15- 🌟 (pt. 3)

'I love you Jennie.. I love you so much.. '

The words have been haunting Jennie's mind since the Thai girl boldly confessed her feeling to her. Just thinking of that makes Jennie's heart begin to rumbles with different feelings but what dominant above of all is confusion.

Lisa used to be like her little brother, because she is goofy, mischievous, playful and never been serious in everything except when it come to training and practicing. She act like a baby, pout everytime they tease her and always the one who was scolded a lot. She is so clingy and full of admiration, always compliment her with whatever she does, even her awful dancing.

That is Lisa.

A protective, caring, possessive Lisa is beyond her imagination, but that night, when she held her tight, protecting her from those bastard, is so different from the little star she used to know, she was not coward nor afraid, but ironicly.. She cried because of her, because she cared for her. A contrast from the old Lisa, who was despised and contrast from the current Lisa, who is goofy and cheerful.

She now realized how much oblivious she is to Lisa's true feeling. 'Aish.. That.. Brat.. '

She was too hazed by her thought that she didn't realized her member's existence since minutes ago. "Jennie yah.. Are you okay? " her thought snapped right away when she feels a tap on her shoulder. She looked up to the person, it's Jisoo. Her eyes lands on the next person, it's Lisa.. She immediately avert her gaze from her.

She doesn't know how to face her after the Thai girl's confession, she feels awkward. "Unnie are you really okay? " Lisa steps closer 'Don't get near.. Don't get near.. ' she flutters as Lisa went closer to her. She feels the Thai girl's palm on her head. "You are hot.. " Jennie didn't utter a word. 'Why are you heating Jennie Kim?!' she mentally scold herself.

"I'll get you water and pills" Lisa immediately stands up but Jennie tugs her hand and gesture Lisa to sit. "If you don't feel well, just tell me.. " Lisa cups Jennie's cheeks and pull her face closer, that make the girl turn into a red tomato, she couldn't stares back at Lisa.

Jisoo fakes a cough "Yahh.. We are here too, Lisa.. Control your hormones, I know you confessed to Jennie nights before but please, don't do that.. Especially when you're sitting right in front of my chicken.. " "..and my salad" Chaeyoung add and her reaction earn Jisoo's evil smirk, mouthing 'Yesss'

Lisa scratch the back of her head as she hears her unnies teasing. She avert her stares back at Jennie but the girl seems uneasy and awkward, she obviously avoids a direct eye contact with the Thai girl. She sigh. She know it's hard for Jennie to brain everything, she knows her confession made her confused, but she just couldn't take back her words, not after she clearly state her promise to protect and take care of her.

They proceed with the discussion about their performance, they wasted a week worth of time because of the two girls conflict. They immediately pick a theme and agreed to perform an acoustic, with Miguel song, that would be easier as they don't need to choreograph a dance. "Jen, Lice.. Can you add some rap line at the end of the song? " Jisoo ask the two girls who have been silent from the start, Jennie was usually a conqueror of their discussion but today is an exception, the other member didn't mind her odd behaviour as they understand her awkwardness to the Thai girl.

"That's not a problem." Jennie answers immediately, 'God, thanks for helping me from stuttering' she silently thanking God, she almost stuttered but talked smoothly anyway. Lisa nods, agreeing with whatever her favourite unnie's decision. " okay.. That's a wrap, we'll discuss again about our performance flow" Jisoo conclude and that ends their discussion.

"Unnie!!" Brak! She feels a strong bump on her body, she look behind, it's Lisa, Jennie freeze and the playful girl wraps her arms around Jennie's body. "Y-yah.. Let go of me, you are embarrassing us! " Jennie try to escape from the Thai girl's arms but she squeezes the latter tighter. "Aish.. You brat.. " that made Lisa earn a tremendous slap on her hands from the older girl.

"Unnie, let's practice together!" Lisa pull out from her body and face her with a wide grin. This is the Lisa she know, she sigh.. She should get used of Lisa's changes from now on. "Okay" she answers shortly. This Lisa make her more at ease as she could be the unnie for her, not..someone who she have a crush on, she wouldn't get awkward and tense.

"Unnie, how about this night? " Lisa ask as she put the older girl's arm cling on her arm, Jennie didn't mind at all, strangely.. It feels nice. "I will not let you slip this night, for sure.. No, clubbing!" Lisa state sternly and that made Jennie flinched. "O-of course" that's all she could answer.

