Chapter 51 - 1 Replacement

Fu Hang’s gaze fell on Shen Yan’s cherry-red lips involuntarily. For some reason, he really wanted to press his lips against her slowly moving ones, and press her into the seat for a kiss.

He still remembered the soft taste of her lips.

“Second brother, Grandpa’s calling!” Fu Xiaoxiao handed the phone to Fu Hang with a smile.

Old Master Fu’s nagging seemed to irk Fu Hang a little. He slightly lowered his eyes to hide his impatience and pursed his lips. “I got it.”

After hanging up the phone, Fu Hang handed the phone back to Fu Xiaoxiao and said indifferently, “I’m very busy today. I’ll let Lin Nan take you guys to take photos after dinner.”

“Shut up. Do you think you haven’t humiliated Big brother enough?” He leaned back in his chair and responded expressionlessly.

He knew that Fu Xiaoxiao wanted to set him up with Lin Xing, but he had never liked Lin Xing. The reason he took care of her was because of a promise.

Fu Hang looked down at his phone in frustration, but his mind was not on his device. He really wanted to know the identity of the man sitting across Shen Yan.

He saw Shen Yan handing a tissue to the boy sitting across her from the corner of his eyes. The pressure of the air surrounding him seemed to become even lower.

Fu Xiaoxiao got told off by Fu Hang. She pouted and sat at her seat. She originally wanted to say a few words to him but swallowed her words back after seeing that his expression was not good when she looked up.

Just then, the waiter came and served their dishes. Fu Xiaoxiao, who was eating, felt Lin Xing’s body trembling and asked worriedly, “Sister-in-law, what’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?”

Lin Xing looked at Fu Xiaoxiao with tears in her eyes, and her voice trembling. “I-I’m fine.”

At this moment, Lin Xing looked like a child trying to put on a composed demeanor in Fu Xiaoxiao’s eyes. She smiled helplessly and continued, “Sister-in-law, just say so if you’re feeling unwell. You can only get better by speaking up.”

Lin Xing gripped the utensils in her hand tightly and shook her head stubbornly. She tilted her head and looked at Shen Yan, who was sitting not far behind her.

Lin Xing’s tactics had always been brilliant. She always liked to use others to achieve her goals. Like now, she diverted Fu Xiaoxiao’s attention to Shen Yan without saying anything.

Fu Xiaoxiao followed her gaze and saw Shen Yan, who was sitting not far away. Her face darkened instantly. Subsequently, she took out her phone to take a picture of Shen Yan.

She took a deep breath. She just could not understand how she could run into Fu Xiaoxiao everywhere she went.

Shen Yan saw Fu Hang and Lin Xing sitting opposite each other inadvertently. A trace of coldness flashed across her exquisite eyes.

Fu Hang was simply not in his right mind. He actually liked his sister-in-law! Shen Yan really wondered if Fu Hang’s big brother would roll in his grave if he knew of Fu Hang’s plans?

When Fu Xiaoxiao was about to take a picture of Lu Yu, Shen Yan snatched the phone from her immediately. She shoved it back into Fu Xiaoxiao’s hand after deleting the video sharply.

Fu Xiaoxiao looked at Lu Yu in a daze. She did not even notice that Shen Yan had snatched her phone. She looked at Shen Yan in disbelief and murmured, “Shen Yan, are you a freak?!”

Shen Yan frowned in displeasure and looked coldly at Fu Xiaoxiao. She questioned, “What nonsense are you spouting?”

“Y-You actually found a replacement for my second brother!” At this moment, Fu Xiaoxiao seemed to come to a realization and continued, “I was wondering how you could bear to leave the Fu family back then. It turns out that you left because you found a replacement!”

Shen Yan crossed her arms and declared coldly, “Also, you can’t film him as he’s not in the entertainment circle. I’ll sue you for invasion of privacy if you dare to film him!”

Fu Hang, who was sitting not far away, frowned as he watched Fu Xiaoxiao start an argument with Shen Yan again.
