Chapter 324 Shameless Man Who Flirts with His Sister-in-law!

Nydia stared in shock at the man who suddenly kissed her!

As soon as she realized what was happening, she pushed him away and said with disgust, “Jesse, are you insane?”

“First day finding out?” He licked his lips, looking unsatisfied.

“You want a divorce from me and then you kiss me? What do you mean by that?”

“Didn’t we still have to go through the divorce proceedings?”

Looking at the man in front of her who was playing dumb, Nydia felt like she was punching cotton. She was angry, but there was nothing she could do.

“Get out, I want to sleep!”

Jesse didn’t bother to argue and left Nydia’s bedroom.

Nydia was furious, feeling like she could still taste his lips on hers. Since that night they went crazy together after he gave her some drug, they had not been intimate again. At most, they would hug each other when they were drunk.

That damn guy, what was he thinking?

When she woke up in the morning, her forehead was still sore, but the swelling had gone down a bit. However, it was still noticeable. She let her hair down and put on a hat to cover it up. As a designer, her attire at work was quite free, so wearing a hat was no big deal.

“Mommy, it’s raining so hard.” Molly looked out the window and said during breakfast.

Nydia suddenly remembered that it had been raining hard for the past few days.

“Molly, Tavish, you two shouldn’t go to school these days.”

“Why?” they asked.

“There will be heavy rain, and I am worried that you will be in danger. Mommy will talk to your teachers, and you can stay at home obediently.”

At that moment, Jesse came out. He looked at the heavy rain outside and remembered what Nydia had said.

“This rain is quite heavy, but it’s not that bad. I’ve seen worse before.”

“Mommy, you shouldn’t go to work either. It’s dangerous,” Molly said worriedly.

“Mommy is an adult, I’ll be fine. But if it keeps raining like this tonight, I won’t go to work tomorrow.”

The two children didn’t say anything else.

Nydia went to work. She and Maddie were supposed to go to the factory today, but the rain was too heavy. It was dark and scary outside.

“This rain is too heavy. Who knows how long it will last,” Maddie said.

“Can’t say. If it keeps raining like this, there will be flooding. It probably won’t be safe to go to work tomorrow,” Nydia replied.

“I haven’t seen rain like this in a long time,” Maddie said.

As they were discussing the rain, someone called out Nydia’s name.

“Nydia, let’s talk!” Willette appeared in the design department, looking exhausted and full of sorrow in her eyes. However, the slap mark on her face was gone.

Seeing her, everyone’s eyes unconsciously showed a hint of sympathy.

“Sis, what happened to you? Did Barclay bully you?” Nydia asked worriedly.

Willette gritted her teeth and stared at Nydia. “Nydia, did you tell Jasper about my pregnancy?”

“No, I didn’t. I haven’t even met him.”

But Willette didn’t believe her. “Nydia, I know you’ve been unlucky all the time, and I’ve advised you to divorce many times. But you don’t want to divorce, and you can’t ruin my marriage because of this, can you?”

Her tone was both sad and angry, and everyone was stunned. What was going on?

The way they looked at Nydia suddenly changed.

“What are you talking about, sis? I haven’t met Jasper, nor have I contacted him. I never said anything about your pregnancy,” Nydia explained anxiously.

Nydia was about to continue explaining, but she heard a gloating voice.

They turned to see a tall, well-dressed woman with exquisite makeup standing not far away, looking at them with a contemptuous and provocative smile.

“Who are you looking for here?” someone asked.

“I’m looking for Zane. I’m his fiancée,” Pippa Wagner said with a smile.

Everyone was shocked!

Wasn’t Advisor Zane single? How did he suddenly have a fiancée?

“Zane is not here.”

“It’s okay, I’ll wait here and watch the show.” She pulled a chair nearby and sat down.

“You can keep arguing, don’t stop,” Pippa thought of how Nydia made her family suffer a big loss when she went to the Wagner’s last time, and she hated her so much that she wanted everyone to dislike Nydia.

Not long ago, when she heard that Nydia had disappeared online, she was happy, but she came back again.

“Willette, don’t blame me for not reminding you. Nydia is a jinx. Anyone who gets involved with her will be in big trouble. Look at you, your wedding has been ruined, and you’ve become a laughing stock!” Pippa said carelessly while playing with her manicured nails, appearing very carefree.

Maddie said, unkindly, “Madam, if you’re waiting for someone, please wait outside or in the advisor’s office.” She couldn’t stand someone talking about Nydia like that.

Pippa looked at Maddie with contempt. “Who do you think you are? Nydia’s lapdog? Holding onto her thigh?”

Maddie was furious and stared at Pippa. “Let me tell you, holding onto Nydia’s thigh won’t get you anywhere. She relies on Jesse and the Malone family. If both families turn their backs on her, she’ll have nothing, maybe even less money than you.”

“Watch your mouth!” Maddie scolded angrily. “Who do you think you are?”

Pippa was initially very angry, but then she smiled as she thought of something. “Indeed, everyone associated with Nydia is insane!”

“I’m not here to see you! I’m here to see Zane. Why are you two sisters starting a fight with me?” She rolled her eyes. “Oh, right, Nydia. Are you in love with Barclay, so you deliberately ruined Willette’s wedding?”

Nydia felt her forehead throbbing with pain. Pippa’s appearance was not something she had anticipated.

“Are you a chicken? All you do is chirp, you’re so annoying,” Nydia said bluntly.

“Who are you calling a chicken!” Pippa got agitated.

“Whoever gets worked up is the chicken!”

“You’re the one, flirt with your brother-in-law, ruin your sister’s weddings, and had the nerve to criticize others. You’re the sluttiest and most despicable!”

“Which eye did you see me flirting with my brother-in-law? Did you hide under Barclay’s bed or Jasper’s bed? How do you know so much? Coming to cause trouble so early in the morning, are you the pot calling the kettle black?”

The onlookers turned their gaze to Pippa.

“Crazy, do I need you? You’re not worthy!”

“That’s right, we’re not worthy, we’re not as worthy as you who’s covered in sores from head to toe.”

“Nydia, I’ll tear your mouth apart!” Pippa was so angry she was about to rush forward and hit Nydia.

However, the next second, a cold shout stopped her in her tracks. “Pippa, what are you doing!”
