News about the bet between Sun Bin and Qiao Yue spread throughout the entire grade in just one afternoon. Some people had even begun to discuss the outcome on the school forum.

The two were betting on their final exams, which were about two months away.

As soon as school ended, a few classmates close to the Qiao brothers gathered around them.

“Qiao Yue, is the bet real?” One of the boys asked curiously.

The boy didn’t give Qiao Yue any face and said directly, “Whose grades can yours beat? Tell me, are you sick of being here and just looking for an excuse to drop out?”

Though that was what he said, the classmates who came to tease Qiao Yue all knew that he had a brother who’s consistently the top student of their grade to help him. He would never let Qiao Yue do worse than Sun Bin, so they didn’t hold back when teasing Qiao Yue.

Another boy put his arm around the boy’s shoulder and chimed in, “What you said seems to make sense. Qiao Yue, tell us how you’ll prepare yourself.”

Qiao Yue rolled her eyes at each of them and muttered, “Buzz off.”

She then turned and called out to Qiao Yu, “Brother, are you going home?”

“Uh-huh, wait a moment,” Qiao Yu responded without looking up.

Qiao Yue was curious about what Qiao Yu was doing so she got someone to wheel her to Qiao Yu’s desk where she saw Qiao Yu flipping through a book and writing something.

“Brother, what are you writing?”

Qiao Yue moved her head closer as she spoke and saw that Qiao Yu’s notebook was filled with notes.

“Your notes are immaculate! ” Qiao Yue couldn’t help but exclaim after skimming through the notes.

Qiao Yu looked at Qiao Yue in surprise. These were the notes he had prepared for Qiao Yue. Did Qiao Yue see it?

“It’s for you.” Qiao Yu quickly finished writing the last few words and handed the notebook to Qiao Yue.

Qiao Yue took the notebook in surprise, and the others have come over to look.

“Eh? Qiao Yu, you’re such a good brother! I wish I could beat up my brother eight times a day.” One of the boys exclaimed after skimming through the notes.

Qiao Yu snatched the notebook back from the boy and passed it to Qiao Yue. “Study these. Don’t let me down in your exams.”

Qiao Yue took the notebook and chuckled. “Don’t worry! Fourth brother, I won’t let you down!”

Qiao Yue didn’t want to tell the Qiao family about her bet, but other than Qiao Yu, Qiao Ying and Qiao Xin also attended Harvey. Qiao Ying naturally wouldn’t say anything, but Qiao Xin had a big mouth.
