Selena’s face was as calm as ever.

She just frowned slightly when he heard Clayton’s name.

“Congratulations!”

Julie smiled and said, “I think yours might come soon too. Then, the three of us can hang out and have

play dates!”

Selena smiled.

The three of them talked happily.

Eric was walking over with someone. When he saw Nicole, he was startled for a second, then he

looked away calmly.

“Selena, come here. Let me introduce you to someone.”

Selena put down the cup in her hand and looked over.

Nicole could not help but frown.

“Uncle Noah? Why are you here?”

Noah was mingling among a group of successful businessmen and greeted Eric.

He was taken aback when he saw Nicole. Then, he smiled naturally.

“I haven’t left Atlanta yet. Your father’s birthday is coming up in a few days, so he asked me to take a

few days off. Coincidentally, Mr. Ferguson invited me to this party, so I thought I’d come over to join in

the fun. I didn’t expect you to come too.”

Nicole nodded curtly but was not interested at all.

She was not very close to her second uncle in the first place. Not to mention, Jade and her daughter

made life difficult for Nicole before, so it would be a lie if Nicole said she did not mind.

However, Noah was Floyd’s younger brother after all, and Floyd still loved his younger brother.

At least, Noah kept his glory and wealth.

“Mr. Stanton, why do you keep praising Mrs. Ferguson? If Mr. Ferguson becomes jealous later, we

can’t afford the consequences!”

The people next to him could not help but laugh.

Noah sighed and smiled.

“Mr. Ferguson, don’t blame me. My wife’s daughter is around Mrs. Ferguson’s age, so I feel like I’m

looking at her. But she was sent abroad. Although she made a mistake, I’ll feel sad when she gets

married.”

Eric’s dark eyes were full of scrutiny. The people next to him might know the inside story, so they did

not say anything.

After all, Nicole was still around. Sympathizing with Noah might mean offending Nicole.

They did not want to take sides.

Nicole could not help but roll her eyes.

“Uncle Noah, if you miss her so much, you can go abroad with her. No one is stopping you!”

After she finished speaking, she turned around and left with Julie.

Julie said speechlessly, “Why is your second uncle going crazy? Didn’t he get divorced?”

Nicole snorted lightly. “He didn’t divorce Jade. The agreement was signed at that time, but Jade said
