His face remained dark as he said, “Get me the cheque book, I will write an eight figure cheque and send it to Elsa. That's my divorce settlement for Elsa." She said that she wanted a peaceful break bhut he didn't belive it. He thought that she was doing this for more money. After all a woman who dropped out of school at the age of 16 couldn't possibly make money for living. This eight figure cheque would settle all the 3 years of nursing and help she offered him, atleast he thought it that way. After this neither of them would owe anything to each other. Lydia nodded, she got him the cheque book fast and kept it on the table. He picked up the pen he most disliked and wrote the details on the cheque along with his sign. At that moment Lydia's phone rang, “Mr. Lobo I have a good news for you, Dr. E has agreed to take over Ms.Rosewood.” Dr. E is renowned for her exceptional medical skills. She is a legend in the medical world. She has no competitor among the specialists out there in Goa as well as in India. The most wealthiest people in the town waited in line for her services." She continued, “but do you know Mr. Lobo? Three years ago Dr.E had suddenly disappeared somewhere leaving no trace about her where abouts. Now three years later Dr.E had returned." Elena had suffered from heart condition since childhood. Shree had been given various treatments but her illness never went away. Thanks to Neville's reach and influence Elena's condition was finally going to be treated. Nevile was relaxed and looked happy, he smiled, after so many years the love of his life was going to be okay. The next day Elsa arrived at Everyone hospital ltd. She was overjoyed to be at the hospital after three long years. Shree had missed this place, the place where she was valued and respected for who she was, and what she was. Only a jeweller would understand the value of a precious unpolished stone. Suddenly a  team of body guards in light blue suits appeared behind Neville and Elena as they entered the hospital. This was because they were busy shoving away people who came in groups to see them both. Many were also gossiping about them. It was rightly visible on the hospital T.V. “Todays News! Elena Rosewood fell on the ramp while doing the ramp walk! The video of her falling repeatedly played on the big screen. Nevile ran towards the receptionist and told her to put off the news. Two young women nearby were gossiping, “What's going on Blacy?" “You don't know? Look at the T.V. before it goes off, That is Elena Rosewood! The famous model who fell during the ramp walk. Now she is here with Mr. Lobo he brought her here for treatment. You know, men in love can do anything! Lucy. I wished we had ..." “Mmm ... So it's Mr. Lobo who has caused this commotion." Elsa couldn't believe her ill fated luck, after everything she bumped into Nevile and Elena at the hospital. “See there it's Mr. Lobo requesting the receptionist to change the channel." Lucy said. Blacy kept looking at the two. Elsa looked up only to see Nevile walking closer wearing a decent silver suit, and Elena cuddled to him. A few doctors and nurses, gartered around them, leading them towards the interiors of the hospital as of they were the centres of attraction. “Mr.Lobo, please, this way." Nevile held Elena close to him unaffected by the attention. The young women around them were practically getting envious. “uh ... How I wish I was in his arms instead of her. We would be a perfect couple." “Shut up you emotional fool, I wanted him a perfect CEO my crush." Another girl said. Elsa and Nevile were secretly married unknown to many, and only known to few acquaintances. Rest everyone saw Elena and Nevile together. Elsa watched as Nevile disappeared from her sight. He hadn't noticed her because he held his sole focus on Elena. She was just a nurse of this romantic fairytale. May be a fairy godmother. She took a deep breath and refocused, on finding the room number, she was assigned to. “ VIP Room no. 108 where she saw Nevile, Elena, Allen and Anne standing outside the same room door. The nurse guided Elena into the room, where the air conditioner was on and interiors absolutely looked like a 5 star hotel room. Elena sat on the bed, as Elsa saw them from hiding behind the pillar. Neville, Allen and Anne also entered the room. Neville stood near the door while Allen and Anne pampered Elena. Like they did when she was a child. Allen beamed with happiness, “Elly baby, this is great to see that Nevile has arranged a surgery with Dr. C for you." “Yes baby now you will be absolutely fine. Now you will be able to marry Nevile and be his bride, mmm I am so very excited for the time to come." Anne added. Elena smiled sweetly at Nevile. Nevile smiled and walked towards her and hugged her tightly, he whispered, “you will be fine Mrs. Rosewood, soon to be Mrs. Lobo! Right?" A warm smile lit everyone's faces. It looked like a perfect family. Elsa walked a bit passed her hiding pillar. She froze for a moment, her hands turning cold. The pain of not having a family fir herself seizing her. The love of her life with someone else, a dead father and a careless mother, hurt her like a knife. She stood there with tears in her eyes. She really didn't expect that the surgery Cyril scheduled for her was for Elena. She wasn't ready to hide herself, she hadn't even worn a mask! As Nevile turned his gaze his cold sharp eyes locked Elsa's. He looked at her his forehead furrowing. Face with dark expression, Elsa didn't have time to react before their eyes met. Nevile got up from the stool and walked towards her.
