Chapter 501 - A Sure Hit

Xie Ning was astounded that Shen Yan did not know her at all. She adjusted her expression slightly and instantly regained her composure. Then, she moved over to the adjacent sofa and sat down.

She uttered, “I’m Xie Ning.”

“Hello, Miss Xie.”

Shen Yan just remembered that Xie Ran’s sister was called Xie Ning. The corner of her lips curled up and she asked, “May I ask what is the matter?”

“It’s not a big issue. I just saw Miss Shen helping your friend to pick out clothes just now. These clothes are an excellent fit for her. Miss Shen has great taste!”

“Thank you.”

Seeing that Shen Yan had no intention of conversing with her, Xie Ning added, “Miss Shen, while your taste in clothing is great, your taste in men is quite disappointing.”

Shen Yan was initially wondering why Xie Ning came over since she didn’t have much interaction with her.

“I’m just giving Miss Xie a suggestion. How can these be considered harsh?” After all, Shen Yan returned the favor in her own way.

Jiang Yue and Xie Ning were rendered speechless.

At this moment, Chen Nian walked out of the fitting room with her changed clothes.

“What do you think of my clothes, Yanyan?” Chen Nian questioned with a grin before approaching Shen Yan.

Shen Yan stated, “They look quite good.”

Chen Nian’s eyes fell on Xie Ning and Jiang Yue’s faces. A glimmer of vigilance flashed across her eyes. She tilted her head and questioned, “Yanyan, are these your friends?”

Shen Yan sat on the couch and exclaimed, “I don’t know them!”

Chen Nian, upon hearing her response, averted her gaze from their faces and looked at them with a smile. Shen Yan then said, “Then, I’ll keep this set of clothes!”

Xie Ning bit her lower lip lightly and murmured with a look of hesitation, “Shen Yan, I’m telling you, you’ll regret it one day!”

After stating this, Xie Ning walked out angrily in her high heels while carrying her purse.

However, the salesperson stopped Xie Ning before she could take a few steps and stated with a smile, “Miss, you haven’t paid yet!”

Xie Ning scowled, and her face immediately stiffened. She lowered her head to check her clothes and realized she was wearing the shop’s clothes. She had gone to find Shen Yan after trying on the clothes.

Xie Ning tilted her head to look at Shen Yan and noticed that Shen Yan was smiling at her.
