It comes under Phyletic Laws which follow its own rules, one of them being that it only concerns the soul, not the body nor the essence. For example, you can start comprehending Level One Obscure Intent when your soul enters the Elder Soul Stage, the Fifth Stage of Soul Forging Cultivation. As for Level Two Obscure Intent, you will only be able to comprehend it upon nearing King Soul Stage, the Eighth Stage of Soul Forging Cultivation, and so on.”
