“I just think it’ll be a hassle to return the coat. Besides, it’s hot right now, so my shirt will dry in no time,” replied Serenity. “That means you’re okay with people looking at you like this?” his eyes skimmed over her as he said that.

Her body stiffened, “A gentleman wouldn’t look,” she said. In her mind, she kept telling herself that it’s no different from wearing a swimsuit! A swimsuit!

“I’ve never thought of myself as a gentleman!” Lucas forcibly draped the coat over her. “The way you look right now, you’re increasing your chances of getting harassed.”
