30- Homophobic (Pt. 3)

LISA

A chill rush into my spine as I hear Jennie's plan. "No.. Unnie.. I don't want to.. " I put on a pitty smile. "You're gonna love it Lisa.. Believe me, I have a good taste in guy, I'm not gonna dissapoint you.. " I massage my temple, this is out of lane, I'm not into a dick.. For Pete's sake! And.. A double date with my crush?! Fuckk.. I shake my head.

"Lisa.. It's going to be fun! Seriously.. Have a life please! " she blurts in annoyance, yes it's going to be fun.. But the idea is ridiculous, totally ridiculous. "Jendeukie.. Have a mercy on Lisa.. " but Jennie is so hard headed that she doesn't even dare budge her thought when Jisoo speak up. Wait.. Jisoo? Knowing her attitude, she always stands up for Jennie, but now she's backing me up?

I shift my eyes to her, realizing that my attention is on her, she smile and mouth 'I get it' wink! What? Wait... "No Lisa is going to be with me.. Listen dork, you're going on a date, take it or I'll never cook for you again.. " I groan and sigh in defeat.

I'm done.. I'm having a date with a dick. Whipped ass for this idiot homophobic girl.

JISOO

Why is her description sounds like someone I know.. Lisa doesn't have any guy friend with this trait. She continue to blabber about what her crush looks like.. ".....she have squishy cheek, sexy and cute at the same time.. " I observe Lisa's tone, Lisa's stares.. Wait.. She meant Jennie?! The way she looks at Jennie is so gentle, and the description is matched with Jennie's.. Know how to cook.. Sexy and cute.. Only Jennie have the particular look, Lisa have been complimenting her with those lines before.. How could Jennie be this ignorance?

I'm at disbelief, I can't believe what heard.. Lisa is actually into a girl. I look at the silent pasta.. She shakes her head while hearing Lisa talk about her crush, something in her look.. She know it! She knew Lisa is into girl.. How can be oblivious all this time? The way Lisa looks Jennie, act strangely sweet to her, being an idiot for Jennie.. I rewind everything back and all the dots seems connected.

That explain why Lisa care so much for Jennie.. Well, she also have been a caring girl to me and Chaeng.. But the way she looks at Jennie is different, totally different. Hell I'm shocked..

Despite our country's norms.. Where homosexual isn't well accepted, I just can't hate or feel gross at this innocent maknae of us, tbh.. I don't have the uneasy feeling. Taking myself to the past, Lisa must have been through a hard time since no one know about her romance preference. Being asked to state her ideal type, how can she announce that she's into girl infront of the worldwide.. She'll be expelled from the entertainment, instead.. She fake out her guy ideal type.

I let out a small sigh. "..we're having a double date.. " what? Seriously this girl? I look at the Thai girl in awe, she looks a bit hurted that Jennie respond  that way. "Jendeukie.. Have a mercy on Lisa.. " I plead her, but once she's determined.. She'll never back off. I realized a pair of eyes are fixed on me, I turn to Lisa.. She's a bit surprised when I mouth 'I get it' and wink at her.

A little argument after, Lisa admit her defeat, she's crazy.. Her whipped ass makes her crazy.

We arrived at our house around 12:00 am.. Damn it's so exhausting, being an idol means sacrificing your energy. I was in my room but the thirst is really making my throat sore, so I decide to get a drink.

I was walking through our living room when I see a familiar figure standing while facing the window "Lisa? " she flinch as she heard my voice. "Gosh.. Unnie, you scared me! " I chuckles seeing her almost-dead expression. "What are you doing? " I step closer to her. "I can't sleep.. " she smiles weakly at me. "What's wrong? Is it about.. Last afternoon? " she seems hesitant to answer, she shift her stares at my side and purse her lip. "No worry Lalisa.. I'm not going to tell anyone about this, you can tell anything to me.. " I assure her and squeeze her shoulder gently, she nods her head slowly.. "How did you know unnie? "

I take a deep inhale "Well.. Your description about the person is so damn straight like.. Everything lead perfectly to her" she smiles sheepishly.. "Aren't you disgusted? " I quickly shake my head at her question. "Hey.. I'm not that kind of person, your sexuality has no business with who you are.. You're still our cheeky maknae, the caring and loving one.. " she smiles brightly.

"Thank you for accepting me unnie.. " she hugs me tight. "So.. Are you serious about going to that date with Jennie? " I ask her, hoping that she decline Jennie's offer because she gonna hurt herself. "Yes.. I have no choice.. " I sigh in disbelief.. "Seriously? But why? " Lisa throw her stares to the window again and shrug her shoulder. "Let's just say.. I'm stupid.. "

"You are.. "

LISA

"Are you ready? " Jennie ask me, she is so pretty today, she is more bright then ever her floral dress does suit her so much. I nods my head and smile weakly, I feel bitter but I don't want to hurt her, this is just one day.. I'm not gonna go on a date with a dude ever again, this is the first and last time ever.

