Chapter 988 - A Huge Embarrassment

Di Beiming curled his lips but did not say anything. Instead, he helped Yun Chujiu to get a bowl of rice.

“Oh right, Prince Charming, why did your mother give me the title of an old friend’s daughter? Could it be that she’s moved on? Does she think that I’m not that bad as a daughter-in-law?” Yun Chujiu was puzzled by this.

Yun Chujiu then took off her coat and lay on the bed. “Prince Charming, come over quickly. I want to hug you to sleep!”

Di Beiming nodded, took off his coat, and lay on the outside of the bed.

Yun Chujiu hugged Di Beiming’s arm and fell into a deep sleep very quickly.

Di Beiming sighed. He could see but he could not eat. This was really torture. Little Jiu was already seventeen years old, why could she not grow up faster?!

Yun Chujiu slept until the next morning. The first thing he did when he opened his eyes was to kiss Di Beiming on the face.
