“Since Fu Hang proposed to you, when do you think you’ll tie the knot?” Chen Nian looked at Shen Yan expectantly.

Without waiting for Shen Yan to speak, Chen Nian gloated, “I heard that Su Qi and Lu Yan’s wedding is scheduled for next month. The two of them are really fast!”

“All we did was select a date for the wedding.We’ll talk about the wedding later,” Shen Yan answered quietly.

“This doesn’t make sense,” Chen Nian murmured, looking at Shen Yan with a puzzled expression. “Fu Hang should be eager to marry you!”

Shen Yan couldn’t help but chuckle when she heard Chen Nian’s words and responded, “Do you dare to say that in front of my father?”

Chen Nian suddenly realized something. “So Uncle is to blame!”

The two of them had not seen each other for a long time. At the dinner table, they chatted about each other’s recent developments. After dinner, Chen Nian pulled Shen Yan to go shopping.

Shen Yan had assumed Chen Nian was going to buy clothes, but she had not expected Chen Nian to take her to a men’s clothing store.

Shen Yan stared at Chen Nian, puzzled, and questioned, “Are you going to buy men’s clothing for Officer Yu?”

“What are you thinking about?” Chen Nian smiled helplessly and explained, “You and Fu Hang are about to get engaged. Aren’t you going to buy him some gifts?”

Shen Yan thought about it and realized that it was true.Fu Hang’s clothing, on the other hand, had always been custom-made. Lin Nan would give Fu Hang two sets of custom-made clothes every month.

Shen Yan took a stroll within the store. This shop’s tailoring was also fairly nice, but there was still a difference between it and Fu Hang’s custom-made clothes.

Chen Nian’s cheeks were flushed with embarrassment. She dragged Shen Yan to the side of the building, where there was a luxury store. “All right, let’s go shopping!”

There were only two or three people in the store when the two of them walked in.

Shen Yan glanced at those people indifferently. They were all unfamiliar faces, so she and Chen Nian went to the other side to try on clothes.

Chen Nian was particularly slow when it came to buying clothes. She enjoyed trying on all the clothes that she liked.