"Let's go.." she stretches her hand to me and I gladly accept it, rather than holding her.. I put her arm to cling on my arm. Her head tilts up facing me with a smile when I do that, my heart throb at the sight as I smile back at her with a toothy grin. "Jennie.. " I call her in a low voice, it's beyond my consciousness when I stop on my track "You're pretty.." she smiles at me before her head face the ground, am I imagining thing because for second I thought Jennie blushes at my compliment.

"Really? This dress makes me look beautiful right? " she raises her brows few time while smiling widely. "No... You're making the dress looks beautiful " I wink at her and she chuckles at my remark. "If that was from a guy, I'm not sure if I can sleep tonight.. " oh yeah.. I forgot how straight this girl is,  and I forgot that she's the one who ask me to go on a double date with her.

Damn.. I'm so doomed.

We're waiting for our manager oppa to fetch us, faking a hangout together while actually we're going for a date.

"What we're gonna do unnie? " I ask her, colliding the silence. "Probably.. Just talking, knowing each other, enjoy each other's company while sipping coffee? " I furrow my brows. "That is boring" she slaps my hands. "Aren't those guys planning something for us? " she seems thinking for awhile before speaking

"Well.. No? I don't know.. But there must be something they planned for us" Such a boring dude, I bet our date will be only filled with some deep conversation which is not my thing. I don't like sharing things with stranger plus.. I don't even want to know him. I'm certain, they don't have anything in mind for a plan.

"We're here Lisa.. "

We're arrived in front of a retro themed cafe, it's quite beautiful, there is not much people in there.. Just some foreigners talking and not minding our presence, for the first time I'm glad that we're not known, if not.. Things must be very chaotic. Jennie lead us to a corner, providing us more privacy. She sits infront me, thats mean both of the guys will seat beside  us.

"Where are they?" I ask her, it's been 10 minutes and they haven't show up yet, what a great starter. "I'll text them" she was about to send a text when two guys appear infront of us. "Hey Jen.. " a tall guy with a really masculine feature greet Jennie, he's a white man. Okay.. So this is what Jennie meant the other day.. A great taste.. Wait.. I have seen him before, is he a singer? "..and..you must be? Lisa? " the other guy voice out, I shift my attention to him and.. oh shitt.. Am I dreaming? It's Greyson Chance for fuck sake..

"Yes.. " I let out a halfhearted smile, because he was my childhood crush.. God.. This is crazy.. "Based on your reaction.. You know me? I guess.. " he take a sit beside me, and I nods my head. "Do you know him? " Jennie point to the other guy who have a very charming stares. "W-well.. I know that he's some sort of celebrity? " the guy laugh at my remark.. "It's okay.. I'm used to it.. Well, I'm not that famous.. " he spoke after he settle down his laugh. "I'm Austin.. Austin Mahone.. " he offer a handshake to me and I take it with a smile.

I narrow my eyes to Jennie but she only smile it away..

Damn. It.

Me: WTF jen? You never told me that we'll have a date with some western celebrity!

I send a text to her, her attention distrupted when her phone buzz.

Jennie: Surprise! I told you I won't disappoint you.. Wink!

I sigh hard and that make Greyson who was attentively listening to Austin's story diverted to me. "Is there something wrong Lisa? " I was a little embarrassed that it gained his attention. I shake my head "Nothing.. I just.. Somehow reading my manager's text, asking us to go back home before 8.." phew.. That was smooth..

He chuckles a bit.. "Yeah.. It's really boring to be occupied by your manager's order, like.. When will we have a life? " he isn't that bad, no.. Not at all.. "Yeah, I mean.. We have barely time for ourselves to relax.. " I response to his words and that makes him rolls his eyes.. "Ugh, don't make me start with that.. " both of us laugh at his words. "Woah.. Someone is warming up.. " Jennie voice out as we stop our laugh and shift our stares to them. "What so funny? " Austin added.

"We're just talking about life.. " Greyson simply explain.. "Having deep conversation already? " Jennie smirk at us, and that makes me glare at her. "Oh.. Greyson.. You don't know how rarely Lisa is attracted to guys" fuck you Jennie!  I curse her inside my head, my face begin to flush. I glance at Austin.. His expression suddenly change into.. Something.. Uneasy? He's gazing at Greyson and that makes me turn to face Greyson.. He's smiling bitterly, or.. Hurt?

"Don't mind her guys, she's always like that, a subtle woman" I indirectly apologize to them because I know something is off after Jennie's remark.. It was a pure silent after that, tense is building.. Jennie is clueless.. And I'm aware about the tension but somehow I don't know what the reason. "Here's your order ladies and gentlemen.. " A waitress come with a handful of food, spaghetti and steaks.. "Oh glad the finally served.. I've been starving since morning.. " Austin voice out with a cheerful tone, trying to ease the atmosphere.

"Yeah.. Me too, you don't have any idea how my stomach have been screaming for food.. " Greyson voice out, seems like the uneasiness in his face faded as he speaks. "Don't wait guys.. Let's dig in.. " Jennie responds at both of them. The tension changed drastically when Austin start to tell his story, about random stuff.. His experience, his struggle, his life, his past and his plan for future, as he's talking.. I glance at Jennie, her eyes are filled with sparkle as she listen to Austin's story..

