So I know some of you were curious about why the students were there so here's a list if you are interested.
L E V E L 4's
Katsuki Bakugo
Was the one to do the dirty work for his father so he didn't take the fall. Katsuki Sold drugs, helped with hit and runs, and killed a few people whether it was torture or just an order
The Todoroki Brother'
Whole family is deceased due to a car crash while Enji was driving. Both are responsible in the death of Enji Todoroki, the abusive pro hero, continued on to be serial arsonists, didn't care if there was no one or a full store, they just lit it up. :^
Izuku Midoriya
Poor Izuku's life was hard and he went through enormous amounts of mistreatment for his quirk, including withdrawals from using it that he created a sort of influence in his mind, Izuku went on to killing a few dozen before he was caught by the police and sent to UA
Sorry to say that he did not flick a baby with his quirk activated-
Hitoshi Shinsou
Hitoshi gave into people's expectations and made numerous people commit suicide after he asks the question 'Could I be good with a villains quirk?' The only reason he was caught was because he used his quirk on an underground hero during an operation and was caught.
Also, if you didn't catch this, Hitoshi was the one who started the games thing which is why he's always weak when they start.
Tenya Iida
Tenya went through a mental break due to severe OCD and murdered his family when he was having a bad day.
Momo Yaoyarozu
Momo actually admired the Todoroki brothers and when she found out that they were going to UA Momo decided to poison her entire family during dinner and set it on fire so she could follow Todoroki. Kind of like a Nina the killer stuff if I'm being honest.
Himiko Toga
Affiliation with LOV but she was also a â¨serial killerâ¨
Amajiki Tamaki
Tamaki took the fall for Mirio WILLINGLY. He knew that Mirio was going to be a great hero one day so when the blonde accidentally killed three pro heroes the shy boy easily took the blame for him.
Neito Monoma
Neito started his killing spree when he was 14 and was always able to evade since he always used different quirks on the people he killed, sometimes even using his victims quirk on themselves. He was soon caught after slipping up though.
Tokoyami Fukage
Dark shadow got out one day and just killed a lotta people as one does. Tokoyami himself didn't mean to, Dark Shadow just grew uncontrollable.
Kai Chisaki
Obviously for being yakuza and committing crimes while running the yakuza as well. They never did recover Eri as the man tore her body apart with his quirk.
Twice
Being involved with the LOV
Hawks
Escaped the commission and used his feathers to kill many people, most died that day since the feathers were precise. Hawks wasn't caught until a month later when he was arrested in a KFC
Shigaraki
For being the leader of the LOV
L E V E L 3's
Eijiro Kirishima
Eijiro simply sold drugs to his fellow students and to a few sleezy teachers, finally got arrested after someone od'd and some came clean to their parents.
Denki Kaminari
Denki helped his boyfriend sell the drugs :^
Mina Ashido
Just accidentally melted the skin off of a few people, too many to be left off the hook.
Sero Hanta(Deceased)
Sero was your not so friendly neighborhood drug dealer, sold a batch of bad drugs and many od'd

Got caught in drug possession and cheating on many important tests.
