Chapter 497 - Envious

Lu Yan regained his composure and called Tong Guang immediately.

Seeing Lu Yan’s bad mood, Tong Guang did not dare to say anything.

Fu Hang picked up Shen Yan when she got off work. She handed Fu Hang the invitation card with a smile and explained, “Miss Su wanted me to send this to you.”

Fu Hang opened and examined it.

Shen Yan cocked her head to the side and asked Fu Hang in bewilderment, “Do you like Miss Su?”

Fu Hang listened to Shen Yan’s comments and then turned to embrace him, saying enviously, “Su Qi has been back for over two months, and her marriage to Lu Yan has already been planned. But despite the fact that I’ve been with you for so many years, we’ve only recently set a date for the engagement party.”

Shen Yan could not help but laugh upon hearing Fu Hang’s pleading tone. “You can’t blame me for this!”

Shen Yan saw Fu Hang bring breakfast out of the kitchen after she washed up and came out.

Fu Hang went in front of Shen Yan and stooped down to give her a passionate kiss. He eventually let go of her.

Shen Yan’s lips stung after the kiss. She stared at Fu Hang and exclaimed, “I still have to go to the company today!”

“It’s not obvious!” Fu Hang glanced at Shen Yan’s slightly swollen red lips and spoke against his conscience.

Shen Yan pursed her lips and pushed Fu Hang out of the room quickly. “Hurry up and leave, or you’ll miss the plane!”

“Remember to think of me!” Fu Hang said and rubbed Shen Yan’s head. His phoenix-like eyes dimmed.

Shen Yan’s lower body still ached slightly, but upon seeing Fu Hang’s forlorn expression, her heart softened instantly. “Okay.”

Fu Hang reluctantly let go of her hand and made his way to the entrance. After removing his shoes at the front door, he turned around and looked at Shen Yan. “Baby, come here.”

Shen Yan remained in place and did not move.

Fu Hang observed that she was still and silent. He simply stood in place and glanced at her, feeling wronged.

Just like that, they were at a standstill for some time. Shen Yan was the first to yield. She lifted her foot and approached Fu Hang. She demanded in a chilly tone, “What are you doing?”

Just as she reached the entrance, Fu Hang embraced her fiercely.

Shen Yan was slightly surprised, and she could hear Fu Hang’s heart pounding wildly.

“I wish I could stuff you in my pocket and take you away!”

Fu Hang’s deep, gruff, and slightly seductive voice came from over Shen Yan’s head, causing her entire face to turn bright red. She stifled the excitement in her heart and exclaimed, “Okay, it’s late, you should hurry!”

“Okay.” Fu Hang reluctantly released Shen Yan and looked at her. His gentle touch was followed by a passionate smooch on Shen Yan’s neck.

Shen Yan trembled uncontrollably. She extended her hand and prepared to push him away. “Stop messing around. Chen Nian invited me out tonight!”

Fu Hang held her for a moment before releasing her. When he saw the hickey on her neck, he felt satisfied.
