Bessie was heartbroken and could not believe it. Clifton, for the sake of the Munoz Group, was going to send Nora to an old man’s bed.

“It's your father. He wants to send you to Kurt, the CEO of the Russell Group, at your birthday party to exchange funds to save the Munoz Group! Listen to me and come with me!” Bessie sobbed.

Nora was enraged by the news.

Clifton was heartless to treat his daughter like this.
