Chapter 1917
The Divorced Billionaire Heiress
Lumiâs expression couldnât tell whether she was crying or laughing.
Itâs ugly anyway.
Lumi looked at Samuel with a cold expression: âI thought youâd be happy, Samue. sheâs the Makinen
familyâs daughter, after all, who wouldnât marry? If you switch to one you like, you wonât have to be as
sneaky in the future because itâs not right for you. What exactly do you mean?â
Samuelâs face froze fiercely after Lumi finished speaking. As if he had been slapped in public.
After Lumi finished speaking, she stood up and walked away, returning her gaze to the compartment.
She remembered seeing two other people watching the fun.
She purposefully raised her voice: âYou donât have to hide it for me because I know you all heard it.
People who do it are not afraid of being embarrassed. What am I scared of?â
She exited directly across Samuel after she finished speaking.
Samuel reached out to take her hand, but it was empty. He went insane all of a sudden.
Divorceâ¦.
He didnât even consider it.
âIâm not filing for divorceâ¦â
âIâve let go of her, and I want to start living a good life with you.â Samuel grumbled.
Lumi, who hasnât gone far, can clearly hear Samuelâs words.
Lumiâs footsteps, however, did not pause for a second.
A dull pain arose in the chest.
The sensation of having your hands clenched around your heart, as if even breathing is throbbing
Suddenly.
Only then did he realise he had seemingly misplaced something important.
Nicole and Julie emerged from the house after hearing no movement.
Everyone has left.
Julie gave a light snort: âDogs canât stop eating crap, and Lumi is a tough cookie! Iâm overjoyed!â
Nicole sighed and raised her brows: âYeah, it was unexpected, and Samuel kept saying that they were
together for money. In the end, she had to divorce because of this. Iâm afraid she knows best, whether it
was for money or because she liked it!â
âDoes that mean she likes Samuel?â Julie was perplexed.
âEvery time she talks about Samuel, she puts it lightly, but her eyes light up, didnât you notice?â Nicole
pursed her lips.
Julie remained silent for a brief moment, âThen this Lumi will die of sadness now? Itâs fine if itâs someone
else, but sheâll always be my dearest sister!â
Nicole twitched the corners of her mouth but said nothing.
The door was pushed open at this point.
Kirsi was helped to the front in an embarrassed manner, only to discover that her knees had been
scratched, her blood had become mixed with the soil, and she looked extremely embarrassed.
The clothes were also covered in dust.
Nicole and Julie were here, she noticed.
Kirsiâs assistant was taken aback for a moment before quickly apologising: âIâm sorry, Ms. Stanton,
Director Julie, Kirsi just fell over, so she can only take a short rest, wait for the medicine, and then
continue filmingâ¦â
Continue filming?
Looking at Kirsiâs current state, it is clear that she is not good; therefore, can she continue to shoot?
Kirsi was pushed into a chair next to her and sat, and then the assistant turned to look for the medicine
box.
This room used to be a lounge, but it was only for a few people. Kirsi can rest here because the other
young actors have a special group lounge.
Julie pursed her lips but didnât open her mouth to show her displeasure.
Iâm afraid acting is unnecessary at this point.
She shifted her gaze to Nicole: âDo you want to go out?â
Nicole nodded, not knowing who this Kirsi was, and she was more social with Lumi.
As a result, she unconsciously assumed Lumiâs position.
Kirsi, in any case, hurt the person who loved her the most.
Kirsi moved her eyelids and said, hoarsely, just before the two of them left. âI was chasing after my
injured sister who had fallen. She didnât even look at me while driving. Sheâs never been so apathetic.
Will she not forgive me?â
