“Do you guys want to come at me at once, or?” Zhao Chuchu scanned the thugs.

The group of men noticed how pretty the lady was, and their expressions changed.

“Oh? Do you want to have a taste of us? Why don’t you come and have a drink with us after I sell the tiger? I’ll promise you the best time of your life.” The leader extended his finger, trying to raise the lady’s head by her chin.

However, what he heard after that was a loud crack.

Zhao Chuchu grabbed the man’s hand and twisted it.

“Argh!” The man’s scream pierced through the street.

“Did you really hunt the tiger?” Zhao Chuchu chuckled. “With this kind of strength?”

“Argh! M-my wrist! You broke it!”

“Did you hunt the tiger or not?” The lady increased her grip strength.

“F-forgive me! I didn’t hunt it! Please let me go!” It was so painful that the man was getting drenched in his own sweat.

The moment she let go of the man, she threw a kick toward his stomach and sent him flying. He fall hard onto the floor and couldn’t get up.

“If you knew what happened to the last person who tried to rob me, you would never even dare to try and do this.” Zhao Chuchu scoffed and looked at the three people who came with her. “Is everyone okay?”

“Yeah,” Xie Heng calmly replied.

Tears filled Xue Jun’s eyes as he said, “We didn’t steal anything.”

Zhao Chuchu patted the boy’s head and said, “Don’t worry. No one’s going to accuse us of stealing.”

She then turned to glare at the thugs coldly.

The rest of them felt a chill down their spins, and they quickly backed up. “Miss, y-you’re right. That tiger is yours. We didn’t leave the town for the past few days, so there’s no way we were the ones who hunted it.”

“Then, are you still trying to steal it from me?”

“No!”

They shook their heads as if their lives depended on it.

“Don’t ever do this again!”

“W-we understand! We won’t do it again!”

“Take your boss and get the hell out of my sight. Unless… another one of you wants to taste my fist.”

“We’re going!”

The group of thugs quickly carried their leader and ran as if they were terrified that Zhao Chuchu would suddenly change her mind and break their arms and legs.

Those who were watching from the sidelines were all in shock.

Those group of thugs was famous in Yuanjiang County for ignoring the law and collecting protection fees from the people. People were afraid to go against them as they always sought revenge on those who did.

Not one person had expected such an infamous group to get beaten up by a lady.

Niu An heard that and quickly dragged the cart to follow the waiter to the back of the restaurant and put the tiger down there.

“How much are you going to pay for it?” Zhao Chuchu asked right away.

The owner had planned to buy at a lower price because the lady was a villager.

However, after seeing her send a grown and strong man flying with a single kick, the idea of scamming her left his mind immediately.

He then showed eight fingers.

“80 silvers?” Zhao Chuchu thought. “It’s higher than what Grandpa Lin has said. It looks like he isn’t trying to scam me.”

“Alright.” The lady nodded. “Deal!”

Seeing how much the owner was willing to pay for the animal, she didn’t even hesitate and didn’t even try to bargain for a higher price.

“Great!” The owner exclaimed. “Please wait here while I go prepare the silvers.”

“Do you still need to prepare for a mere 80 silvers? This restaurant seems big enough to be able to take that much money out without any preparation.”