"Unnie, I think you owe me an explanation." Lisa suddenly stop her track and Jennie automatically tugged back as the latter stop, causing a frown on the older girl. "What explanation? " she flustered. "Why did you sneak out? Why did you lie to me? Why did you agree tu hang out at a place like that?" Lisa flood her with questions, that make the older girl flustered a bit but immediately recovered as she digest Lisa's question bite by bite, she can't think any excuse..

'Aish this brat.. ' she have no choice but to explain "I went out with my friends from New Zealand, they are staying here for a week, so I did some catch up with them, beside I'm old enough to go into that kind of place.. " she stop then pursed her lips, hoping that Lisa won't ask her the 'Why did you lie? ' question because she intently skipping the part, she shoot a fury stares on the younger girl, waiting for her reaction. "Jennie, why did you lie to me? Why you didn't tell me? " 'Dang.. It.. ' She gulp hard, averting her eyes from Lisa's eyes.

"Because..... " she paused for a good damn minutes, she can't mutter a word. "Because what Jennie? " Lisa's voice went deep as she step closer to the older girl, their face is merely an inch, it's so close that Jennie could feel Lisa's hot breath. That made her flinched and step back, but Lisa didn't stop as she follow the other brunette's pace till she pinned on the wall.

"Because what Jennie Kim? " Lisa brought the latter's face closer by tilting her chin up, their nose brush and that made Jennie completely choke with her own breath. "Be-.." She was going to say something when Lisa cut her sentence off "Because I'm not anyone for you" her brown orbs get darken, her gaze is pierce, her voice is deep and it's more intense with their current proximity.

"let's go" she pulls out from their proximity, she coldly say while dragging Jennie's arm. Again.. Lisa change into a different person. She groan into frustration, how can she handle this brat. Second ago, she was acting like a cheeky kid and now? She's acting like a possessive girlfriend, she's not lying if her heart didn't beat erraticly the moment Lisa held her close, their lips almost touch. This feeling is familiar, she had this feeling years ago towards Lisa but shrugged it off because it feels wrong.

But now?

'I don't know anymore, I began questioning myself if it's really wrong to feel this way'

As time flow on, Jennie is getting used to the Thai's new side, she is actually so gentle and warm, Lisa possessive side make her feel more secure, she start to like how Lisa can be a cute clingy chic into a cool protective girl. Lisa is so sweet, caring and thoughtful. Jisoo and Chaeyoung also getting used to this side of Lisa, they always tease Lisa that she have a Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Jisoo and Chaeyoung couldn't help but cringed of Lisa's fondness to Jennie.

"For Pete's sake Manoban.. Please control your hormones will yaa? " Jisoo almost puke when Lisa showers kisses on Jennie's cheeks because she think her unnie is so cute with her kissable puffy cheeks. Jennie steam up into redness. "..i was being sarcastic Jennie Kim, don't.. Don't..dont blush will yaa? " 'Aish these two.. ' she rolls her eyes.

But deep down, she actually feels happy as Lisa and Jennie really could make a good couple, she didn't think that their maknae could be a reliable oppa for them, especially for Jennie. 'You lucky brat.. ' She unconsciously smiles at her own thought.

Ring! Ring!

"Aishh, who on earth?! It's 5 in the morning! " Jennie feels irritated at who ever that person who is calling her. She let it rings.. Her eyes are too heavy to opened up, her body has sunk into the bed, the comforter is one with her body.

She fell asleep, not minding the peppering sound from her phone. Few minutes later..

Knock! Knock! A loud noise come from their front door. She don't give a damn.. She continue to sleep, not until she feel something heavy wrapping her body, hugging her like a koala. She groan, she pull out from the comforter.. Lisa?!

"Sorry Jennie, but this kid wouldn't stop till she get in" Jisoo rolls her eyes, she was irritated of Lisa childish attempt.

"Aish.. What are you doing here?! " Jennie voice is still hoarse "Unnie, let's go out and eat ice cream" She demands like a child "No, I want to sleep" Jennie ignores the Thai girl but couldn't stand it anymore as the girl keep whining like a little child who want a food for almost 30 minutes, she went freshen with Lisa's tremendous shake.

"Oh god.. For pete sake Lalisa Manoban, you are such a jerk" Lisa only grin at the older girl who is already irritated with her absurd demand. "Let's go unnie, I'll make you happy.. Now.." Lisa stop her track and stands in front of the older girl. "Smile for me please? " she stretches Jennie's cheek and forcely form a smile.

