Chapter 869 – Paranoid Character Will Be Inherited

Jesse picked up the photo on the floor and looked at it with a stony face.

“Who do you think sent it?” He asked.

“Fernand,” Nydia answered with certainty, she felt it had to be Fernand, there was no one else but him!

Only Fernand would do something like this.

“He knows all about what happened to us yesterday, but why did he do it to that woman? And cut off one of her arms!” She felt terrified at this point, thinking that Fernand was a very scary person.

It was nothing compared to Alex back in the day.

“Don’t be afraid!” Jesse reassured her as he protected Nydia.

“From these two pictures we can analyze that he knows our whereabouts like the back of his hand, he’s telling us that he knows everything about us so that we don’t act rashly, plus, he feels that this woman bullied you and the kids so he’s taking it out on you.”

“He took it out on us? What’s the reason?” Nydia couldn’t . understand.

But Jesse looked at her without speaking.

“What do you mean?” Nydia responded with some hindsight, “No way! Absolutely impossible!”

“Let’s not be so arbitrary, maybe figuring this out will help us, you recall your time together and see if you can find his weaknesses.”

Jesse’s mental problems are much improved nowadays, he’s not as paranoid and possessive as he used to be.

He’s so sure of Nydia’s love for him nowadays that his emotions don’t fluctuate as much.

“Are you sure?” Nydia found that conclusion absurd.

He knew Alex, and although he and Fernand had barely come into contact with each other, by all indications, it was true.

“You know what? Alex had a similar situation when I was a kid.”

“He would punish me and lecture me, but he would never allow anyone to bully me and it would end badly.”

Nydia looked at Jesse in thought before saying, “You were the same way.”

He treated her so badly in the beginning, yet he wouldn’t allow anyone else to bully her.

“So try to step into Fernand’s shoes and think about what he’s going to do next.”

After all, it was hard for Nydia to empathize with such a mentality, but Jesse could, after all, he’d been there.

“He’ll steal you away.” Jesse barely had much time to think before he came to that conclusion.

“What?”

“He won’t be satisfied with just protecting you, he’ll want to snatch you away, keep you by his side, by whatever means, he’ll want to see you because you’ll make him feel at ease, sort of like the last piece of driftwood he’ll ever have in this human world.”

Nydia was instantly flustered.

She didn’t know what to say.

Jesse took her hand, “Don’t be afraid yet, now that we know what he’s thinking, we can assign a plan and we have two more babies to save.”

Her fingertips were cold still shaking slightly.

“Jesse, you have to realize that if I’m taken by him one more time, it’s going to be very hard to get away again, last time he left me behind so I could get away, if he insists on taking me with him, I won’t be able to get away, and there’s even less hope of getting the two babies back.”

That was the reason for her fear.

Fernand had thought she was really up to something, when he heard that straight away people were dumbfounded and froze for a moment before reacting by knocking her on the head, “What are you going to do if I have a sex change? In the future the two of us will live together exactly the same, don’t you think it’s too scary?”

Nydia imagined the picture straight away and burst out laughing, her stomach hurting from laughing.

“You’re so much taller than me, and you’d still have to break your bones and reconnect.”

“Thanks for thinking of that!” Jesse pinned her to the floor and spanked her.

Nydia begged for mercy before she stopped.

But Jesse sort of agreed to train Nydia.

“How much time do you think we have to prepare?”

“About three months, depending on how he’s doing.” That one was impossible to say.

“Why don’t you go ahead and run on the treadmill today and I’ll work out a training program for you.”

“Good.”
