"Dante" she runs to catch up with him "Dante" she calls him but he

quickens his steps.

"Dante" still he doesn't hear her and instead of going to his car, he runs

towards the woods. She knew that he was turning to his wolf before his

name falls from her lips he was shifting and gone in the woods. Despite

that she still runs after him, chasing him by following his scent. Hani her

wolf wanted Daniella to shift but she was stubborn as she was focused

on finding him.

She tried to mind link him but he has completely cut her off. It was

getting dark her legs were sore from their previous activity and running.

She came to rest down a shade "Dante" she has lost him, don't know

where he went.

Daniella was growing in frustration Dante can be one hell of a stubborn

mate. She growls kicking the leaves on the ground, picking them up,

and threw them one by one. She was unsure if she was still in his

territory or has gone off to another.

She hugs her knees to her chest rocking back and forth. In a second she

heard growling they were near to her.

"Rogue"

A wolf growl at her then came to the others who haven't shifted yet.

She instantly stood up backing up against a tree realizing she's now on

another Alphas territory. They wouldn't know that she's Dante's mate.

She may be marked but she hasn't been announced as the luna.

"I'm not a rogue” she retorts back at a grey wolf. "Don't you dare use

that tone on me" the wolf along with the others growl back at her.

She took her fighting stance as the gray wolf in front of her took

another step

"Seize her" he ordered.

The others ready their positions to capture her, more than ready to

jump at her all at once. They made their ways to her but they were

taken aback when large another wolf jump right in front of her,

shielding her from them.

She breathes in his scent knowing very well that it was no other than

her mate “Dante.’

"Make a move to my mate and you will all pay the price” he growls at

them. Pounding his paws on the ground and ready to attack. The others

began to circle around then Dante's wolf growl loudly, making them

cower a little bit back.

"Shift" his wolf growl at the wolves, as if they know him now "Alpha

Dante,” the wolf now shifts back on to his human form. He changed

handing Dante another pair of shorts.

"No one makes a move on mine, she is mine" he went and shifted

behind a tree before coming back with only a short and he was

shirtless. The gray wolf was none other than the beta of the Crescent

pack. He quickly dismissed his warriors

"Beta Lozane" he nods to him "sorry for the trouble but I think my mate

was a little lost." Lozane looks between the two of them, his eyes linger

more on Daniella "look at my mate that way and I won't hesitate to

strangle you Beta."

"I didn't know she's your mate and... We're deeply sorry," his eyes never

leaving her even though Dante threatens him a while ago.

"Actually I think she's way better than the bitch who left her Alpha for a

succumb”

Dante didn't hesitate to jump to attack the beta but Daniella was quick

to hold him back "please don't" letting him calm in her arm. Once he

was she walk up to the beta and slapped him hard making him cringe.

"First I'm not a bitch, I'm our packs luna, the second I never left my

mate and last it was I who left the succumb” it was true, she never left

him for another, she was hurt and she needed space.

"I'm sorry" the beta bows his head in shame and with respect. Dante

grabbed her shoulder holding her back.

"I'll discuss this with Alpha Allen, tell him I'll visit soon and now you can

excuse us. We are leaving.”

Beta Lozane then left them alone, she felt his arms embrace her but she

shook him off "don’t Dante.”
