Arthur's POV

The night I came home after I went to the club, all I felt was guilt. I couldn't believe what I did and I truly regret it big time.

What happened between Ally and I was nothing but hormones on overdrive. I don't like him in a romantic way, and will never. I just can't believe I lost control over myself that night. I thought I had everything in check but I thought wrong. I was already on edge with frustration because of the lack of sex and all it took was Ally making one single move.

I felt guilty because I didn't expect I could lose control that easily.

Though I know there's nothing wrong with what I did and what happened between Ally and I because I'm single, I still feel guilty knowing I slept with someone that is not my mate.

I should have held it in and knew better, but I guess sexual frustrations won over me that's why I cave in. I promised to reserved myself and my body for my mate, only my mate, but I failed.

I just hope this won't be a big of a deal when I address this to my mate in the future. Everyone make mistakes as well as I do, and I hope he'll understand why I did what I did.

Sighing, I stood up from my desk chair after finishing half the paperwork that piled up. Some files were about packs asking for Alliance and some asking for permission to cross our lands. But mostly, these documents were consisted of the pack's financial reports. It gets tiring when almost half of your time was spent on doing it, but then, it had to be done, so I had to suck it up. I can't just leave it there piled up on my desk, while I relax like I'm on a vacation. I can't fail my pack whom I vowed to serve and protect. I already failed my mate for not keeping my promises, and now I don't want to fail the pack that I grew up in.

I'm their Alpha, It's my duty to serve them.

I walked into my apartment's medium sized kitchen and looked for something to feed my stomach. I haven't had lunch because of those damn paperwork, and now I'm hungry as hell.

I found a left over pizza that was from last night when Nate, Jenny and Jas came to visit me in my apartment. They came to ask if I was doing alright and if I needed any help at all. As usual, I told them that I am doing good even though the truth was far from that. I also told them that I'm handling everything smoothly.

Though what I had said about the pack handling was true, I still feel bad about lying to them. I know they were just concerned about me knowing that I'm longing for my mate. But I feel like I wanted them to leave me alone. It's rude but that's what I feel.

After I grabbed the left over pizza, I put it on a plate and then placed it inside the microwave to heat it up. When the timer was done, I took it out then grabbed a can of lemonade from the fridge and walked back into my office. It's better to work while eating so I'll get to finish things a lot faster. So I did just that.

After my late lunch, I threw the empty can in the trash bin and headed back to the kitchen to clean my dishes.

Once done, I dried my hand with the towel. I made my way back to the office to finish the last 5 files left so I can finally have a much needed nap, or at least just rest. My eyes felt like they're about to fall out of my sockets so I guess taking a nap would be a good idea.

With that in mind, I continued focusing on the paperwork left.

Closing the last file, I sighed deeply as I leaned on my chair. Finally, after a few more minutes of my eyes glued to these damn papers, I was able to relax. Thank the goddess, I get to finish the papers today. Now all I have to do is to visit the site my Dad's company is currently building. This time, it's a park with playground for kids, and it will also have a manmade pond in it for everyone to enjoy. The site was pretty big and it's been under construction for 6 months now. The reason why I wanted to give it a visit is to see the progress the builders finished. Hopefully, in less than another 6 months, this project should be completed, since there's a lot of builders hired for the construction.

One of the things that I'm thankful of was the company. It takes my mind away from those depressing thoughts that I usually have. It keeps me occupied so I have no time to think about it. It felt nice that for once my mind isn't filled with the longing that always frustrates me to no end.

Though I'm not saying that I never think about my mate because I still do, it's still the one reason why it's hard for me to sleep at night. But now that I'm 21, Dad passed the reponsibility of running the company to me, so it also served as another distraction for and I was glad. Running the company is not that stressful but it still requires a lot of work. Although I can fully handle everything smoothly, it still needs my focus and 100 percent attention. Now I have two major responsibilities on my shoulders, the handling of the Trevino Builders Inc. and being the Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack. That may sound a lot of work, but I can handle it. I may struggle at times but I know Dad will always be there to guide me. And I won't be the only one managing the company since Dad also had Nathan work with me.

So I would say, even though things may be a little bit cluttered at the moment, I still have everything balanced.

Sighing, I stretched my sleeping muscles. "I guess I'll have my nap later today." I spoke to myself before getting up.

I went to the bathroom to get my bladder relieved. Once I was done, I decided to just have a quick shower before I went to go check the site.

