"What's going on in here? Have you people forgotten this is a school!" Rwiza Mehta, the class teacher of the tenth graders walked in infuriated. The whole class stood up to acknowledge her presence, leaving whatever they were doing their eyes turned upon the couple at the corner who suddenly stood numbed by the wall. Ruhan Malhotra and Anshika Srivastav stood facing their class teacher. They knew she discovered them their lips dug into each other's so as the whole class. They stood unmoved until asked to. "Meet me in the staff room immediately!" she said as she left the class. A chattering broke around the whole class while Anshika adjusted her tie and shed tears, roughly tying her hair. Ruhan extended his hand with an assuring face, however, she refused to hold it anger pertaining her face. With tearfilled eyes Anshika got up to look at the excited faces across the room. She felt ashamed of what she did and then looked at Ruhan who looked the other way. Amidst all this, both of Ruhan and Anshika's best friends, Aditya and Siya stood up, concerned. Ruhan at once looked at them both, however Anshika refused to, and walked out of the class, them behind her. She stopped after a while."Siya, Aditya, you don't need to come. We'll manage." Anshika said as she saw them coming."But Anshu?""I don't want to hear anything now. Please let us meet the teacher.""Yes, please, Siya, Aditya..... you don't need to come." Ruhan stood in front of Anshika. Taking hold of her hand he started walking towards the staffroom. Reaching the end of the corridor, bending towards the staircase, Ruhan cupped her face gently, rubbing her tears. "I'm sorry, Anshu..... this is my fault."Getting composed Anshika said that it was mutually done.Wiping her face, they walked inside the staffroom where an array of teachers were sitting across the table, eyes widened and amongst them were Miss Rwiza Mehta.
