“I love the riches she possesses. ” Neevan smirked. And walked towards Venessa's room. There was no one inside, Elsa and Nancy were fast asleep on the chair in sitting pisition. Neville had gone to buy some hot black coffee for himself to the hospital canteen. Neevan walked towards the operation theater. He walked taking small minute steps without making any sound, as though he was walking on eggshells. He finally opened the door, and walked in. “Ahh! Nice! The slut is sleeping so peacefully. ” Neevan smirked, but didn't know that what he just said was a matter of irony. He approached the bed on which Venessa was in immovable condition. He looked at Venessa without any remorse or emotion in his eyes. “Even if I was a womanizer, you were my trophy! How dare you do that to me? I would keep you, but kill Reza anyways... You lost the chance. ” Neevan said to Venessa, and smirked again. He put his hand forward to remove the oxygen mask, and then the life support connection. But before he did that, an unknown voice stopped him from even touching the oxygen mask. The voice was heavy, and manly. A voice which was charming to almost every woman who heard it. “Hey you? What do you think you are doing? ” Neevan heard and turned towards the man behind him. “Roastin’ a chicken ! Who are you Mister? Ohhh! Well well I get it who you are, but let me hear it from your mouth. By the way... How did you know she is here? ” “Edward! Told me that, I had gone to your house, because she wasn't answerin my calls repeatedly. She never did that though... Even if you were around... ” the man talking to Neevan smirked. “Even when I was around? But I never knew that! ” “Remember that new job thing? And that work from home boss and whatever stories she made up were for me. You didn't give her what she needed in the marriage circle, so boom! She stepped out of it! Got it? But anyways she is a hot chick! And I love her for real. ” the man said in a firm tone. “Now she is mine, you know right? Female psychology? How would you? You only know to strip... “ Neevan didn't let him complete the sentence, and spoke. “Who do you think you are? Ahhh! My ego... Ego matters... I'll kill you and her right now and both of you can have your honeymoon in hell. ” Neevan smirked. “Hell? You dare don't touch her, you lost a diamond in search of coal! ” The man said. “Oh! So you think she is... A diamond? I know she was one for me before you met her. ” Neevan said this and stopped smiling. A pang of ache filled his heart. “Before I met her? Or before you cheated on her? Remember? You cheated first.” “Oh! So she told you each and everything? I was a keeper even if I cheated with Rez... ” “Uh   .... Haaa.... Continue please! Rez? ” “Okay so as you know a part of her name let me tell you, the full name, it's Reza! ” “Mmm  ... That's great you can have Reza, and give Venessa to me... How is the deal? By the way I am Matthew, she calls me Matty with love, you can call me Matt. ” Matthew pushed Neevan aside, and went to have a look at Venessa. As he walked towards her, his heart filled with pain, he looked at her with slight tears in his eyes. “My wish... Hush! When will you be okay? ” he spoke to her with  soft voice, her index finger moved a little. The life support began to show a steady but, faster rate of heart beat on the screen. “She is responding! She is responding!!!!!!!  @@@@@@ Call the doctor! Fast! Can you hear me ... ? Neevan? ” Neevan didn't even make a move to call the doctor. He stood there itself expressionless. “Oh !!! So she told you my name too? Haaa ... Nice I like it.... That bitch responded because you have come here, her heart beats fast see? Isn't it?” Neevan looked at Matthew sternly, walking towards the door and then punching the door open. There was a mark of blood clot forming on the area of the fingers he punched the door with. The door opened wide. Neevan exited the room while Matthew stayed with her. Matthew sat beside Venessa and held her delicate hand in his. Matthew looked at Venessa delicately, noticing every detail of her, beautiful and slender body. As he was busy thinking, what did it take to cheat such a splendid woman? He looked at her eyes still shut but making an attempt to  move slightly. It was 5 o clock in morning by then, Neevan hadn't returned still. Matthew had known that he didn't go to call the doctor. “Who are you? Do we even know you? ” A gorgeous female voice questioned Matthew. Matthew looked up towards the voice and saw Elsa standing right beside him. “Actually ... I am  ... Venessa's best friend. Um  ... Her boss too... I mean she had submitted her love... Sorry work application in my company. ” Matthew stumbled with his words. “and how did you know Venessa's here? ” Elsa enquired. “um  ... Edward! Edward your driver told me. ” “Ohhh thanks for coming and visiting, but, we are here to take care, I told Neville to go home so that he can rest, he has a meeting scheduled tomorrow, you may go home too. She will be okay. ” “Sure, but, I  ... I would like to stay. You can go home, but please call the doctor first, she is responding. ” “ Okay after I call the doctor you are going home not me, by the way what is your name? ” “I am Matthew, you can call me Matt. And your name young lady? ” “I am Elsa. ” “Elsa? Elsa??? I have heard it somewhere. Anyway please call the doctor. ” “Sure,” Elsa said this and went to call the doctor.... Elsa abruptly reached the doctor's cabin and said, “Doctor Kanver doctor Kanver, Venessa is responding! ” The doctor got off his seat and went to see Venessa. As the doctor arrived in, he told both Matthew and Elsa to leave the room. Matthew and Elsa walked out. The nurse entered behind the doctor. Matthew and Elsa were out Nancy was still asleep, after some time, Matthew whispered to Elsa, “Be aware of Neevan! ” and left the room.