After a very relaxing shower, I walked into my closet to grab some clothes. I took out a brief, wore it then took a plain white t-shirt, since the sun is out and bright today might as well wear something thin. Then I went to grab a simple and comfortable jeans. After that, I put some deodorant on and then my usual cologne. Once done getting ready and fully dressed, I walked back into my bedroom to grab my wallet and watch before I leave. Then I walked into my office to grab my phone and my car keys. When I got all the things I needed, I stepped out of my apartment. Locked the door after I closed it and then made my way towards the elevator. Since I wasn't feeling to use the stairs, might as well use the elevator. It's there to serve it's purpose so why not put it to good use. And besides, my apartment's in the fourth floor.

After reaching the ground floor, I stepped out when the elevator door opened. I headed to my car that was parked outside. After unlocking it, I hopped in and through the pank link, I reminded Brandon that I'll be heading out.

I'll be back in two hours or so.Brandon I need the information about the new family who just moved in, I'm in my office, in my apartment.Of course Alpha, I'm on my way.< He responded and closed the link after that.

A minute later, I heard a knock on my apartment door.

"Come on in, it's unlocked." I said. Then he stepped in and walked towards me before he sat on the chair placed infront of my desk.

"I managed to gather some information from them with the help of our trusted investigators and trackers, Alpha." He said  as he handed me a black USB flash drive with a laminated picture of him and Benny in it.

I smiled after I took a good look on it.

Then I inserted it in my laptop and opened it. But what I saw was beyond shocking. And no, it's not about the information about the family who moved in but it was....

It was...

Benny.

Yes, as in Benny, my biological sister.

It was Bethany's picture.

Without a top on and only wearing a thin sheet of underwear, showing her..................oven.

Holy f*cking crap, is that my sister?

What happened to her innocence?

"What the hell, man." I yelled almost leaping out of my desk chair while closing my laptop screen.

Brandon frowned and looked confused.

"What? What's wrong? The family is not a threat the last time I checked." He said unknowingly with knitted brows.

I turned the laptop over to him so he could see what I was talking about. He looked at me cluelessly as he opened the laptop screen, then his eyes bulged larger than when his erection bulges.

"Oh f*ck, sorry man, I f-forgot to hide t-that into a folder." He mumbled nervously while doing something on the laptop. Probably to hide those pictures of my sister who's basically infront of the camera naked.

Holy f*cking sh*t. I did not just see that.

"So you and my sister are doing the nasty infront of the camera?" I asked while preventing myself not to shiver.

"Well w-when your mate is far away, I know you would d-do the same thing." He said defensively while blushing like mad.

This is gross at the same time so damn amusing.

In front of me is Brandon Steele, my beta or second in command. Never gets scared or easily intimidated by anyone and a beast at war is blushing and stuttering like an idiot, because his Alpha saw their nasties with his mate who is also the Alpha's youngest sibling.

Wow! This day could have never been better.

I smirked evilly at him, knowing I have something that can make him stutter and blush like mad like this. Pay back time for the future.

I chuckled and he playfully glared at me.

"Well I must say that yeah, maybe I would do the same. And I will surely hide it somewhere, maybe in a hidden folder so no one can see it. But that Brandon? Wow!" I said while stiffling a laugh.

"Whatever, you saw it anyway so there is nothing I can do. And like I said, I forgot to hide it when we were sex chatting this morning." He said then his eyes widened at what his mouth slipped and I can't help but burst out laughing.

Holy Mother of Pearl. Is he serious?

"What? You're kidding me, right?" I asked between laughter and now Brandon looked like a tomato ready to be picked from it's stem. He looks so f*cking hilarious and ready to pass out any second.

"Sh*t." He cursed under his breath while still blushing bright red.

I didn't know Brandon blushes this intensely?

Woah! You sure do learn something everyday.

"Don't worry man, I won't tell a soul, even Benny." I said with a chuckle. Man, that was hilarious.

"You better not. Cause I will surely be screwed." He stated looking terrified.

I laughed again.

"I promise, I won't tell anyone." I reassured him.

He sighed.

"Thanks Alpha." He said casually trying his best to rid his blush.

I will never blush like he did in my intire life, at all. Not even my mate can do it. Mark my word.

"Anyway, back to business. Show me the information that you've got." I said after straightening up and gathering myself not to laugh again. Though the urge was still there, but for Brandon's sake, I won't.

He sighed in relief which made me let out a chuckle. Then he looked down on the laptop and searched for the right folder this time.

"Here it is Alpha. The family's basic information and some personal informations. Also some of their properties and the guys also did a background check." He said while turning my laptop back to me.

I studied and read the information thoroughly and saw that their background is clean and harmless.

The father who had a name Edward is a supermarket/mall supervisor back in there last home. The mother who's name is Michelle is a domestic helper and is already a citizen here so I guess she's the one who petitioned her husband and children.

