In no minutes, Nevile was infront of Elsa. “Elsy what are you doing here?" Elsa stammered, “I .. I" Hota voice grew harsh, but he spoke in a lower tone, “Elsa are you following me?" Elsa quickly spoke, “No, actually I ..." Neville didn't let her speak and began scolding her. Anne and Allen quickly noticed this and came out of the VIP room no.108. As Nevile saw the two approaching them he stopped scolding her. As they got close to Elsa they began scolding her. “Elsy! What are you doing here? We have brought the renowned Dr.E, the medical prodigy, to treat Elena. Why are you making a scene? Get lost of our sight, I hope the surgery goes well now, the great bad luck has seen my little delicate princess " Anne narrated. Allen's expression turned dark, “Elsy, you really don't know where to come, please go now." Elena didn't say a word she just witnessed the scene from the bed. Her expression dark and cold. At the same moment Nevile came closer to Elsa, grabbed her arm and yanked her away. “Elsa! Do you seem so desperate to get me! Or are you left desolate in life. Why are you following me? Don't worry about us we are happy we don't need you, stop wasting your time upon me." Nevile yelled. The hospital area was filled with noises of commotion of the three yelling at Elsa to leave. No one welcomed her presence. Everyone was eager to drive her away. Elsa found it as a joke, her cold gaze swept across Anne, Allen and Elena before she, jerked her arm free from, Nevile's grasp. She flashed a faint smile and walked away after saying, “Okay this unimportant female will leave, just precisely away from all of you." They were the ones who drove her away, with that Elsa walked off. But as she turned her back towards Nevile and family, she looked at Nevile. “Nevile do you know, why I came here today?" Nevile looked at her pale face, giving her a dark look. She looked pretty, but he had to somehow get his attention off her. He liked uninterested. In knowing the reason behind her surprising arrival. “Elsa I suggest you to leave for your own good, and for the betterment of our mental peace." Elsa stepped forward and smiled coyly, she had a sharp smirk on her face. ”Icame here uh... I won't tell, it's okay, no need you seem uninterested to know it's ok!" Still ironically she pulled out an old worn out yellow tinted card from her purse. The name on the card was of a doctor who a professional in  fertility treatments. His contact number was also written on the card. Nevile was angry. He looked at her in disbelief. “How more worse can you be you ...!" Elsa got close to Nevile and slipped the card in his pocket. “Elena needs a doctor, ex baby you need one too. Please do visit this one, I bet he will solve your issue." Elsa mocked him. With that she walked away. Nevile was so angry that his hands bend into fists. Elsa always knew on how to piss him off. Elena spoke up with her soft voice, reaching out through the thin air, “Nevile let her go, please don't waste your precious time on her she is not worth it." Anne nodded in agreement, “Exactly! Where is Dr.E? Why is the Dr. Late?" Everyone there enquired, Elena's heart beating fast. This Dr. Was Elena's only hope. Nevile pulled out this I phone and looked at the time by switching it on, it's passed the time, and why hasn't she shown up yet?" Just then a medical staff entered that area, “Mr. Lobo, Dr. E has denied to do this surgery, we kindly apologize, to you for wasting your time." “What!" Neville's gaze was dark and sharp, “How can this happen? I had scheduled this appointment and I was promised that I will get the services!" Anne and Allen's face turned pale. “Are you sure, nurse? But the Dr hasn't even seen Elena yet?" -Allen enquired. The nurse apologized again, and went towards the opposite direction. Elena's beautiful face had turned dark, she didn't know why the renowned Dr. E wouldn't treat her. The excitement they had moments ago had faded, leaving everyone stunned about the doctor and her denial. Elena broke down, “Why why wouldn't, Dr. E treat me? Why? What have I done to deserve a denial from her?" Tears trickled down her eyes. Nevile, Anne and Allen ran to comfort her. “Elly, baby don't be upset we will find a way to get Dr. E back dont worry. Nevile will find a way." Nevile's handsome face had turned red, he was exhibiting clear signs of anger. It looked as though he was ready to sue the hospital. He started at empty corridor. His eyes stabbing like a dagger at every corner and inch of the hospital. Elsa left the hospital, the last step created a void in her heart a pain for not getting to fulfill her doctoral duties. Just then someone from behind, a familiar voice called out her name, “Elsy! Wait Elsy, this is for you." “W... ... What? But why?" Elsa was awestruck! “It it is, a six figure cheque 500000 rupees, please take it, leave Mr. Lobo for your sister, let her have him. Let her live happily with him, please I beg you, divorce Mr. Lobo." Elsa's gave darkened, Anne never ever treated Elsa and Elena equally. She always loved her younger daughter more. She was so obsessed with Allen after John's death that she loved Allen's offspring more than John's, even though both belonged to her. Elsa always felt offended, but she didn't let these issues overcome her self esteem. Elsa looked at Anne and smirked, “ Is the position, of Mrs. Lobo worth this petty money, keep it Madame Anne, I don't need your begging or favors to let Mr. Lobo have Elena. So don't worry, your wishes will be fulfilled." Anne felt a bit weird and offended, when Elsa called her Madame, but that doesn't sting her as much as Dr.E's denial to treat her daughter Elena. “Elsa I am your mother and I am doing this to protect you my baby, I am doing right, by the way why did you call me Madame! Am I that strange to you?" “huh... You ask that to me? Ask that to yourself! See your deeds throughout in the mirror and then explain, Madam Anne! From now on I am no more your daughter. We are done! You belong to Elly go to her. She needs you more may be." Saying this tears welled down Elsa's eyes. For the first time Anne felt her place, Anne felt that she had wronged her elder daughter, and favored her younger one more. Elsa left Anne holding the cheque and left after calling the cab.