She turn back to Jennie's side and grab the latter's hand, putting it inside her coat's pocket while intertwining their fingers. It makes Jennie flush with a smile, the heat from Lisa's sweet act made the coldness fade away instantly. "Let's go and grab some ice cream.. It will be on me" she smile at the shorter girl, Jennie just couldn't get enough of this sweet Thai girl. It's like she unlocked another version of Lalisa Manoban, the weird Manoban, who wake up people at 5 and asking them for a company. She shake her head and smiles at the thought.

They went to a store, thankfully there is a 24 hours speed market around their area, Lisa bought them 2 pack of milk ice cream, breads and soda. As they walk out from the store, "Lisa.. Where are we going? " Jennie wonder what is inside Lisa's mind as they continue walking.

"Stay with me.. I'll make you happy, come on" she just earned a wide grin from the Thai girl.. 'Aish.. Always with a cheesy line' she unconsciously smile when she hears ' I'll make you happy' from Lisa. She let taller girl dragging her, not minding a little when Lisa intertwined their fingers.

15 minutes passed..

"We are here.. " Lisa remark, they went to a building's rooftop , an old building to be exact. Lisa drags two chairs, it looks new.. A yellow chair and a black chair. "Come.. Have a sit, let savour the sunset" Lisa sits on the yellow chair then taps on the black chair, gesturing the older girl to sit down. So full of surprises.. Jennie was amazed by Lisa's thoughtfulness.

"Are you perhaps, bought these chairs for us? " Jennie curiously ask as they start to eat their breakfast, Lisa's bizarre breakfast. "Yes" Lisa form a sly smile. Jennie shakes her head and let out a small chuckles because of the girl unexpected act. "And it's not just for today.. But always.. " she continue. " ...you know what Jennie.. You.. Are so breathtakingly beautiful, how did you mended my heart? " she was looking at the sunrise but as she steals a glance at the other girl, she was stunned.. The dim sunrays, light perfectly onto Jennie's face that she was so immersed with this scenery, a sunrise and Jennie is such a mesmerizing combination. She is completely fazed when Jennie turn her face to her with a smile, her lips parted a little, enchanted by the girl's beautiful angelic face.

Jennie chuckles at the Thai girl's expression "What? Why are you looking at me like that? " Lisa flustered and it feels like her feet get back on reality. "I-I.. Uh.. " Jennie laugh at the disconcerted Thai girl. They continue to eat their bizarre breakfast in a comfortable silence.

"Jennie.. Can I ask you something? " Lisa breaks their silent while opening the soda cans for them. Jennie nods and turn her head to Lisa. " Have you ever hate me? " Jennie smiles 'never' she thought in her head but her answer is contrary to her thought "Yes, when you woke me up at 5 to buy some bizarre breakfast" Lisa form a gentle smiles, she shift her sit closer to the other girl, she caress the older girl's cheeks lovingly. "Jennie, do you know how much you mean to me? " she shoots her dark brown orbs into the cat eyes, she grab both of the girls hands and put them on her chest "This beating heart was beating for you since the day you made me realize, how strong I am when I'm with you, how breathless I am when I see your proud smile for me, how sunk I am when I see your mesmerized eyes when I'm dancing, Jennie.. you are so precious to me that I promise to myself, I'll debut with you, make you proud and I will always make you smile."

Jennie is speechless, she can feels Lisa's rapid beating heart against her palm 'it's beating for me' she is so touched with the Thai girl's sincerity that she can't utter a word 'what did I do to deserve someone like you? ' she ask her in her mind Jennie eyes stares warmly at the Thai girl and the sight made Lisa brought both of the girl's hand from her chest to her lips, kissing them affectionately, lovingly.

'I don't need your answer for my speech Jennie, your eyes have already spoke behalf your mind'

She shift her stares to Jennie's eyes, slowly to her nose then to her lips. The urge to capture her lips unconsciously submerging her. She lean forward and smash her lips on Jennie's, it's soft.. Tasty, and sweet.. It feels like every second went slow-mo, she didn't move her lips.

Jennie was startled by Lisa's act, she didn't think any of this, but why does it feels so right?

She closes her eyes, and unconsciously moved her lips.. And Lisa responded immediately, they savour each other's lips, it feels like the whole universe are encircling them, Lisa pull their kiss just to glance at the girl's face, she looks at those intoxicating lips, it's beautifully red swollen, Jennie sneak her hands around the Thai girl neck and lean on to continue the kiss again, Lisa feel an overflowing tenderness of their kiss and smiles in between while pulling the girl's body closer to her.

It's her first kiss and she already found the perfect fit for her lips. The owner for her kiss.

'I don't know if you feel the same, but I can feel how your heart beat rhythm for me Jennie, I'll make you mine officially before our debut.'
