Part 28: Cooking

Liam entered the space and went into the kitchen . He pondered for some time thinking about what he should make for them . He then thought about making chicken . He then decided that he would make chicken broth(soup ) and chicken kebabs . So as more chicken may go into Clinton's stomach . Chicken is a good option as he knows that none of Clinton , Isaac and dad , is a vegetarian.

So he then started searching for ingredients to make the food . After searching  and rummaging through few shelves and refrigerator . He found   all the ingredients and vessels  . He then wore the apron , he found in one of the drawers .

Then he first started to make the chicken broth in which, he added  some pumpkin and carrots which were cut into very small pieces , he also used some ginger along  with chicken. During the time when the chicken soup was getting cooked . He started making the chicken kebabs. He saw how, just as he took the chicken packets from the fridge , the new chicken packets appeared.

He then grinded the chicken and then mixed an egg in it and added some salt and some other things . Then the chicken for kebabs was ready he fried them in very less oil on pan as he didn't want to take too much time and make Isaac or dad(Lucas) suspicious or tensed about him .

Then he took one of the many kebab and ate it to see if it was cooked or not and he found it was very tasty and as you know it was cooked nicely . So  he made lot of kebabs as he knew that the whole family's appetite including his was big.He had made the chicken broth in large quantity as well . After seeing that both the chicken kebabs and chicken broth was ready . He then thought about going back to the cave and he found himself in the cave kitchen .

He then thought about the chicken soup  and chicken kebabs from the space to appear in the stone vessel of the cave.

He then saw the chicken broth and chicken kebabs on the stone vessels . He was happy but then he became blank .

System 009: What happened host????

Liam( to system in his mind): I made the chicken broth and chicken kebabs and even kept them in the vessels . But how am I going to carry them till the inside cave ( the place where Clinton is resting and Isaac and Lucas are also there)

System 009: Hos-

Liam (to system in his mind): Oh yah !!  I can just call Isaac to help me move it there . Why I am so dumb???

System 009( muttering to herself): Because you are dumb😑

Liam (to system in his mind): what did you say???🤨

System 009: Nothing host 😅

Liam: Whatever 🙄. Let me go and call Isaac to help me .

After saying this liam went to the inside of the cave .

He saw that Isaac  and dad(Lucas) were telling Clinton about the commotion .

Clinton: How can so many orcs have the same problem , there is definitely something suspicious?!!!!!!!!!

Just then liam came and said ....

Liam: Isaac , food is ready! can you help me bring it here ?? I can't lift the vessel .

Isaac: Oh yes ! I will help you .

Isaac was already very stunned when he saw that lia wanted to cook food for them as the females usually don't cook and it's the male orcs who cook the food.

But he  was very happy that his female was cooking for him and his family , which no female does .His eyes were shining like stars seeing that his female cared so much about him and his family .

Isaac stood up to go with liam to help him get the food here , when Lucas also stood up saying

Lucas: I will also help you guys in bringing the food here .

Liam (to Lucas): No dad!! You stay with Clinton . What If he needs something . I and Isaac will go and bring the food .

Lucas nodded hesitantly and then looked at Clinton helplessly as hinting him to say something.

Clinton looked at his dad helplessly as if saying what can I even do ?

Isaac and liam then went to the kitchen and brought the food back , while bringing the food back , system was speaking with liam in his mind.

System 009: Host !! Your behaviour was odd

Liam (to system in his mind): What do you mean by odd?🤨

System 009: The way you denied Lucas ,it was like you didn't want him to help you .

Liam(to system): Yes , well it is because I don't want him to know that I didn't use the meat he had in kitchen.

System 009: But host! Won't he know after sometime ???

Liam(in mind): Yes I will just say that time  ,  that I used little meat and I cooked it differently.

System 009: Okay host 👍

Liam and Isaac brought all the food in the inside of the cave .

Clinton saw the food and was awe stucked as the smell of the food was very good and he wanted to eat it quickly ,same goes with Lucas and Isaac who became very hungry as well because of the smell.

Liam : Finally we brought all the food here !!!

Liam then immediately gave everyone  the big vessels of chicken soup and kept the kebabs in the middle , so as to make them eat it after finishing the chicken soup .

Liam: Let's start eating the food.

Just as liam said this , Isaac, Clinton and Lucas took a sip of the chicken broth and their eyes widened because of the amazing taste . They immediately gulped down everything and took the other vessels as well which were filled with chicken soup . After finishing all the soup, Clinton  said...

Clinton (to liam): This was the best food I ever had . How did you make this???? The meat tastes a bit different but is very tasty.

Isaac : Yes lia !! You make such good food . I like this food so much .

Lucas : Lia! You are really a very rare female . You can even cook which no female does . You cook so better than any orc .Can you tell me how did you make it???

Liam who was happy hearing the compliments suddenly became tensed as he knows that there are no chickens in this world and also carrots or pumpkins which atleast he never seen in this world.

System 009: Host ! You throwed an axe on your own feet

Liam ( to system in his mind): Stop saying dialogues right now ! And tell me what should I say ???

System 009: Just say that it is a secret and if he wants to eat it then you can make it for him and tell him that only you can make this food, so that he won't ask more questions.

Liam ( in his mind): Okay system

Liam(to Lucas): Dad ! Actually this food is a secret recipe which only I can make  and it won't taste the same if others make it . If you want to eat it then I can make it for you anytime

Lucas hearing this nodded saying...

Lucas: Okay then , but yeah don't worry I won't ask you to make it everyday .

Liam : So thoughtful of you dad!!

Liam then said .....

Liam: Guys!!! eat these also .

Liam said pointing at chicken kebabs .

Isaac , Clinton and Lucas along with liam took a kebab each and ate a small bite

After tasting it Clinton , Isaac and Lucas again started eating like hungry people who didn't got to eat anything for 10 days straight. Liam had already kept five kebabs for himself aside as he knew what their reaction will be, judging from their reaction during chicken broth. There were total of 60 kebabs made by liam out of which 6( one which  he ate in the space )he had took. The 54 kebabs were being eaten by Isaac , Clinton and Lucas . When suddenly all of their hands fell on the last remaining kebab.

Clinton was holding the kebab, while Isaac was holding Clinton's hand, while Lucas was holding Isaac's hand.

Clinton: I touched it first , so this is mine!

Isaac: Who said that the first one to touch ,gets to eat .

Lucas: Shut up you too! I am the elder i should eat it .

Clinton, Isaac and Lucas were bickering among themselves when suddenly liam irritated because of bickering shouted....

Liam: SHUT UP ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing lia shouting all three of them became quiet .

Liam : Give it to me ! I will decide who should eat it .

Clinton handed the kebab to liam .

System 009 (to audience): I know! Host is going to give it to Clinton as he needs to recover.

While system was saying this under the eyes of Isaac , Clinton and Lucas . Liam opened his mouth and ate the whole kebab.

Liam: ............

Lucas: ..............

Clinton:  ............

Isaac: ...............

System 009: .............

Audience: ...............