Suddenly, a pang hit my heart, the ache grow bigger as the time pass and seeing Jennie eyeing him with a full of admiration really make me sad.. I always tell her about random story but she have never look at me like the way she's looking at this guy.. I wish I'm a guy, I could be really her type if I'm one of them.. "He could be really out of world when he starts to brag about his life" Greyson whisper to my ear, I glance at him and he chuckles, I guess he understand my bored ass. "I'll bear with it" I smile at him and return my stares to Jennie, I wish you could feel the same..

Jennie and Austin shared a tremendous laugh, have a little skin ship like.. Touching each other's hand when they relate at some story, Austin also wiped the mess on Jennie's clothes and that make Jennie a little shy. I'm fried in jealousy. Both of Greyson and me lost in our own world, I stares out the window not paying attention to Austin and Jennie's flirty conversation, for fuck sake.. I'm annoyed.

"So, did you date before Lisa? " I was snapped from my little world as Austin say my name. "No.. Haven't.. " I simply respond. "How about you Greyson? " Jennie ask him. "Me too.. " he smiles sheepishly. "What type of girl do you like Grey?" He shakes his head as he stares down to the floor. "Well if you haven't figured it out.. Lisa is a fine choice, Lisa have a really bad taste in guy.... " I facepalm myself, she is throwbacking our conversation before when I talk about my preference which is actually pointed about her.

".....and that's why I ask Austin to bring a guy friend with him. " she explain everything smoothly. "..I thought you said.. it's because you don't want us to cause a scandal?" I furrow my brows, seriously Jennie Kim? She lied to both of us.. This is actually HER date and not US and I feel being used! Gosh..

"Well.. That was one of the reason? " all of us were stunned, and after awhile Greyson voice.. "Well.. Actually Jennie, I don't have any interest in girl.. " Greyson state and.. What?! Did I heard wrong cause he sounds like..

Jennie raises her brows. "What do you mean? " Hell Jennie is so..dense when it comes to this topic. "I-Im.. Actually gay" Jennie's eyes widened, her jaw dropped in instant.

After Greyson's confession, she was muted right away, and that makes the situation awkward till we decided to go home.

"Hey.. " Greyson stop me when I was walking out and I immediately turn to him. "Look.. I'm sorry if you mistook things.. " he scratch his nape and I chuckle at him. "No worry, we're at the same page" his eyes widened. "Y-you mean.." I quickly nod my head, understanding what he means. "Then.. Why was Jennie being like that? " I smile weakly and start to explain everything to him, he stares at me in awe.

"Oh my god.. That is really horrible, you must have been suffering for holding things up infront of her.. " I nod slightly, it's really good to come out to the people who are really understanding, I wish I can talk with him more because he can really relate with my story. "Ugh.. It's really painful and I really hate that someone sweet like you are struggling with it.. But don't worry, you can always find me, because I know the feeling when you have no one to talk and understand you.. " his voice become weak, a sad expression forms on his face. "Thank you Grey.. I'll definitely keep in touch with you, you're a cool dude" I smile and hit his shoulder playfully.

We walk out and found both of them have already enter the car. I wave at Greyson with a wide smile and he did the same.

"What did you and Greyson talked about? " Jennie ask in a cold tone, what's wrong with her? Is she mad because I talked to some gay dude? "Nothing in particular, he just apologized to me.. Why? " she throw her stares out the window. "I can't believe that he is actually gay" I scoff at her "Jen.. Stop being judgemental.. These minority are still human with a decent behaviour, what is actually bothering you? " she turn to me in a sharp move, her gaze changes more scarier than before "I feel uneasy Lisa.. Because I don't like it.. " she states in a cold tone, I roll my eyes then speak "They're not bothering you, you are just being paranoid and being narrow minded.. They're still normal.."

"Lisa.. Homosexuality is a mental illness! I can't stand it when I'm being near with them.. I feel bothered and it's not healthy in our society, it's ruining the norm Lisa, as you know why we human have been created with a different gender..its because we're meant to love a different gender! " her words scratched my heart mercilessly,  I almost lost my control, I feel like crying.. "And why is that Jennie?! Tell me the reason! Why are you being so old fashion human? We're just a human! We deserve to be treated equally like everyone else and receive the same love from the society! Homosexuality is just a gender orientation, why the fuck are you so bothered when we didn't even physically and mentally bothering you?!"

I let out my suppressed anger, my whole body are burned in rage, she's speechless. Jennie mumble in disbelief..

"Wait..... 'We' ? "

A/n: I'm casting western celebrity because.. Why not? Well Greyson is a real gay dude, while Austin.. I don't know😂 I just randomly put his name here.

I'm afraid if I can't handle my brain to let out more ideas because it won't be a short story anymore.. Lol. I hope I can end this in two or three more chapters T. T
