For the rest of practice that day I'm on the bench watching the rest of my team.

I try to get some practice in while sitting down but my thoughts keep wandering to that girl.

The one that stood behind our new PT assistant. There is something about her that is so familiar, but I can't put my finger on it.

After practice that day Im laying in my bed on TikTok when Nika comes in.

"Hey twin." She says sitting on my bed avoiding my leg.

"Hey. Have you uh,  ever seen that girl before today? the one behind our new PT assistant?"

I see her face move into a questioning look  as she thinks for a moment before responding to me.

"No. Why?"

"I don't know, she just seems so familiar. Like I've met her before, but I would remember seeing her around, right?"

"Sure, I guess. Well it's getting late and I need to get back to my dorm." She says getting off my bed.

"Okay. Night Nika."

"Night P."

Sorry this is such a short chapter.

I started writing and then I realized I forgot to add the fact Paige tore her ACL and wasn't playing that year 💀

I also genuinely don't know how to write as her but I hope that was good.

Next chapter will be longer. Promise.
