Chapter 829 Rosalind and Jesse both have headaches
Reborn Before The Divorce
Fernandâs parents looked at Jesse menacingly, they now blamed Jesse for the whole thing.
Vergil, who was on the sidelines, felt that this was too much and he wanted to speak up but was stopped by Jesseâs look.
âItâs our responsibility, we didnât handle it properly, about Fernand, we will try our best to find and save him, but if itâs because of you that you ruined our plan, we canât help you.â
âYouâre shirking your responsibility!â Fernandâs father said angrily.
âYou are no match for Alex, and acting rashly will only harm Fernand, I hope that is clear to you.â
With those words Jesse and Vergil leave.
âMr. Pascall, you might as well just tell them the truth.â Vergil said a little angry.
âThe truth is what? The truth is that Fernand was supposed to replace me and I was the optimal solution for Alex.â
âBut you canât say that, they enjoy the glory and benefits of the Pascall Group, risk and reward go hand in hand, how can you enjoy the rewards and not take the risks? Do they really think that Pascall Group can still be so honorable without your support in the Pascall family?â
Vergil was too angry and felt that Fernandâs parents were more or less unaware of the situation.
âForget it, their current mood is understandable, I wonât bother with them.â Jesse could understand the sadness and anxiety of the two old men, as he would do the same just thinking about how he would treat everyone as an enemy if something happened to Nydia or if something happened to his two children, âAny news from Frederickâs side?â
âNo, Frederick says he has no clue, I guess heâs hiding deep this time and itâs not that easy to find.â
âTell him not to be anxious, this matter canât be rushed, we can find it with a different mindset, the normal mindset definitely wonât work.â
The second hiding place definitely wonât be that easy to find, it should be in a very hidden place.
âThey retreated in a hurry last time, if they pay close attention, I think there will be clues left behind.â
Even if they wanted to eliminate the traces, it would be hard to do so 100%, it was just that they had to be careful, or else they could easily miss the key clues.
As he was talking, Jesseâs head hurt again.
âMr. Pascall, are you okay?â Vergil asked worriedly.
âItâs fine.â He hurriedly took out the pills Nydia had prepared for him and swallowed one, then put another in his mouth before pressing his head to slow down the pain.
âYou seem to be in pain more and more frequently.â
âDonât tell Mrs. Pascall.â
âYouâre hiding it like this, if Mrs. Pascall finds out â¦â
âWho are you with?â
Vergil immediately stopped talking, okay, Mrs. Pascall now critical period of pregnancy, indeed can not worry too much, Mr. Pascall said can hold out should not be too big a problem.
It was almost five minutes before Jesseâs headache subsided a bit.
These five minutes were very difficult for him, he had a lot of cold sweat on his back and head, which directly soaked his clothes.
He was a person with a strong ability to endure pain, and if he couldnât even endure it, it meant that it really hurt.
Although he wanted to hide it from Nydia, when he got home, Nydia realized that the medicine was low when she checked it.
âHow many headaches?â
Jesse froze in realization.
âOnce.â
âIt hasnât been long between the last headache and todayâs headache, so how can it be so frequent?â
âTonight youâll zap me again, I actually donât think this one hurts as much as it did before.â
Nydia narrowed her eyes; she thought Jesse was lying.
But she didnât pursue it any further and waited until the evening to zap him.
It was actually a lot of work to stick the needle in, it wasnât an easy task for her with her pregnancy, but she had to push through it even harder so that Jesse could get better.
Jesse got a good nightâs sleep.
The next day Andrew and Rosalind came to visit Nydia.
They came over to visit when they realized that Nydia couldnât go to the old mansion now that she had a big pregnant belly and couldnât move around.
Nowadays Rosalind and Nydiaâs relationship is a lot better, but itâs just that they donât fight anymore, but to say how close they are is not there, and thatâs good enough for Nydia.
âWhen is the due date?â Rosalind asked.
âAround August 20th.â Nydia replied.
âWell, thatâs two months away, just hold on and youâll be liberated, that belly is really big.â
Rosalind being a woman could still empathize on the whole pregnancy thing.
âAny stretch marks?â
Nydia nodded, âSome, but not too bad.â
âItâs good that itâs not serious, otherwise some of them would be dense on a belly as big as yours.â
Such a relaxed and cozy atmosphere made Nydia feel comfortable, her parents died early and she had always longed to be cared for by her elders, Rosalind was much gentler nowadays, giving her a feeling that she really did treat her as her mother.
So the atmosphere at the dinner table was good too.
âGrandparents, you can come over here to play more often.â Molly liked the crowd and the heat.
âOkay, come over when you have time grandparents.â
âOr you can stay over here, there are rooms anyway.â Tavish said.
It was kind of hard to run both ways like that.
âBetter not, living over here makes it easy to fight with your mommies, distance makes beauty.â Rosalind said this with a bit of a joke, which made Nydia a bit embarrassed.
As soon as Rosalindâs words left her mouth, she suddenly revealed a pained expression, her hand pressed down on her head, it was obvious that she had a headache.
âMom, whatâs wrong?â
âA little headache, nothing.â
Now Nydia was concerned about the headache thing and immediately asked, âWhat kind of headache? When did it start? How long does it hurt each time?â
Andrew spoke up, âWe came over today, firstly to check on you guys, secondly we wanted to see you, sheâs always had headaches lately, and the last medical checkup wasnât much of a problem, so we thought weâd let you take a look at it first, and then go to the hospital for a checkup if thereâs anything wrong.â
âSince when?â Nydia immediately took Rosalindâs pulse.
âAbout half a month or so ago, donât really remember exactly.â
âIâm not suffering from some terminal illness, am I? You this expression ⦠âRosalind has begun to worry.
âNo, I took your pulse and thereâs nothing wrong.â
Rosalind instantly breathed a sigh of relief, she still trusted Nydiaâs medical skills now, she felt that there was no problem then there was no problem, so she smiled and said, âI guess itâs just the occasional headache that comes with old age.â
But Andrew noticed Nydia and Jesse glancing at each other, neither of them looking exactly relaxed.
âDo you guys have something to say? Speak up.â Andrew spoke up.
âMom, your situation is kind of like Jesseâs, Jesse has been having headaches lately too, occasional pains, some of the time theyâre bad, some of the time theyâre not, we went to get them checked out and thereâs nothing wrong with his brain.â
âThen whatâs wrong?â Rosalind panicked, âCould it be genetic? It shouldnât have gotten to this point to be genetic, should it?â
âWe havenât found the cause yet, tell us if youâve met anyone or eaten anything recently and weâll analyze it.â
Rosalind shook her head, âI havenât gone out or come into contact with anyone with all thatâs been happening lately.â
âHave you seen Sara?â
âShe ⦠hasnât been seen in a long time, just the last time something happened to Jesse, she came by once and I havenât seen her since.â
âSo she didnât make you eat anything last time, did she?â
âNo, just sat and chatted.â
Jesse was going to tell Rosalind about Sara.
âMom, itâs not that weâre prejudiced against Sara that weâre telling you this, Sara is Alexâs person.â
