

"And this is my youngest grandson. Park Song Rin." As he introduced Song Rin who was still dumbfounded and couldn't even talk.  He doesn't say anything as anyone look at him in wonder.

Song Rin couldn't believe that he could see Zee again after yesterday's goodbye. Faith is really playing a big part in their lives now.