They have two children. The eldest is a guy aged 17 while the youngest is a girl who is only 12. The 17 year old is still in high school and now a senior student with a good background. He's a known soccer player back in his previous school and at the same time he excels in academics. As for the 12 year old girl, she had an impressive background as well. She's a straight A+ student and she joined some few clubs back in her school before she transferred.

Overall, this family looked harmless and doesn't have any police records of some sort.

After I checked all their informations, I turned back to Brandon who's sitting there expectantly.

"Their record seems okay, and they looked harmless. So one thing we have to do now is to give them a visit. Make sure to contact them first so they will be informed of us giving them a nice welcome into the town." I told Brandon after giving him the flash drive that also contains some of their naughtiness.

"Sure Alpha, I will call their house right after we speak." He responded with a nod.

"Good, tell them we will visit tomorrow at 1 in the afternoon." I ordered and he nodded enthusiastically.

"I will, Alpha." He said.

"Okay, that would be all Bran. Thanks for the help." I told him with a small smile.

"Sure thing Thor." He said playfully while walking towards my apartment door.

"Yeah whatever, and make sure to be more careful next time with those darn pictures, Brandon." I told him with a chuckle.

"Shut up Thor. You may be chuckling now, but once your mate gets here, I'm sure you'll be whipped really bad." He said smirking at me.

I rolled my eyes at what he said and watched him walk out of my door.

Letting out a sigh, I leaned into my desk chair and relaxed a little bit. I'm beat, exhausted, and I really needed a nap. But first, I need to shower because my armpit smells rotten cheese.

Heading into my bathroom, I quickly stripped down my clothes and throw them in the hamper. I turned the shower on and then stood under the warm spray of water. I watched as the water slowly cascade down my body and into the drain near my feet. I rested my head into the wall as I allow the water to pour down into my tired back.

I stood there as I let the thought of my mate invade my mind once again.

I imagined what he would look like. The shape of his beautiful face, how tall he is, the color of his eyes, and what is the size of his shoes. I imagined how it feels to have him snuggled protectively in my arms, and to be able to feel his warmth. I imagined what it would be like to have him here joining me in the shower. The feel of his body pressed into the wall with my own while I clean him slowly. How it would feel to have his lips against mine, and how we kiss as we both let our tongue dance passionately. To be able to hear him call my name, and how it would be like to make love to him. How amazing it would feel being inside him, to be able to hear his moans and how he would cry out my name in pure pleasure.

I just want to know how it feels to be complete.

I sighed as I tried to calm myself down from the growing sexual tension.

I looked down and saw my member standing proud and tall waiting for attention.

I hesitated wether I should pleasure myself with the thought of my mate inside my head. I know nothing is wrong with masturbation. But the thought of my mate not having a face in my head while pleasuring myself kind of depresses me even more. I didn't want to send myself into another fit of disheartening thoughts now that I was able to get a hold of myself. It's a lot harder to remove such thoughts when it managed to enter my mind. So I'd better save myself some more heartaches because I already have an aching heart to deal with.

Sighing deeply with my head still resting against the tiled wall, I stood up straight and started cleaning myself. I grabbed the wash clothe and placed a good amount of body wash into it before I scrubbed myself from any dirt. After that, I let the warm water wash away the suds and watch how it swirl down into the drain below me. Then I grabbed the shampoo and placed some on my palm and then gently scrubbed it in my hair. Once the shampoo was done, I repeated the same process with the conditioner.

After showering myself clean, I stepped out and grabbed the towel on the rack. I walked in front of the mirror and took out my shaving utilities.

And once I was finished showering and shaving, I stepped out of the bathroom and walked into my closet. I grabbed a boxer briefs this time, and quickly put it on. Then I grabbed a sweat pants and a white tank top since I'm planning to take a nap anyway. When I finished getting dressed, I went into my bedroom and dropped my body on my mate and I's bed.

Sighing, I let my mind relax as I slowly entered a much needed slumber. And thankfully, sleepiness crept it's way into my system and I gladly welcomed it.

So that is chapter 14 for you all and I hope you enjoyed it. So we are now having a peek into Arthur's childish wolf though not much action or anything happened but that is completely normal. We are now near the point where Arthur is going to meet Ash for the very first time. So hopefully things will flow the way I planned it to be.

I will tell you that there will be a huge time skip in the next few chapters, so I'm just saying this to inform you all.

As always, updates are random since I'm always busy, but do know that I spend time writing updates for you all. Hehehe

And uh, Again I apologize for the late update guys. Hope you understand that I'm also a busy person specially with me who just moved into a different country. It's a lot of adjusting and getting used to. So yeah, hopefully soon I'll be able to update on my schedule.
