Leap of faith...

"Let's not be strangers and keep our lines open, okay?"

"O-of course." Yoko barely response and smile.

Faye gave her Nong a hug again. Finally, she feels relieve and warm inside her.

She doesn't know what happened to her but when she was about to leave the hotel, she felt this deep sadness within her that she decided to instruct the driver to turn around. There is pain in heart, it feels like her chest is being cut open.

"Sorry... can we drive back to hotel please?"

"Why?" The driver asked confused.

"I forgot something." She said in attempt to find excuse to go back.

"We can just call the hotel later." It was her manager that said it, they have to be in their schedule.

There is a pang of pain again in her chest. She hold her chest and close her eyes, the pain is unbearable but she is aware that it is more than a physical pain.

"Please..." She begged.

Before she knows it, she is in front of Yoko's hotel room already.

And the moment they break the hug... Yoko immediately crosses the space between them.

Yoko kissed her.

It took her few seconds before she realize it and when it finally hit Faith, she was surprised but did not step back. She does not feel any weirdness at all. She felt okay having this physical contact with Yoko. Actually, this feels more than okay to be this close with Yoko... it feels like home.

In Yoko's perspective, the kiss is her leap of faith. In her mind, she did her part already. She never made a move before as a respect to her brother and she even pray for Faye to be remove in her life if this wasn't meant to be but at this moment, she felt the green light to take a move.

She took a risk.

She kissed her first love.

What if she gets mad?

What if she pushes me away?

There is fear that this step will break the bond that they had but none of her fears happened as she slowly felt Faith's lips responding to her kisses. The actress even hold Nong waist to support her.

They both break the kiss to catch their breath.

Yoko looked at Faith. She is 100% sure that she responded positively to her kiss and that made her conclude that she has a chance.

"Sorry..." Faith is the one that breaks the silence between them. She said sorry because she felt like its her responsibility to have the boundary between them because she is older than Yoko.

Nong shook her head.

"I will not take your sorry and will never say sorry for kissing you.  We are both sober and we are both an adult now." She said firmly and look at Faye.

Faith becomes speechless.

In that moment, Faye's manager appeared.

"Fayeee!"

Yoko and Faith turn to the manager side.

"We are going to be late. Have you found it?" She asked.

Faith nod her head.

"Y-Yes."

"Okay, good! Lets go." The manager said and briefly looked at Yoko before grabbing Faith's hand to literally drag her to the elevator.

Faith look back and saw Yoko followed them till the elevator area. When Faith and Manager is inside the elevator, Yoko is left standing... just waiting for Faith to do something.

They locked eyes as the elevator door is closing. Yoko have this sad eyes that is begging for Faith to give her chance or hope. Faith saw it and she can tell that Yoko is about to cry at this moment.

Faith knows that it is now her turn to move. She has to say something.

"I will call you later." Faith said before the elevator closes just in time for Yoko to hear what she said and for her to see Yoko's smile...again.

After Faith's shoot.

She look at her phone again for the nth time this day. She is trying to find courage to call Yoko as she promised earlier but every time she attempts to call...she will end up cancelling it before it rings.

"Are you okay?" Freen asked.

"Yes." She answered and put her phone inside her pocket.

"You seem a little bit distracted. Is everything okay?" She asked again.

Faith smile and nods.

"Yes, don't worry. I'm just tired."

"Awww tired already? Did you received the invite for this evening?" Freen asked.

"Invite for what?"

"Official launching of the club. Please come." The previous week is just soft opening, like an introductory opening.

"Did you send it?" She asked.

"Yes, sent it to you yesterday. Please come if you are available. You can invite Yuki and Yoko too." Freen said smiling, she did not catch on Faye's glare upon mention of Yuki's name.

"Okay, I'll forward this invite to Yoko." She responded with emphasis of just Yoko.

"Okay."

Faye forward the invite to Yoko. Then she type, "wanna come?"

Her heart is beating so fast in anticipation of Yoko's reply. Then, she receive a reply that made her smile.

Yoko: I thought you would call. :(

Faith: Sorry I'm working... but would it be better to meet instead of just call?

Yoko: hmmm...

Faith smile with the exchange of texts. Then she replied again.

Faith: Please come-na! I want to see you again. 🙈

Yoko on the other side is kicking her feet in excitement. She has been waiting for that one call the whole day... and she is losing hope already but it turns out to be even better.

She is smiling from ear to ear as she reply back,

"Okay, see you later!"

Faith and Yoko been texting back and forth... they are updating each other from what they going to wear and when it's time to go to the club.  Faith offered to fetch Yoko but Nong declined as she said she can handle to go to the club alone as it is walking distance from the hotel.

Faith: I'm here already.

Yoko: Okay, see you! Will be there in less than 10 minutes.

Faith cannot help but to smile. Her heart is jumping in full of excitement and anticipation.

"Are you waiting for someone?" Becky asked, her tone is teasing.

Faith avoided Becky's stare but her smile did not fade at all.

"Yes, I'm waiting for Yoko." She said and glanced to the entrance door.

"Oh, I see." Becky smile and she is happy to know that she is right all along. "Enjoy the night, P'Faye. You can drink more tonight as you do not have to drive home, you can stay at Yoko's place."

Faith eyes widen. Her imagination runs wild that she almost choked.

"Relax... I just said that you can stay the night at her place. No need for that unnecessary thoughts yet." Becky teased.

"Huh?What are you talking about?" She said acting innocent as sheep.

Faith can definitely win Oscar's with her acting but Becky is quite fast to catch on.

"Nothing." Becky said and laugh before leaving her to the table.

Faith glances to the entry door again and there she saw Yoko.

She took her moment to appreciate Nong's beauty.

Damn! My heart... she is beautiful.
